Opis:: Artykuł rozwija jeden z kluczowych obszarów problemowych aktualnych dla tematyki konsultingu. Zostaje w nim podjęta próba określenia potrzeb klienta usług doradczych (organizacji) oraz wartości tych usług dla podmiotów działających na rynku. Celem artykułu jest analiza znaczenia dla współczesnych organizacji doradztwa oraz identyfikacja obszarów organizacji, które wymagają wsparcia i w ramach których jest ono udzielane. Opracowanie pokazuje również korzyści, które wynikają z korzystania z doradztwa organizacyjnego, oraz zagrożenia z nim związane. Artykuł zakończony jest prezentacją badań własnych dotyczących różnych aspektów doradztwa organizacyjnego. Zastosowane metody badawcze to: analiza krytyczna źródeł literaturowych oraz badania ankietowe przeprowadzone na grupie respondentów będących uczestnikami studiów podyplomowych z zakresu zarządzania.
Article develops one of the key problems of modern consulting and it attempts to analyze customer (organization) needs in the area of consulting services and the importance of consulting for contemporary organizations. The article aims to analyze the importance of consulting services for organizations and attempts to identify main areas of organization that require external support of professional consultants. The article presents benefits and potential threats for organizations related to the external consulting services. The article ends with a presentation of research on various aspects of organizational consulting. Research methods applied in the article are: critical analysis of literature sources, research surveys conducted among respondents who are participants in postgraduate studies in management.

Opis:: Within the framework of this article the newest banking challenges as Covid-19 and war in Ukraine are investigated and discussed. The aim of the research is also to identify the degree of cooperation between sectors as both consulting and banking industry in Poland. The study, which employs the aggregation method, indicate individual banks in Poland characterized by the highest degree of relationship with Polish branches of consulting companies. Simultaneously, banks with the highest ROE indicators use the services of consulting companies to a greater extent. After the pandemic outbreak, consumer behavior has evolved. The improvement of such banking functionalities as chat bot, voice assistant, face ID are becoming a dynamically developing trend in modern mobile and electronic banking practice. The advisory market is on track to fulfil this huge potential by engaging experts who will refill the gaps in the shortage of specialist know-how in banking operations activities.

Opis:: Celem tekstu jest przedstawienie rozwijanych obecnie kierunków badań nad usługami konsultingowymi. Badania zostały pogrupowane na cztery kategorie: a) dotyczące branży doradczej, b) omawiające procesy i relacje wewnątrz firm doradczych, c) analizujące relacje między firmami doradczymi a otoczeniem oraz d) poruszające etyczny aspekt doradztwa. Przedstawiono także przyczyny rosnącej popularności doradztwa oraz jego konsekwencje dla organizacji sektorów prywatnego i publicznego.
In this text I review the recent literature covering the main areas of research in the realm of consulting services. The reviewed studies were divided into four categories: a) studies about consulting industry treated as a whole, b) studies about processes and relations inside consulting organizations, c) studies focusing on relations between consulting organizations and their environments and d) studies pertaining to ethical dimension of consulting. The causes of growing popularity of consulting services in the modern world were described, as were characterized the consequences of consulting for isomorphism in public and private organizations.

