Opis:: The choice of location is one of the key economic decisions for hotel owners. In modern economics traditional premises are increasingly questioned, and assumptions are often made involving imperfect competition, limited rationality of behavior, and the incomplete scope of information or the inability to use it effectively. This is also reflected in the theory of location within which a behavioral trend has been developed assuming the occurrence of non-economic, subjective factors in making location decisions. The aim of the paper is to identify behavioral factors in hotel location in Opolskie Province in Poland. The paper uses four main research methods: literature review, documentation, diagnostic survey and individual case studies. The study results confirm the importance of the behavioral approach in the process of selecting a location for independent hotels in Opolskie Province, involving the choice of secondary or primary locations. In the latter case, the decision-making process is based entirely on behavioral factors or is supplemented by them in situations where an objective approach is not connected with decision-making certainty. Behavioral factors such as intuition, emulation, experience, place of origin and residence, individual cases and the influence of others should be regarded as highly significant.

Opis:: The paper is to present the essence of price bubbles, which are extremely important phenomena in the analysis of financial crises. They are often ground such crises.. The analysis of price bubbles being first of all requires a critical review and evaluation of the impact of various factors on this phenomenon. The authors put forward a thesis of the important role of behavioral factors in the creation of price bubbles.In practice, there are also cases of infection price bubbles through international channels. The authors presented two case studies of countries (Polish and United Arab Emirates), where it was indeed the subprime crisis, but it occurred, and the price bubble burst in the property market.The main purpose of the article is an overview of the factors that create price bubbles and the effect of contamination and to analyze the specific role of behavioral factors in the real estate market.

The article presents the concept of behavioral accounting. Its essence, basic assumptions and the area of impact in terms of data generated by enterprise accounting systems were indicated. The purpose of the article was to show how certain stimuli from the environment can affect the information presented by financial accounting and management accounting. Particular attention was paid to the way in which behavioral factors determine the reliability and usefulness of the information generated for the assessment of the financial situation and management decisions. Analyzing current areas of research in the field of behavioral accounting in the study, literature on the subject was used.

Opis:: Today's times and the intensive scientific and technical development that follows them are conducive to the emergence of new types of addiction. To the ones already known and richly described in the literature on the subject of substance addictions (alcoholism, drug addiction, nicotine addiction) are added completely new ones, such as network addiction or phono addiction. Changes in the consumption attitudes of society, related to a strong need to possess, conditioning self-esteem on the basis of accumulated material goods, often lead to workaholism or shopaholism. Excessive focus on the external appearance of a person, their physicality, the cult of a slim but at the same time athletic body can lead to further addictions, such as bigorexia, addiction to plastic surgery. The fast pace of life, the need to experience more and more of these strong emotions may, in turn, translate into adrenaline addiction, which will be associated with taking risky behaviors (recently fashionable “mountain sea”, i.e. expeditions to the mountains in difficult weather conditions, in inappropriate attire).

Opis:: W rezultacie niepokojących prognoz emerytalnych ludzie aktywni zawodowo powinni poszukiwać dodatkowych strategii zabezpieczających odpowiedni standard życia w okresie poprodukcyjnym. Badania wskazują jednak na niski poziom świadomości emerytalnej Polaków. Objawia się on tym, że mając wiedzę o ryzyku otrzymywania niskich emerytur, a także mając możliwości oszczędzania, Polacy w dalszym ciągu tego nie robią. Celem artykułu jest przegląd zarówno teoretycznego, jak i empirycznego dorobku ekonomii behawioralnej w zakresie podejmowania decyzji finansowych w zakresie gromadzenia oszczędności na starość. W artykule przedstawiono szereg czynników psychologicznych, które mogą oddziaływać na niską skłonność do oszczędzania jednostek. Opisano również zjawisko „lęku emerytalnego”, który może owocować unikaniem tematu starości i emerytury, a w efekcie unikaniem jakichkolwiek informacji w tym zakresie oraz zaniechaniem podejmowania działań, aby się na ten okres życia zabezpieczyć.
Recent pension forecasts are more than distressing, so economically active people should seek additional strategies to secure an adequate standard of living in their post-retirement period of life. However, the research indicates a low level of Poles’ retirement awareness. It is manifested in the fact that, in spite of having knowledge about the risk of receiving low pensions, as well as having the opportunity to save, Poles still do not do it. The aim of the article is to present both theoretical and empirical achievements of behavioral economics in the scope of long-term savings decision making. A number of psychological factors that can affect the low propensity to save is presented. Moreover, the article describes the phenomenon of “retirement anxiety”, which, in turn, may cause the desire to avoid the subject of old age and retirement, and as a result, to avoid any information and action to protect this period of life.

