Opis:: A nonlinear elliptic partial differential equation with the Newton boundary conditions is examined. We prove that for greater data we get a greater weak solution. This is the so-called comparison principle. It is applied to a steady-state heat conduction problem in anisotropic magnetic cores of large transformers.

Opis:: We consider a Robin problem driven by the p-Laplacian and with a reaction which is gradient dependent (convection). Using truncations and perturbations, we show that the problem has at least one positive smooth solution.

Opis:: Praca przedstawia model dochodzenia do poznania prawdy materialnej w polskim procesie karnym ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem stadium jurysdykcyjnego. Koncentruje się na realizacji zasady prawdy materialnej za pomocą zasad wobec niej pomocniczych (zasady kontradyktoryjności i bezpośredniości), ściśle z nią związanych. Przyjęto metodę analizy zgodną z poszczególnymi stadiami polskiego procesu karnego. Po ogólnym opisaniu powyższych zasad, przystąpiono do ich szczegółowego porównania na kolejnych etapach procesu. W pracy dokonano porównania stanu prawnego w tym zakresie w chwili obecnej z rzeczywistością prawną, która zacznie obowiązywać od 1 lipca 2015 r.
The paper presents a model of an investigation into the truth of the material in the Polish criminal process with special emphasis on the stage of proceedings. It focuses on the implementation of the principle of material truth by means of auxiliary rules against it (the adversarial principle and direct), closely related to it. We adopted the method of analysis in accordance with the various stages of the criminal process Polish. Having now generally described the above principles, proceeded to the detailed comparison of the subsequent stages of the process. The paper presents a comparison of the legal situation in this area at the moment with the legal reality, which will take effect from 1 July 2015.
