Opis:: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration offer great potential for the future of corporate automation and increased productivity. RPA rapidly evolves into Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) by incorporating advanced technologies and capabilities beyond simple task automation. The paper aims to identify the organisational, technological, and human-centred challenges that companies face in transitioning from RPA to IPA. The research process involved conducting the scientific literature search using the ResearchRabbit AI tool, which provided a set of reference papers relevant to the formulated research questions. As a result of the conducted literature review, the authors identified key challenges and possible countermeasures for companies transitioning from RPA to IPA. The resulting collection of reference scientific articles formed the basis for this study’s content and substantive analysis. Furthermore, this study contributes by identifying artificial intelligence techniques and algorithms, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), predictive analytics, and others, that can be integrated with RPA to facilitate the transition to IPA. The paper also offers insights into potential future research areas.

Opis:: The issues of business process automation and robotic process automation are usually associated with using physical solutions in production processes. These solutions enable performing activities independently of human participation. Such an approach limits the possibility of applying automation and robotization mainly to manufacturing and the IT processes which are performed as predefined in software used by organizations. A separate category of IT solutions is the technology of automation of repetitive business processes by means of computer programs - robots emulating human work the so-called Robotic Process Automation or RPA. The aim of this paper is the assessment of the usefulness of application of software robots cooperating in business process optimization. For the purpose of this paper, capabilities of software robots were determined, an implementation was carried out and 3 scenarios of robot work were developed. On the basis of the analysis of implementation works and effects of robot work during the studied period, possibilities and potential applications of solutions automating (supporting) business IT processes in public and commercial institutions in Poland were determined.

Tytuł:: The Impact of Modern Process Automation on the Labour Market.
Wpływ współczesnej automatyzacji procesów na rynek pracy.

Opis:: The paper evaluates the impact of modern process automation on the labour market. For years, there have been concerns about the negative effects of mechanization and automation for human. Although no disasters have been observed so far, similar opinions are invariably present. In the paper, it was decided to compare modern technologies: robotic process automation and intelligent automation to the historical trend of replacing human work by machines. Based on a theoretical analysis of available data and literature, similarity of processes and probability of continuation of evolutionary changes were found - job shift, real wage increase and working time shortening in the absence of a significant increase in the unemployment rate. The work is an assessment of the current situation and an attempt to predict its effects.
Praca ocenia wpływ współczesnej automatyzacji procesów na rynek pracy. Od lat pojawiają się obawy związane z negatywnym skutkiem mechanizacji i automatyzacji dla człowieka. Choć do tej pory nie obserwowano związanej z nimi katastrofy, to podobne zdania są niezmiennie obecne. W pracy zdecydowano porównać współczesne technologie: zrobotyzowaną automatyzację procesów i inteligentną automatyzację do znanego z historii trendu zastępowania pracy ludzkiej przez maszyny. Opierając się na teoretycznej analizie dostępnych danych i literatury stwierdzono podobieństwo procesów i prawdopodobieństwo kontynuacji ewolucyjnych zmian - przesunięcia miejsc pracy, wzrostu realnego wynagrodzenia i skrócenia czasu pracy, przy braku wyraźnego wzrostu stopy bezrobocia. Praca jest oceną aktualnej sytuacji i próbą przewidzenia jej skutków.

Opis:: Zrobotyzowana automatyzacja procesów (RPA) pozwala przekazać operacje wykonywane przez człowieka w systemach komputerowych robotowi programowemu (programowi), stanowiącemu „wirtualny ekwiwalent” pracownika. Jest to nowe podejście do usprawniania procesów, gdzie w odróżnieniu od tradycyjnego oprogramowania automatyzującego, roboty programowe korzystają z systemów komputerowych nie w sposób typowy dla maszyn a zbliżony do tego, jak robi to człowiek. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie zastosowania RPA w bankach oraz wskazanie jej wpływu na działanie banku oraz jego pracowników. Postawiono tezę, że robotyzacja w istotny sposób zmienia funkcjonowanie banków. W pracy posłużono się przeglądem literatury, w tym opracowań branżowych. Przedstawiono zasady działania robotów programowych, ich zalety oraz specyficzne cechy odróżniające je od alternatywnych rozwiązań usprawniających procesy. Wskazano istotne dla banków argumenty za ich wdrażaniem, a ich omówienie uzupełniono przykładami robotyzacji procesów typowych dla bankowości. Przedstawiono ryzyka i wyzwania związane z wdrażaniem robotyzacji. Wskazano oczekiwane, przyszłe kompetencje pracowników banków, które są kluczowe w pracy w wysoce zautomatyzowanym i zrobotyzowanym środowisku. W pracy zaprezentowano wieloaspektowy wpływ automatyzacji procesów na funkcjonowanie banku i jego pracowników.
Robotic process automation (RPA) allows to transfer manual operations within computer systems to software robots (programs), which act as “virtual equivalents” of employees. It is a new approach to process improvement, where, unlike traditional automation software, robots use computer systems not in a way typical for machines, but similarly to how humans do. The article aims to present the application of RPA and to show its impact on the functioning of the bank as an organization level and its employees. The thesis put forward in the paper assumes that robotic automation significantly transform banks’ operation. A literature review and state-of-the-art industry reports has been used. The principles of operation of software robots, their advantages, and specific features that distinguish them from alternative solutions for improving processes are presented. Motives for their application which are relevant for banking have been presented, followed by a description of examples of robotization of bank typical processes. Risks and challenges related to the implementation of robots have been pointed out. The expected future competences of bank employees have been discussed, which may be crucial in relation to working in a highly automated and robotized environment. The paper presents the multifaceted impact of robotization on the functioning of the bank and its employees.