Opis:: Rentowność firmy to nie tylko efekt rozeznania potrzeb rynku, odpowiedzi firmy na popyt czy tez efekt wybitnych umiejętności w zakresie zdobycia klienta, bowiem niebagatelne znaczenie w takim wypadku ma również wiedza dotycząca zarządzania kosztami. Co ciekawe, gospodarka magazynowa danego przedsiębiorstwa często spektakularnie wpływa na jego koszty. Brak wiedzy w tej dziedzinie może realnie i niepotrzebnie mnożyć koszty, zmniejszając przychody, a w konsekwencji nawet pozbawiać zysków. Jednakże przedsiębiorca w takim wypadku dysponuje wzorami obliczeniowym, narzędziami i usługami. Takie bowiem wartości jak próg rentowności, bieżąca płynność finansowa czy wskaźnik szybki są możliwe do obliczenia. Nadto przedsiębiorca może skorzystać z takich narzędzi gospodarowania zasobami firmy jak kredyt kupiecki czy audyt zewnętrzny w zakresie consultingu logistycznego. Kredyt kupiecki jest często niedoceniany, a przez to i niestosowany. Natomiast usługi w zakresie consultingu logistycznego bywają uznawane za niepotrzebnie generujące dodatkowe koszty. Nie zawsze jednak musi tak być co wskazano w niniejszym artykule.
The company’s profitability is not only the result of assessment of market needs, response to demand or effect the ability to gain customer, because of great importance in this case also has knowledge of cost management. Moreover, warehouse management of a company has often a significant impact on its costs. Lack of knowledge in this field could realistically and unnecessarily multiply costs, reduced revenues and even deprived of profits. However, entrepreneur in this case has a computational models, tools and services. Values such as the threshold of profitability, current liquidity and quick ratio are impossible to calculate. Furthermore, entrepreneur can use tools such as trade credit and external audit in the field of logistics consulting. Trade credit is often underestimated and therefore not used. The services consulting Logistics are often considered as generate unnecessary additional costs, but not always have to be that what is stated in this article.

Opis:: The aim of the article is to discuss different emotional constellations and their language manifestation, which take part in the specialist communication in a selected consulting forum on the Internet. It shows which emotions are typically expressed by diverse language means on a digital internet-based communication platform, in which situations or contexts these emotions arise and how they are communicated during the online information exchange. The question is also discussed which situational and contextual communication causes emotions in digital discourse. Existing examples of emotional communication in the consulting process as well as different emotional language elements are analysed and their contribution to emotion expression is examined.

Opis:: Einführung und Ziele: Das landwirtschaftliche Beratungssystem in Deutschland wie auch in den anderen europäischen Ländern wird sich künftig noch stärker an der Marktentwicklung orientieren müssen, das bedeutet, dass mehr Anbieter und damit Auswahlmöglichkeiten für die Landwirte bestehen. Das erfordert u. a. die Entwicklung tragfähiger Qualitätsstandards, flexible Beratungsangebote und ein ausgewogenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. In der Bundesrepublik Deutschland liegt die landwirtschaftliche Beratung in der Verantwortung der einzelnen Bundesländer. Neben staatlichen Behörden, Landwirtschaftskammern, privaten Beratungsbüros bieten Fachverbände sowie spezielle Beratungsringe, aber auch Firmen der Vorleistungsbereiche landwirtschaftliche Beratung an. Eine einheitliche Ausbildung zum Landwirtschaftlichen Fachberater und verbindliche Qualitätsstandards gibt es derzeit nicht. Material und Methoden: Schreibmaterial zur Verfügung. Analyse des Themas auf der Grundlage der Literatur. Ergebnisse: Derzeit gibt es keine Ausbildung für landwirtschaftliche Berater und verbindliche Qualitätsstandards einschließlich der landwirtschaftlichen Erweiterung. Anwendung: Der Aufbau und die Nutzung von Netzwerken als soziale Infrastruktur mit den unterschiedlichsten Akteuren im ländlichen Raum und deren Ressourcen im Sinne einer existenzsichernden Wertschöpfung zunehmend an Bedeutung.
Introduction and aim: The emergence and development of the farm advisory system in Germany, as well as in other European Union countries in the future will be more focused on the development of the market which means that the creation of more suppliers and thus increase the opportunities for farmers. This means that sustainable development standards of quality, flexible provision of advisory services and balanced reporting price-capacity production. In Germany, the agricultural advisory service is the responsibility of the land countries. In addition to government agencies, Chambers of Agriculture and specialized consulting firms lack the companies that provide professional advisory services. Material and methods: Writing material available. Analysis of the theme on the basis of literature. Results: Currently there is no training for agricultural consultants and binding quality standards including agricultural extension. Conclusion: Construction and use of the network in terms of social infrastructure of the various stakeholders in the rural areas and their resources in terms of daily earnings are increasingly important.
