Change management is currently one of the most sought-after business management technologies. Often, change management is called the most difficult part of a managerial work, which requires great skill. This is particularly relevant in the context of modern business, when deep, almost constant changes are in principle considered a factor that is very important for a company to adapt to the changing demands of the market and the global economic situation. The purpose of the article is an analysis of approaches and models of change management. To achieve it a literature review was carried out. Article describes main differences between ADKAR, EASIER, Lewin's model of change and Nadkar twelve steps approach to name a few. Analysis led to the conclusion, that it is impossible to pick the best approach to change management. Each approach to change management draws attention to different aspects of this issue but at the same time they do not exclude but complement each other. Change management models focus, to a large extent, on the practical process of this management area.

A VUCA world (described with four attributes: volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) and the resulting need to implement changes continuously in almost every area of organisational activity have enhanced the awareness of organisations with regard to searching for skilful managers/leaders of change and building up competencies in change management amongst their staff. At the same time, however, quite a large proportion of changes fail. The paper aims to identify major challenges faced when implementing significant changes in an organisation using two case studies as an example. The first case study concerns a change to the Agile approach in an organisation’s operations, while the second one – the implementation of the Design Thinking concept in the work of project teams. The obtained results have become a starting point for more in-depth studies on change management focused in particular on factors contributing to organisational change success or failure and the role of individual stakeholders in the process.

The events related to the armed conflict in Ukraine undoubtedly have an impact on the image of the modern world economy. As a consequence, it forces the enterprise to implement specific actions related to change management, which should be a response to the changing environment, in this case based on changes in the security environment. On the basis of the conducted research, the authors emphasize that due to the interruption of the supply chain, forced changes in the TFL sector, the social impact and the social role of enterprises, the preparation of change management plans is a complicated and difficult task facing modern enterprises. In this article, the authors draw attention to the multifaceted nature of this phenomenon.

In the context of the work, the concepts of "change" and "change management" were considered. Investigated the need for effective management of internal changes in the organization, to overcome the effects of uncertainty, instability and variability of the external environment. Analyzed existing models and approaches to change management, classification of changes, investigated the stages and the model order change management process in the organization. The selection criteria on which the choice of the necessary change management model of a modern enterprise should be based were established. The advantages and disadvantages of implementing tools to improve change management in modern conditions of enterprises were substantiated. The organizational and managerial structure of the Ukrainian enterprise was analyzed, on the basis of which a study was conducted, the purpose of which was to find out how the implementation of organizational changes affects the activities of the enterprise and its employees.
W kontekście pracy rozważono pojęcia „zmiany” i „zarządzania zmianą”. Badana jest konieczność skutecznego zarządzania zmianami wewnętrznymi w organizacji, aby przezwyciężyć wpływ niepewności, niestabilności i zmienności środowiska zewnętrznego. Analizowane były istniejące modele i podejścia do zarządzania zmianami, brane były pod uwagę klasyfikacje zmian, badane były etapy i typowa kolejność procesu zarządzania zmianami w organizacji. Ustalono kryteria wyboru, na których powinien opierać się wybór niezbędnego modelu zarządzania zmianami nowoczesnego przedsiębiorstwa. Uzasadnione były zalety i wady wdrażania narzędzi usprawniających zarządzanie zmianami w nowoczesnych warunkach przedsiębiorstw. Analizowana była struktura organizacyjna i zarządcza ukraińskiego przedsiębiorstwa, na podstawie której przeprowadzono badanie, którego celem było ustalenie, w jaki sposób wprowadzenie zmian organizacyjnych wpływa na działalność przedsiębiorstwa i jego pracowników.

As air traffic is continously growing and the number of potential hazards for safety is also rising, improvement of management systems is required to ensure an adequate level of safety. The management of change constitutes an important part of the safety management system (SMS) defined in Annex 19 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation. It is one of twelve elements of SMS found in the ‘Safety assurance’ component. The management of change put in place in an aviation organisation demonstrates the considerable development of an SMS. This process is essential for managing safety in an efficient way. The article reports on the state of implementation of the management of change in selected civil aviation organisations and also points out the difficulties related with carrying it out in everyday life. The paper focuses on managing changes of certified aerodromes and air navigation service providers. In the conclusions, tools are proposed that enable the reader to improve the process.

The healthcare sector is constantly changing due to many different factors, both external and internal, such as regulatory, organizational, technological, personnel, financial, and geopolitical change. Change management methods and tools are useful for effectively planning, implementing and monitoring change. The important issue is in which areas and to what extent change management is utilized in healthcare. The aim of this text is therefore to conduct a scoping literature review on change management in healthcare and to develop, based on the results of this research, a theoretical model of determinants and motives for implementing change management in healthcare. A scoping review of the literature was conducted to determine the extent to which change management is applied in healthcare organizations. Texts meeting the inclusion criteria were searched for in four databases: PubMed, Embase, Scopus, and EBSCO. The search was limited to texts published in English. Of the 247 publications screened, 73 met the inclusion criteria. Additionally, 1021 keywords were selected from the screened publications, of which 137 met the inclusion criteria and were approved for the keyword analysis. The keywords formed seven thematic clusters: human, change management, organization and management, leadership, healthcare delivery, hospital management, and productivity. There are a number of motives for using change management in healthcare, and all centre around a few determinants that can be divided into those directly related to the specifics of the healthcare sector and those directly related to management processes. These determinants and motives were included in the theoretical model.