Za podstawę pracy uznano udzielenie odpowiedzi na postawione pytania badawcze: czym jest start-up?, w jaki sposób realizuje swoją misję i cele strategiczne?, jakie elementy wchodzą w skład Marketing Automation?, jaki wpływ na zarządzanie informacją ma system Marketing Automation? oraz w jaki sposób opinia publiczna reaguje na wykorzystywanie informacji w Internecie?.Pozycje książkowe związane z tematyką zarządzania, komunikacji, informacji oraz działalności start-up w pełni wyczerpały badany temat i były niezbędne podczas analizy powyższych zagadnień. Pojęcie Marketing Automation ma niewiele publikacji, w związku z tym pomocne w opracowaniu tematu były strony internetowe oraz czasopisma naukowe.Pomocna w opracowaniu zagadnienia okazała się metoda badawcza w formie anonimowych ankiet internetowych. Badania ilościowe przeprowadzono wśród społeczności internetowej Facebook według grup zainteresowań takich jak: reklama, marketing, informacja w Internecie.Przedmiotowa praca dotyczy instytucji, w której zarządzanie humanistyczne jest na co dzień wykorzystywane, a jej kolejne zmiany wpływają na poziom akceptacji ze strony opinii publicznej. Nowatorskie zarządzanie humanistyczne czerpie z wielu nauk, co pozwala na poznanie przez kierujących nowych ścieżek rozwoju i wyjścia poza schematyczne ramy zarządzania ludźmi, co wpływa na życie każdej organizacji.
This dissertation aims to explore the relationship of information management and communication online as a key to a business success of any organisation. The main of this dissertation is to explore the nature of online information management, how information is manged and its impact on views and behaviours of its users. The research focuses on exploring the way information is manged in the context of Marketing Automation System. The research will answer these key questions: What’s is start up and how it achieves its business and strategic aims? What is Marketing Automation and what impact it has on information management? What is the response of users in regards to using information online? There is a vast body of literature on topics of information management, communication and Start-ups. A plenty of books and academic journals have been used as a foundation in this dissertation. However, the concept of Marketing Automation is fairly new, therefore the research is based on information found across magazines and online websites. The anonymous survey has been used as a primary data collection method. The data were collected via Facebook on a selected target audience. The participants were randomly and the selection criteria included only participants who are interested in ads, marketing and online information management. This work concerns an institution in which humanistic management is used on a daily basis, and its subsequent changes affect the level of public acceptance. Innovative humanistic management draws from many sciences, which allows drivers to learn new paths of development and go beyond the schematic framework of managing people, which affects the life of every organization.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest identyfikacja rodzajów kosztów zrobotyzowanej automatyzacji procesów biznesowych (Robotic Process Automation, RPA) w odniesieniu do procesów biznesowych a także zbadanie czy RPA przyczynia się do redukcji kosztów w przedsiębiorstwie. Celem pracy jest ponadto analiza literatury związanej z koncepcją zarządzania procesowego i automatyzacją procesów biznesowych. Przeprowadzono badania za pomocą kwestionariusza ankiety stworzonego przez autorkę pracy. W ich wyniku dowiedziono, że RPA przyczynia się do redukcji kosztów w przedsiębiorstwie.
Process management helps to effectively respond to the changing business environment, enabling, the optimal selection of processes for automation. Robotic Process Automation is applicable with the right process approach and can bring a lot of benefits. The purpose of this thesis is to identify types of RPA costs in relation to business processes and to investigate whether Robotic Process Automation contributes to cost reduction in the company. The aim is also to analyze the literature related to the concept of process management and automation of business processes. The research was carried out using a questionnaire created by the author of this thesis. As a result, it was proved that RPA contributes to the reduction of costs in the company.
