Opis:: In the current industrial context, the human workforce still represents a key resource thanks to its cognitive and motor flexibility. The present work explores the role of Industry 4.0 assistive technologies in production and logistics systems from a human-centric perspective. These technologies aim to provide cognitive or physical support to operators executing manual tasks, rather than substituting them. Therefore, there is need for a comprehensive understanding of the impact of assistive technologies on the well-being and performance of operators from a human-centric perspective. In this paper, a literature review on available assistive technologies is provided. Technologies are classified based on the type of manual task (picking, assembly), type of support provided to the operator (cognitive, motor), and potential drawbacks. Outcomes emphasize the need of a thorough human-centric perspective in developing and deploying assistive technologies.

The regional medical assembly - its position and competences and the essence of a professional self - government

Praca wskazuje legalną podstawę tworzenia samorządów zawodowych oraz tłumaczy, kto ma możliwość uczestnictwa w takich instytucjach. Praca odpowiada także na pytanie, dlaczego to reprezentanci akurat takich zawodów mają możliwość tworzenia samorządów zawodowych. Drugim celem jest ukazanie pozycji okręgowej rady lekarskiej oraz kompetencji powierzonych jej do wykonywania, jako jednemu z organów samorządu zawodowego lekarzy i lekarzy dentystów. Praca przedstawia rolę jaką pełni okręgowa rada lekarska oraz odpowiada dlaczego organ o takim charakterze jest niezbędny w strukturze wskazanego samorządu zawodowego.
The aim of this thesis is to present an essence of a professional self - government in general and to respond wheather such organizations are needed. The thesis indicates a legal basis and explains who has possibility to participate in such institutiones. The dissertation gives answer why representatives of that kind of professions has possibility to create these entities. The second goal is to show a position and competences of a regional medical assembly as an one of organ of the self - government of physicians and dental practitioners. A thesis shows a role of a regional medical assembly and responds why an organ of such nature is necessary in structure of this self - government.
