Opis:: In the present paper, we consider methods of constructing modular number systems (MNS), named also as residue number systems, in the complex plane. The structure of complete sets of residues (CSR) with respect to complex modulo is investigated. For its creation, the effective constructive rule realizing isomorphism of the given CSR and an adequate ring of real integer residues is proposed.

Opis:: The Chapman-Kolmogorov equations indicated in the title are a pretext to demonstrate a mathematically unrecognised truth about the effect of the reliability states of elements (which are generally understood as “subjects”) on the reliability states of a complete set of the same elements, which is called an object. Of importance here are not just the reliability characteristics of individual elements, but the independencies, dependencies and interdependencies between the elements. The relations were described in the language of graph theory. The availability matrix of the language of graph theory was translated to determine the size and probabilities of distinct reliability states of the object, the derivatives of their similarities, and the transition rates adequate to those derivatives. This article continues the research work which identifies the relationship of the properties of a complete set of distinct reliability states of an object with a widely understood theory of systems. The previous papers referred, among others, to: risk, safety, structure entropy, the reliability of the results of checks, and – most of all – technical diagnostics, both in the area of its algorithms and of its optimisation. The object’s serial reliability structure was not assumed in any of those papers, recognising that it would be a serious abuse. The research results were referred to all possible structures of a three-element object. It is believed that by virtue of the block diagrams appropriate to those structures, the readers hereof are provided with a realistic opportunity to practically (and inexpensively) verify the ideas presented here.
W artykule tytułowe „równania Chapmana-Kołmogorowa” są pretekstem do ukazania nieuświadomionej matematycznie prawdy o wpływie stanów diagnostycznych elementów (szeroko pojętych podmiotów) na stany diagnostyczne całego swojego zbioru, nazywanego krótko obiektem. Istotne są tu nie tylko charakterystyki niezawodnościowe poszczególnych elementów, ale przede wszystkim występujące między tymi elementami relacje niezależności, zależności i współzależności. Do opisu tych relacji posłużono się językiem teorii grafów, którego macierz osiągalności przełożono dla potrzeb wyznaczania: liczebności i prawdopodobieństw rozróżnialnych stanów diagnostycznych obiektu, pochodnych rzeczonych prawdopodobieństw i adekwatnych tym pochodnym – intensywności przejść. Niniejszy artykuł jest kontynuacją prac wskazujących na związek właściwości pełnego zbioru rozróżnialnych stanów diagnostycznych obiektu z szeroko pojętą teorią systemów. Wcześniejsze prace odnosiły się m.in. do: ryzyka, bezpieczeństwa, entropii struktury, wiarygodności wyników sprawdzeń i – przede wszystkim – diagnostyki technicznej, tak w obszarze jej algorytmów, jak i optymalizacji. W żadnej z nich nie założono szeregowej struktury niezawodnościowej obiektu. Przykłady analiz odniesiono do wszystkich możliwych struktur konstrukcyjnych obiektu trzyelementowego. Żywi się przekonanie, że wraz z podaniem przystających do tych struktur schematów ideowych stwarza się Czytelnikowi realną możliwość praktycznej (i taniej) weryfikacji przedstawionych przemyśleń.

Opis:: The article is devoted to organizational and pedagogical aspects of secret vocational education during the Nazi occupation of Poland (1939-1944). It analyses the problems of vocational training in the context of the development of a network of secret education in the country during the whole period of occupation. Special attention is paid to the activity of secret educational organizations, coordinating and governing centers of polish underground tutoring which carried out the organizational arrangements of professional tuition on the basis of officially functioning professional schools. The attention is focused on didactic aspects of secret vocational teaching, curricula, educational process.

Opis:: Join-independent and meet-independent sets in complete lattices were defined in [6]. According to [6], to each complete lattice (L,≤) and a cardinal number p one can assign (in a unique way) an incidence structure $J^{p}_{L}$ of independent sets of (L,≤). In this paper some lattice-inadmissible incidence structures are founded, i.e. such incidence structures that are not isomorphic to any incidence structure $J^{p}_{L}$.

Opis:: Let $\{ X_{\bf n}, {\bf n}\in \mathbb{N}^d \}$ be a random field of negatively dependent random variables. The complete convergence results for negatively dependent random fields are refined. To obtain the main theorem several lemmas for convergence of families indexed by $\mathbb{N}^d$ have been proved. Auxiliary lemmas have wider application to study the random walks on the lattice.

Opis:: Celem pracy jest opis różnych typów liniowych przestrzeni metrycznych oraz ich porównanie z przestzreniami Banacha. W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawiam dowód istnienia metryki równoważnej z wyjściową w liniowych przestrzeniach metrycznych oraz niektóre fakty o zupełności metryk w takich przestrzeniach, wprowadzam pojęcia F-normy i modularu, przeprowadzam konstrukcję przestrzeni Orlicza. Drugi rozdział zawiera pewne fakty o istnieniu jednorodnych F-norm w przestrzeniach lokalnie pseudowypukłych oraz przestrzeniach lokalnie ograniczonych. W ostatnim rozdziale zajmuję się konstrukcją F-norm w rzeczywistych liniowych przestrzeniach metrycznych, która posiada pewne własności norm.
The goals of my thesis are description of different types of linear metric spaces and their comparison with Banach spaces. In the first chapter I present proof of existence of invariant metric equivalent to the original one in linear metric spaces and some facts about completeness of metrics in such spaces, introduce definitions of F-norm and modular, perform construction of Orlicz space. The second chapter includes some facts about existence of homogeneous F-norms in locally pseudoconvex and locally bounded spaces. In the last chapter I deal with construction of F-norms in real linear metric spaces that have some properties of norms.
