Currently, more and more often we can observe different methods of acquiring new employees in companies. One example of this methods, apart from the job interview is Assessment Center, which uses a various tasks directed to both individual and group of employees. This method helps to choose the suitable candidate for the position sought. In truth, this method is expensive and often small companies are reluctant to use it. Most often it is decided by large companies, eg foreign corporations, which using this method are able to check the candidate from various competences and which will check the real skills of a potential employee. I'm an archivist by profession and I consider that this kind of recruitment method is worth to show, which I did not meet during in job interviews and which can be used. The first two chapters approximate the recruitment process, selection and the Assessment Center method. The third chapter were characterized tasks and person as an archivist, his place of work, regulations and law environment. The aim of this thesis is to determine competences of the archivist and show tasks that can be used to choose the best candidate for this position, applying the Assessment Center method.
Obecnie coraz częściej możemy zaobserwować różne metody pozyskiwania nowych pracowników w firmach. Przykładem takich metod oprócz rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej jest Assessment Center, który wykorzystując różne zadania skierowane zarówno do indywidualnego pracownika jak i do całej grupy. Metoda pomaga wybrać właściwego kandydata na poszukiwane stanowisko. Wprawdzie metoda ta jest kosztowna i często małe firmy niechętnie korzystają z niej. Najczęściej decydują się na nią firmy duże, np. korporacje zagraniczne, które stosując tę metodę są wstanie sprawdzić kandydata z różnych kompetencji a co powoduje sprawdzenie rzeczywistych umiejętności potencjalnego pracownika. Jestem z zawodu archiwistą, uznałem, że warto pokazać metodę rekrutacji, z którą jeszcze się nie spotkałem podczas rozmów kwalifikacyjnych a którą można wykorzystać. Pierwsze dwa rozdziały przybliżają bliżej proces rekrutacji, selekcję i samą metodę Assessment Center. Trzeci rozdział charakteryzuje przede wszystkim osobę i zadania archiwisty, jego miejsce pracy i otoczenie kancelaryjno-prawne. Celem pracy jest ustalenie kompetencji archiwisty i pokazanie przykładów zadań, które warto wykorzystać przy wyborze najlepszego kandydata na to stanowisko metodą Assessment Center.

Opis:
The aim of the article is to present the issues of the archives of canons chapters in the legal and canonical aspect. Chapters are required to keep their archives. The first part of the article provides the canonical definition of the chapter archive as well as its goals and tasks. The second part presents the issues of the chapter archival resource, while the last part presents the chapter office of the canon responsible for the archives.

Opis:
Originally, the members of cathedral chapters were organizationally and structurally divided into two categories: general prelates and canons. During the early stages of organization, prelatures were simultaneously dignities and capitular offices. After the Middle Ages, however, prelatures ceased to be offices and became titular dignities instead. Due to the evolution of the structure and the development of the organization of the chapters and the ways in which they functioned, it was necessary to appoint new officials who were independent of the particular dignities. From the moment that the college of prelates and canons was founded and established in Vilnius, they functioned and acted in spiritualibus and in temporalibus by following the example of the chapter in Cracow that had existed for centuries and adapted the practices to the local conditions of Vilnius. This influence is very clear in the selection and competencies of the officials chosen for the Cathedral Chapter of Vilnius. Among the officials chosen before the partition of Poland took place, those who had the most lasting effects were the capitular procuators, inspectors of capitular goods and property, chancellors, notaries, architivists, and deputies to the Lithuanian Tribunal.

Opis:
The author of the article analyses two novels, La Honte by Annie Ernaux (1997) and Sauvage est celui qui se sauve by Veronika Mabardi (2022), from the perspective of archive theory. She focuses on the role of the archivist in the production of archives. She points to the figure of a writer who becomes “keeper of memory” collecting material traces that participate in the creation of the novel. In this reflection, the affective dimension of archives is crucial, related to the traumatic family histories described in the novels and Baptiste Morizot’s concept of tracking.
