Opis:: The analysis of the notion “pedagogical conditions” is represented in the article. On the basis of the comparative multi aspect analysis of the notion “conditions”, the notion “pedagogical conditions” is defined and the main characteristic features are revealed. Pedagogical conditions are analyzed in the paper as a component of a pedagogical system; they reflect the environmental opportunities effecting personality- and process-based aspects of the system, enhancing its successful functioning. Different groups of conditions guaranteeing the effective functioning of pedagogical system are considered. The peculiar properties of three groups of pedagogical conditions (organizational-pedagogical, psychological-pedagogical, didactic) are disclosed.

Opis:: Analysis of working conditions in terms of ergonomics is an increasingly popular topic among industrial enterprises. This is primarily due to the development of departments responsible for maintaining safe and healthy working conditions, but also awareness of the impact of working conditions on maintaining safety and maintaining the rhythm of work. Care for working conditions translates into the possibility of maintaining the level of activities performed, which indirectly affects the quality of final products. Conducting activities in the field of shaping ergonomic working conditions in the context of continuous improvement based on the Deming cycle and the principles of conceptual ergonomics seem to be a key approach to care for work safety. Treating this process as a continuous and looped process gives you the ability to react quickly and predict adverse effects. However, constant control, observation, and analysis of the possibilities of implementing improvement solutions is important. The purpose of the article is to compare ergonomic working conditions at selected work stations with the assumptions and plans developed before launching the assembly line. The research included a comparative analysis of results in the form of ergonomic score obtained from TiCon software, based on MTM, UAS, and EAWS methods. The research was carried out at the turn of 2016-2020 in an automotive company dealing in the production of passenger car drive system components.

Opis:: Who are Czech journalists and what do they do? Based on data from 291 interviews with Czech journalists working in the news media at various levels between 2012 and 2014, for the Worlds of Journalism Study (www.worldsofjournalism.org), the paper introduces for the first time an overview of the most important results of the Czech part of the study. We present an analysis of the data on journalists’ working conditions, the most and least important perceived influences on their work, as well as their level of trust in various institutions, recent significant changes perceived in their profession and the professional roles they prefer. The basic demographic data of our sample is also given. The survey was done in two phases, between which significant media ownership changes took place, making the results highly up-to-date. We conclude that the position of journalists is changing. Journalists are required to write more stories than before, yet have less time to research them. Although they assert the importance of journalistic ethics, they have also perceived that ethical standards have somewhat weakened recently. Nevertheless, they express a high level of autonomy and freedom in their work.

Opis:: Professional and family roles are one of the basic and most important roles performed by adults. Transformations of modern organisations and families show that these two types of social groups are closely related. Work allows people to acquire material resources that are necessary to meet family needs and determine its social status. This study is of qualitative nature. Its main goal is to identify the factors that limit professional activation of mothers and those that limit implementation of the right of fathers to engage in the family life related to the difficulties encountered in reconciling professional and family roles. The attempt to identify these factors was carried out at the level of individual parent strategies, organisation practices, and at the level of implemented social policy, taking into account employers' organisations and trade union opinions.

Opis:: Thermal imagers often work in extreme conditions but are typically tested under laboratory conditions. This paper presents the concept, design rules, experimental verification, and example applications of a new system able to carry out measurements of performance parameters of thermal imagers working under precisely simulated real working conditions. High accuracy of simulation has been achieved by enabling regulation of two critical parameters that define working conditions of thermal imagers: imager ambient temperature and background temperature of target of interest. The use of the new test system in the evaluation process of surveillance thermal imagers can bring about a revolution in thermal imaging metrology by allowing thermal imagers to be evaluated under simulated, real working conditions.

Opis:: In the current age, the increased need for the restoration of forest ecosystems necessitates a better understanding of natural processes. Forest stands that are affected only by natural processes and disturbances can serve as references and controls for comparison with cut or otherwise managed forests. Such a comparison may help us determine, whether our sylvicultural practices actually pursue the goal of sustainable development. It is also important to use uniform terminology across the world to facilitate sharing of experiences and results. Creating reference and control stands in every ecoregion will provide a rich scientific basis for comparison with managed forests and allow us to design and apply restoration methods more effectively.

Opis:: The 1960’s view of gender role orientation held that masculinity and femininity were at opposite ends of the same continuum. Bem challenged this concept by suggesting that masculinity and femininity were actually separate continuums, allowing individuals to endorse both characteristics. Bem described four categories of gender: sex-typed individuals, androgynous individuals, undifferentiated individuals and cross-sex-typed individuals. The authoress of this article conducted researches, delivering five techniques: IPP by Kuczyńska, NEO-FFI by Costa & McCrae, PTS by Strelau & Zawadzki, SD by Ray and MSS by Merrill & Reid to the group of 145 persons. The results indicate several significant differences that may be applied to various domains of life for example to the procedure of recruitment and selection.

Opis:: We consider a heat conduction problem S with mixed boundary conditions in an n-dimensional domain with regular boundary and a family of problems Sα with also mixed boundary conditions in , where α > 0 is the heat transfer coefficient on the portion of the boundary Г1. In relation to these state systems, we formulate Neumann boundary optimal control problems on the heat flux q which is definite on the complementary portion Г2 of the boundary of Ω. We obtain existence and uniqueness of the optimal controls, the first order optimality conditions in terms of the adjoint state and the convergence of the optimal controls, the system state and the adjoint state when the heat transfer coefficient α goes to infinity. Furthermore, we formulate particular boundary optimal control problems on a real parameter λ, in relation to the parabolic problems S and Sαα
