In conditions of diverging from the model of the permanent employment we can find in the Spanish economy a successfully operating cooperative corporation Mondragón. - even in the period of economic recession. One of the main goals the corporation aspires to achieve, besides the maximization of the profit, is rising the level of the job security and creating new places of employment. The article discusses the most important characteristics of the model of employment in Mondragon Cooperation. In the article a hypothesis was constructed that solutions in the employment accepted in the Basque cooperative corporation support the rise of level of the job security even in the period of an economic crisis. In the result of conducted research the assumption was confirmed.

Opis:
This article examines the main aspects of the economic policy of the German administration within the Kolomyia region during 1941-1944. On the bases of „Vollia Pokuttya“ news, the directions of Germany economic governance in the agrarian and trade commercial sector were singled out. The economic policy pursued by the German occupation authorities in the Kolomyia region vividly reflected the general trend of expansionist use of industrial and human potential in the district of Galicia. This led to acts of disobedience and sabotage of grain supplies by the peasants and a harsh reaction from the authorities. Nazi officials pursued a similar policy in the cities. By allowing the resumption of business and cooperatives, the Germans hoped to gain the loyalty of local residents. However, support could not be achieved, as de facto control over the above institutions continued to be exercised by various governmental economic groups, which included all existing industrial organizations, craft associations, and consumer cooperatives. Mobilization and organization government measures concerning the departure of the population for job to the Reich were illuminated, and also described their life conditions and social-legal status. In particular, the goal of agricultural and handicraft courses, which operated in Kolomyia’s county, was analyzed. The paper highlights that the organization of professional education was suitable for pragmatic considerations of the Nazi administration, as military failures give the power a push to attract local population to spend active agricultural life. This study is the first attempt of complex assessment of economic policy of the German occupation regime in the mentioned terrains. Therefore, the results of this paper are important both for the further development of historical regionalism and in the context of studies devoted to the Second World War.

Artykuł przedstawia ideę i ruch kooperatyzmu w dziewiętnastowiecznych Niemczech. Autorka wskazuje na inspirację tego ruchu sytuacją społeczno-ekonomiczną tamtego czasu oraz poprzedzającym go ruchem spółdzielczym w Wielkiej Brytanii i we Francji. W Niemczech dominującą formą kooperatyw były banki ludowe Hermanna Schulze-Delitzsch oraz wiejskie kasy pożyczkowo-oszczędnościowe Friedricha Wilhelma Raiffeisena. Autorka koncentruje się na ideowym ich uzasadnieniu oraz na ich odrębnościach wynikających z zakresu działalności oraz form organizacyjnych. Podejmuje także kwestię stawianych celów społecznych ruchu spółdzielczego. Nie jest jej obojętna także rola polityczna obu typów kooperatyw, zwłaszcza w kontekście narodowościowym. W tym ostatnim wypadku zwraca uwagę na rolę spółdzielczości na ziemiach polskich pozostających w zaborze pruskim.
The article presents the idea and movement of cooperatism in the 19th century in Germany. The author points to the inspirations of this movement in the socio-economic situation of that time and to the preceding cooperative movement in the United Kingdom and France. In Germany, Hermann Schulze-Delitzsch’s people’s banks and Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen’s rural savings and loan associations were the dominant forms of cooperatives. The author focuses on their ideological justification, and on their differences arising from the scope of activity and organizational forms. She also addresses an issue of the social aims of the cooperative movement. What is not indifferent for her is the political role of both types of cooperation, especially in the context of nationality. In the latter case, she points out the role of cooperatives in the Polish territories remaining under Prussian rule in those times.

Opis:
This article discusses the most recent publishing projects devoted to the history and intellectual accomplishments of the Polish cooperative movement before 1939. It illustrates the political dimension of the concept of cooperation, the need to deepen the research on the symbolic universe of the movement and the effect which defining the peripheral status of the Polish economy had on the development of the economic analyses of the Polish cooperators. The political philosophy of Polish cooperativism, created primarily by Edward Abramowski, in many respects exceeds the limitations characteristic for the classical modern ideologies of the political left-wing, thanks to which it inscribes in the process of ―inventing tradition‖ by the modern emancipation movements in Poland.

The article deals with a mandatory body appearing in every cooperative, namely the management board. The board’s competences have been analysed and defined. The most important part of the article is presenting procedures for the election and removal of the members of the board as well as proceedings of meetings and decision-making by the body. Finally, documentation of the management board activities is discussed.
Rozważania zawarte w artykule odnoszą się do obligatoryjnego organu występującego w każdej spółdzielni, jakim jest zarząd. Przeanalizowane i ustalone zostały kompetencje zarządu. Punctum saliens artykułu jest przedstawienie procedury wyboru i odwołania składu osobowego zarządu, a także tryb obradowania i podejmowania uchwał przez ten organ. In fine artykułu omówiono dokumentację z działalności zarządu spółdzielni.
