Opis:: W pracy przedstawiono przykłady praktycznych zastosowań modeli numerycznych struktur przestrzennych w projektowaniu architektonicznym. Zastosowanie takich modeli znacząco ułatwia i skraca proces projektowania obiektów posiadających części składowe w postaci złożonych systemów konstrukcyjnych. Pokazano sposoby budowania modeli numerycznych na trzech wybranych przykładach konstrukcji przestrzennych zastosowanych w bieżącej działalności projektowej autora.
The paper presents examples of applications of numerical models of the spatial structures in the architectonic practice. Application of these models significantly makes easy and faster the design process of objects consisting of component parts having shapes of complex structural systems. There are presented examples of three chosen spatial structures applied in the current architectonic activity of the author.

Opis:: Praca prezentuje sposoby kształtowania dwóch rodzajów przestrzennych struktur prętowo-cięgnowych, które zostały zbudowane wokół takiej samej formy siatki prętów usytuowanej w warstwie środkowej. Te dwie struktury mogą być zaprojektowane jako systemy konstrukcyjne przekryć dachowych o dowolnych kształtach. Przedstawiono propozycje ich praktycznych zastosowań w projektach wybranych obiektów architektonicznych.
The paper presents shaping procedures of two types of the spatial tension-strut structures, which are formed around the same shape of the grid of struts located in its middle layer. Both structures can be designed as structural systems of the roof covers having optional forms. There are presented proposals of their practical applications in the projects of chosen architectonic objects.

The paper presents a methodology for assessing the intensity of damage to the elements of building structures constructed in the large-panel technology, located in mining areas. Bayesian Belief Network was used, which allows to predict the intensity of damage to a building structure, and the probability of its occurrence was predicted. The article also presents the possibility of using the created model for the assessment of damage in the case of incomplete or uncertain decision data. The structure of the Bayesian Belief Network was built on the database regarding the construction, maintenance quality, and intensity of damage to 129 buildings, taking into account environmental effects in the form of mining impacts. The study demonstrates applications of the network for the diagnosis of the causes of damage and for predicting the impacts of mining activities on building structures.

Opis:: Classification of assets of industrial plants meets with difficulties arising from the imprecise and inconsistent legislation. As a consequence of differences in interpretation, significant discrepancies in the calculation of the tax due arise, resulting in numerous lawsuits and additional high costs. Classification of assets of industrial plants for tax purposes engineering of a plant. This article discusses selected criteria of classifying assets of industrial plants for the purpose of calculating properyt tax, on the basis of the Construction Law, with consideration to the Act on Local Taxes and Fees. This article also provides examples of classifying building structures located in industrial plants based on the adopted criteria.
Kwalifikacja składników majątku zakładów przemysłowych napotyka trudności wynikające z nieprecyzyjnych i niespójnych przepisów prawnych. W konsekwencji różnic interpretacyjnych powstają istotne rozbieżności w naliczaniu należnego podatku, co skutkuje licznymi procesami sądowymi oraz dodatkowymi wysokimi kosztami. Kwalifikacja składników majątku zakładów przemysłowych do celów podatkowych wymaga wiedzy w zakresie prawa, budownictwa oraz technologii zakładu. W artykulew omówiono wybrane kryteria kwalifikacji składników majątku zakładów przemysłowych pod kątem naliczania podatku od nieruchomości, na gruncie ustawy Prawo budowlane, z uwzględnieniem ustawy o podatkach i opłatach lokalnych. Podano również przykłady kwalifikacji obiektów znajdujących się na terenie zakładów przemysłowych na podstawie przyjętych kryteriów.

Opis:: The construction documentation imposes certain obligations on the participants of the construction process: investor, investor's supervision inspector, designer, construction manager (works manager). Activities and tasks assigned to individual participants in the process require them to properly understand and interpret the law, because ignorance of the provisions does not exempt them from responsibility. The article defines and characterizes the documentation required during the construction implementation, which proves that all works during the execution of the building object were carried out in a safe and compliant manner.
