Opis:: The paper presents an approach to this type of problem. Was submitted the general approach to construct the model and presented selected aspects of the application AIRS enabling decision making support on minimizing taxiing aircraft at take-off and landing operations. Taxiing operations of aircraft on the apron are the binding part of planning and air traffic control phase including the sequencing of arrivals and departures, planning of air traffic in the immediate vicinity of the airport and issues of passenger traffic in the terminals and ground handling of aircraft. The airport is presented as a model which was implemented in the form of a computer application AIRS. Application AIRS is suported to determine the optimal taxiways on schedule. The procedure for decision support in carrying out the operation of aircraft consists of: data on the types of aircraft, data staging aircraft, data about the time of use of the types of aircraft, technical and organizational parameters of the process taxiing, the structure of the apron to the process of taxiing, routing algorithms of landing aircraft, routing algorithms of taking off aircraft, algorithms for taxiing in other cases.

Opis:: The article presents a proposal of use a decision table to support the decision-making process in scope of maintenance management in mining companies. In particular, it refers to decisions related to evaluation and improvement of mining machinery use in the mining production process. The article presents the theoretical foundations of decision tables building and characteristics of the most important stages of creating this table. This whole process was tried to refer specifically the mining industry. For this reason, during construction of the decision tables, the results of research on the effectiveness of the selected mining machines were used. The conducted research provided a lot of data, information and knowledge on the work of the particular mining machines, especially regarding the number and reasons for unplanned breaks during the machines’ work. The developed decision table will consist of conditions, rules and actions whose purpose is to define the recommendations for the particular groups of participants in the mining production process. The obtained results will form the basis for the development of the recommendations and proposals of actions to improve the level of use of mining machines. The authors focused mainly on the practical use of tables to support the decision-making process regarding maintenance and improvement of effectiveness of mining machines. The obtained results confirm the validity of the adopted assumptions. Decision tables can become an important tool that supports the decision-making process within mining companies.

Opis:: An article herein presents an optimization model, designated for computational core of decision-taking support system (DTSS). DTSS is necessary for system analysis and search of optimal versions for cyber security facilities placement and information protection of an enterprise or organization distributed computational network (DCN). DTSS and a model allow automize the analysis of information protection and cyber security systems in different versions. It is possible to consider, how separate elements, influence at DCN protection factors and their combinations. Offered model, in distinction from existing, has allowed implementing both the principles of information protection equivalency to a concrete threat and a system complex approach to forming a highly effective protection system for DCN. Hereby we have presented the outcomes of computational experiments on selecting the rational program algorithm of implementing the developed optimization model. It has been offered to use genetic algorithm modification (GAM). Based on the offered model, there has been implemented the module for adaptive DTSS. DTSS module might be applied upon designing protected DCN, based on preset architecture and available sets of information protection and cyber security systems in the network.

Opis:: Odpowiedzialne podejmowanie decyzji zarządczych w zakresie finansów przedsiębiorstwa wymaga dostępu do informacji na temat jego przeszłej, bieżącej i przyszłej kondycji finansowej. Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie wyników badań własnych autorów artykułu, w tym algorytmów oraz koncepcji rozwiązań zaimplementowanych w systemie eanaliza.pl. W artykule przedstawiono m.in. model współpracy użytkowników systemu w ramach przedsiębiorstwa oraz model udostępniania danych dla różnych grup odbiorców – modele te umożliwiają dostarczanie sprofilowanych informacji dla kadry zarządczej, kadry kierowniczej oraz podmiotów zewnętrznych. Opisano również procedurę weryfikacji poprawności działania wybranych elementów systemu. Prezentowane rozwiązania stanowią odpowiedź na zdiagnozowany brak, na rynku polskim, zaawansowanych i jednocześnie intuicyjnych narzędzi internetowych dotyczących analizy finansowej, skierowanych do przedsiębiorstw sektora MŚP. Diagnoza ta stanowi wynik analizy rynku oraz analizy literatury przeprowadzonej przez autorów publikacji.
Making reasonable management decisions related to the finances of an enterprise requires the knowledge about its past, present and future financial standing. The aim of the paper is to present the results of the authors’ own research, including algorithms and solutions implemented in the eanaliza.pl system. In the paper, we discuss, among other things, the model of cooperation of the enterprise employees within the framework of the presented system, as well as the model of data sharing among different groups of data recipients, providing the knowledge dedicated to the management staff, the executives and external entities. We also describe the testing procedure of system’s operation correctness. The presented solutions are the response to the diagnosed lack, on the Polish market, of advanced and intuitive online tools related to financial analysis, addressed to the enterprises in the SME sector. This diagnosis is the result of market and literature analysis carried out by the authors of the paper.