Opis:: Rodzina jako determinant zachowania agresywnego u dzieci z zaburzeniami intelektualnymi Artykuł poświęcony jest badaniu przyczyn zachowań agresywnych u dzieci z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną w różnym wieku. Zauważono, że zaburzenia zachowania u dzieci z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną występują w 25%-84% przypadków, a rozwój cech zarówno pozytywnych, jak i negatywnych zależy bezpośrednio od wychowania w rodzinie. Badanie sytuacji społecznej rozwoju dzieci i młodzieży niepełnosprawnej intelektualnie potwierdziło obecność przeważnie negatywnych cech statusu społecznego, kulturowego, edukacyjnego i zawodowego rodzin, w których wychowuje się dzieci niepełnosprawne intelektualnie, co może być źródłem wpływu sprzecznego z normami społecznymi. Niekorzystne warunki w rodzinach dzieci z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną, brak wychowania, niekompetencja rodziców w sprawach wychowania, przejawy agresywnego zachowania w rodzinie i niezapewnienie jej wsparcia powodują również tendencję do zachowań agresywnych tej kategorii dzieci. Stwierdzono, że postrzeganie sytuacji rodzinnej jako niekorzystnej, konfliktowej u dzieci z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną wzrasta z wiekiem, osiągając najwyższy poziom przed okresem dojrzewania. Udowodniono, że negatywne postrzeganie sytuacji rodzinnej przez dziecko z intelektualnym zaburzeniem, zaburzone więzi emocjonalne między członkami rodziny, poczucie nieprzyjęcia i odrzucenia dziecka przez dorosłych członków rodziny powoduje nie tylko przejawy agresji, ale także powstawanie zachowań agresywnych.
The article talks about the causes of aggressive behavior in children with intellectual disabilities of different age. It has been noted that behavioral disorders in children with intellectual disabilities occur in 25% -84% of cases, and the development of both positive and negative traits depends directly on family upbringing and education in the family. The study of the social situation of development of children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities confirmed the presence of predominantly negative characteristics of the social, cultural, educational and professional status of families in which children with intellectual disabilities are raised, which can be a source of influence that contradicts social norms. Unfavorable conditions in families of children with intellectual disabilities, lack of behavior, disability of proper behavior from parents, demonstration of aggressive behavior in the family and ensuring its support also cause aggressive tendencies in the behavior of this category of children. It has been found that unfavorable family situation, conflicting in children with intellectual disabilities increases with age, reaching the highest level before adolescence. It is proved that negative perception of a child with intellectual disturbance of a family situation, lack of emotional connections between family members, feeling of rejection and rejection of a child by adult family members causes not only manifestations of aggression, but also formation of aggressive behaviors.

In my work I described prevention and behavioral disorders.I posted the different definitions of prevention, concepts, strategies and models. I introduced the division of behavioral disorders, their origin and diagnosis. I described the role of behavior in protecting the lives of young people, but also have presented risk behaviors.In the methodological part, I described test procedure. I conducted a survey among high school students, their parents and teachers and interviews with the school principal and school educators. I chose the young people, because of the stage of life in which they are located. In my research I asked about things that allowed me to get to know the opinion on the impact of prevention on youth behavior.

Pierwszy z nich obrazuje zmiany historyczne i cywilizacyjne jakie zeszły w odniesieniu do ludzkiej seksualności. Rozdział drugi skupia się na tym czym jest uzależnienie i jaka jest różnica pomiędzy uzależnieniem chemicznym a uzależnieniem behawioralnym. Trzeci z rozdziałów mojej pracy opisuje cechy erotomanii a także mechanizmy obronne stosowane przez osoby uzależnione. Czwarty rozdział dotyczy przyczyn i czynników ryzyka jako tych, które wpływają na rozwój uzależnienia. Piąty rozdział to odniesienie do skutków i konsekwencji z jakimi borykają się uzależnieni. Temat współuzależnienia i próby wyjścia z niego po krótce opisuje rozdział szósty. Zagadnienia kolejnego rozdziału skupiają się wokół kwestii leczenia seksoholizmu. Ostatni zaś rozdział obrazuje stan edukacji seksualnej a także jej wpływ na rozwój opisywanego uzależnienia. Celem mojej pracy było zobrazowanie rozwoju uzależnienia od seksu, poczynając od przyczyn po cechy i skutki. Chciałam także skupić się na możliwościach wyjścia z tego uzależnienia i ukazać jak ogromny ma na to wpływ edukacja seksualna młodzieży.
This study concerns an issue of sex addiction and it consists of eight chapters, the first of which illustrates the historical and cultural changes in the approach to human sexuality. The second chapter focuses on the definition of addiction and the difference between the chemical and behavioral addictions. The next part describes features of erotomania and defense mechanisms often used by addicts. The causes and risk factors resulting in development of addiction are presented in the fourth chapter. The following part refers the effects and consequences faced by addicts. The subjects of codependency, overcoming it and the treatment of sex addicts are described in chapters six and seven. The last issue presented in this study is the state of sex education and its influence on the development of this addiciton.The purpose of my work was to illustrate the evolution of sex addiction - its causes, features and consequences. I also wanted to focus on the possibilities of defeating addiction and the importance of educating young people on this subject.

Opis:: Management science came into being to meet the needs of modern, socialized mass production. Its purpose is to study how to improve the level of productivity through rational organization and allocation of human, financial, and material factors under the existing conditions. Management is a comprehensive, interdisciplinary subject. Economics is an independent subject in modern times, and it is a science about the law of economic development. Economics not only forms the theoretical foundation of management together with mathematics and psychology but also provides analytical methods for management. The relationship between economics and management is not unidirectional but bilateral, which can be said to be an interactive relationship that promotes each other. Finally, due to the close linkages and integration of economics and management, marginal disciplines such as economic management and management economics have emerged one after another, while most of the research in the field of economic management has both an amphibious nature of economics and management. Traditional economics focuses on rational decisions based on profit maximization, cost and delivery time reduction, and raising output volume and quality. On the contrary, behavioral economics doesn’t assume that people are good at utility maximization or that it is people’s only goal. The behavioral economics underpinning the interested actors psychological biases (e.g., loss aversion), limited cognitive resources, and care about other values such as fairness, all of which can impact their economic decisions, and analyzing the consequences of these decisions on market prices, returns, and resource allocations. The above is an understanding of the definition and content of management and economics, including psychological factors that determine the level of rational behavior of an individual in decision-making and the nature of his or her interpersonal and intergroup interactions. The ultimate goal of behavioral economics is to increase the explanatory power of economics with the help of a realistic psychological base, because human behavior is not only the subject of economics but also of psychology and the social sciences as a whole. In this context, this review paper focuses on the “fine-tuned balance of the combination of management and economics and makes an analysis to reveal the possible linkages between them, concluding some feasible, exploitable remarks and recommendations as well in the field of everyday running business at the companies.
Celem artykułu jest zbadanie sposobów poprawy poziomu produktywności poprzez racjonalną organizację i alokację czynników ludzkich, finansowych i materialnych w istniejących warunkach. Artykuł jest próbą ukazania wpływu nurtu ekonomii behawioralnej na zarządzanie. Autorzy bazują głównie na dyskusji literaturowej, teoretycznej. Zalecenia w artykule są zestawem teoretycznych postulatów.