Opis:: Situation awareness is the key element of the decision-making process. In navigation safety domain, monitoring, control, assessment of dangerous situations, support of operators of decision-making support system should be implemented in real time. In this paper we present the problem of situation awareness applied to navigation safety control. The paper considers existing models of situation awareness and ontology-based approach for maritime situation awareness. We introduce the situation concept using infons. Finally, we give an example how use these methods for design and creation of decision-support system for navigation safety control.

Opis:: The aim of the paper is to present the current state of cloud computing solutions application in the management of a contemporary business organization. The author outlined such theoretical aspects of cloud computing solutions as its key concept and architecture, and the benefits resulting from its implementation in contemporary companies and enterprises. The article presents the vendor perspective of cloud computing services utilization in business organizations prepared on the basis of case studies, practical examples and an international research review. The research presenting the user perspective on cloud computing usage was based on the opinions of 100 respondents of cloud computing services and indicated the pros and cons resulting from the implementation and application of this solution which allowed to indicate not only its benefits but also its limitations.

Opis:: The research deals with improvement of methods and systems of controlling integrated power systems (IPSs) on the basis of intellectualization of decision-making support. Complex analysis of large-scale accidents at power facilities is performed, and their causes and damages are determined. There is substantiated topicality of building condition knowledge-bases as the foundation for developing decision-support systems in power engineering. The top priorities of the research include developing methods of building a knowledge base based on intensity models of control actions influencing the parameters of power system conditions and introducing the smart system into information contours of the automated dispatch control system (ADCS), as well as assessing practical results of the research. To achieve these goals, the authors apply methods of experiment planning, artificial intelligence, knowledge presentation, mathematical simulation, and mathematical statistics as well as methods of power systems studying. The basic research results include regression models of a power system sensitivity to control actions, methods of building a knowledge base based on the models of sensitivity matrices, a structure of the smart decision-support system, a scheme of introducing the decision-support system into the operating ADCS environment. The problem of building a knowledge base of the dispatch decision-support system on the basis of empirical data resulted from calculating experiments on the system diagram has been solved. The research specifies practical efficiency of the suggested approaches and developed models.

Opis:: Open pit mining of rock minerals and the affected areas requiring further development are a serious challenge for shaping the positive image of the mining industry among the public. The direction and method of post-mining land reclamation are important for this image, which should take into account various factors describing the mining area, including social preferences. The article presents an example solution – fuzzy system (FSDR) – which supports the selection of the direction of reclamation of post-mining areas created after the termination of operations of open pit gravel and sand natural aggregate mines. The article presents selected factors determining the selection of the direction and possible reclamation variants as input and output data of the fuzzy system. The rules base of the developed system, as well as the mechanisms of inference and defuzzification, were also characterized. The application of the developed system is presented on selected examples.
Eksploatacja surowców skalnych metodą odkrywkową oraz pozostające po niej tereny wymagające dalszego zagospodarowania stanowią poważne wyzwanie dla kształtowania pozytywnego wizerunku branży górniczej w odbiorze społecznym. Dla tego wizerunku istotnym jest przede wszystkim kierunek i sposób rekultywacji terenu poeksploatacyjnego, który powinien brać pod uwagę różne czynniki charakteryzujące teren pogórniczy, w tym preferencje społeczne. W artykule zaprezentowano przykład opracowanego rozwiązania – systemu rozmytego (FSDR) – który wspomaga wybór kierunku rekultywacji terenów pogórniczych powstałych po zakończeniu działalności kopalń odkrywkowych kruszyw naturalnych żwirowo – piaszczystych. W artykule przedstawiono wybrane czynniki determinujące wybór kierunku i możliwe warianty rekultywacji jako dane wejściowe i wyjściowe systemu rozmytego. Scharakteryzowano również bazę reguł opracowanego systemu oraz mechanizm wnioskowania i defuzyfikacji. Przedstawiono zastosowanie opracowanego systemu na wybranych przykładach.

Opis:: The model is developed for the intellectualized decision-making support system on financing of cyber security means of transport cloud-based computing infrastructures, given the limited financial resources. The model is based on the use of the theory of multistep games tools. The decision, which gives specialists a chance to effectively assess risks in the financing processes of cyber security means, is found. The model differs from the existing approaches in the decision of bilinear multistep quality games with several terminal surfaces. The decision of bilinear multistep quality games with dependent movements is found. On the basis of the decision for a one-step game, founded by application of the domination method and developed for infinite antagonistic games, the conclusion about risks for players is drawn. The results of a simulation experiment within program implementation of the intellectualized decision-making support system in the field of financing of cyber security means of cloudbased computing infrastructures on transport are described. Confirmed during the simulation experiment, the decision assumes accounting a financial component of cyber defense strategy at any ratios of the parameters, describing financing process.
