Opis:: In this comprehensive study, the concept and structural diagram of the system for diagnostics of induction electric motors of vehicles with the development of algorithms for the operation of modular units for monitoring the state of the main structural elements are proposed. During the development of the diagnostic system, the peculiarities of the construction of diagnostic systems of rotating electric machines were investigated in the real conditions of their operation, and modern methods of current and vibration diagnostics were implemented. The work algorithms of each module are presented in the functional diagram of the general diagnostic system of and cover important defects of induction motors. The diagnostic system combines methods that use different diagnostic principles and criteria and are adapted for use in an embedded diagnostic system. The developed functional diagram of the diagnostic system can be used for practical implementation in physical form. The use of the proposed diagnostic system will make it possible to obtain continuous information about the state of both electrical and mechanical components of the induction motor when operating under load with a poor-quality power system in real operating conditions.

Opis:: Acceptance of irreversible image compression applicable to medical imagery is controversial in the medical community. The influence of this irreversible process on degradation of diagnostic image features is considered and how to preserve diagnostic accuracy. Fears, doubts, the disadvantages of the data distortion process and the advantages of safe and efficient irreversible compression for image information storage and interchange are discussed. The effects of compression on various image exams are analysed. The conclusion is that irreversible compression is not to be afraid of, but its characteristics should be well understood before implementing it in current practice.

Opis:: W referacie opisano diagnostykę bezpieczeństwa pojazdów samochodowych za pomocą linii diagnostycznych. Przedstawiono rodzaje linii diagnostycznych wytwarzanych przez firmę Unimetal, ich przeznaczenie, budowę oraz możliwy do wykonania zakres badań. Podano podstawowe dane techniczne urządzeń kontrolnych wchodzących w skład tych linii. Opisano budowę i działanie centralnej jednostki sterującej oraz urządzeń tworzących tor pomiarowy układów podwozia pojazdu. Podano zasady zabudowy urządzeń składowych linii na stanowisku kontrolnym stacji diagnostycznej. Wyszczególniono elementy podstawowe i wyposażenie dodatkowe urządzeń składowych linii. Na rysunkach pokazano centralną jednostkę sterującą linii oraz przykładowe rozmieszczenie urządzeń pomiarowych linii na stanowisku kontrolnym stacji kontroli pojazdów. W części końcowej opisano tendencje rozwojowe linii diagnostycznych.
In the paper one described the diagnostic of the vehicles safety by use diagnostic lines. Presented kinds of diagnostic lines produced by the firm Unimetal, their destination, the build and possible range of research. In the paper gave basic characteristics of the lines equipments, described the build and the modus operandi of the master control unit and devices from measuring-line of the chassis of the vehicle. Gave rules of the building of devices of the diagnostic station. Specified basic elements and the accessories of devices of the lines. On the draws one showed the master control unit of the line and the exemplar positions of measuring equipments of the line on the vehicles control station. In the final part one described tendencies of development of diagnostic lines.

Opis:: W pracy przedstawiono badanie zjawiska rozchodzenia się fali akustycznej w materiałach sprężonych, a szczególnie wpływ stanu naprężenia w przekroju poprzecznym elementu obciążonego. W dalszej części pracy przedstawiono próbę budowy płaszczyzny klasyfikacji która umożliwiłaby jednoznaczne zakwalifikowanie poszczególnych pomiarów do odpowiednich grup opisujących stan naprężeń. W kolejnym kroku przedstawiono budowę modeli MES opisujących rozchodzenie się fali naprężeniowej w materiałach o różnym stanie naprężeń w przekroju poprzecznym.
The paper presents the results of wave propagation investigation in prestressed structure and particularly an impact of stress distribution in cross-section on wave propagation process. The second part of the paper presents the attempt design classification plane and results of classification process of the different stress distribution groups. In the final part are presented two FEM models of the wave propagation process in solids with the different cross-section stress distribution.

Opis:: It was found that there are discrepancies between the values of diagnostic parameters obtained in the test and natural exploitation. In addition, no appropriate tests are carried out which would be based on the degree of engine degradation in long-term natural use. One of the reasons is the lack of adequate, non-invasive diagnostic methods. The aim of the work was to show the possibility of creating a new diagnostic parameter of combustion engines in their natural operation. The parameter can be determined by a new method (presented in the article). The method is based on the assumption that the technical condition of the engine can be judged on the basis of the run-up curve, and in particular, on the basis of the linear direction coefficient, which is approximated by the points of the run-up curve at particular moments of the run-up. An additional requirement is that the points of the run-up curve are the average value of the speed from many runs. In addition, the statistical distributions of the speed values in the individual moments of the run-up should be of the same type. The direction coefficient of the straight line determined is a diagnostic parameter. The value of the new coefficient is the value of the straight-line factor. Further works are underway to determine the relationship between the directional coefficient and the technical condition of the engine.

Opis:: Introduction and objective. Recently, investigations in a swine herd identified evidence of the existence of a novel member of the Hepadnavirus family endemic in swine. The aim of this study was to investigate the serological and molecular markers of Hepadnavirus circulation in Brazilian domestic swine and wild boar herds, and to evaluate the identity with HBV and other Hepadnaviruses reported previously. Materials and methods. For the study, 376 swine were screened for hepatitis B virus serological markers. Analyses were performed in serum samples using commercial enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits (DiaSorin®) for anti-HBc, HBsAg and anti-HBs. Reactive and undetermined swine serum samples were selected to perform DNA viral extraction (QIAamp DNA Mini Kit, Qiagen®), partial genome amplification and genome sequencing. Results. From 376 swine samples analysed, 28 (7.45%) were reactive to anti-HBc, 3 (0.80%) to HBsAg and 6 (1.6%) to anti-HBs. Besides, more 17 (4.52%) swine samples analyzed were classified in the grey zone of the EIA test to anti-HBc and 2 (0.53%) to HBsAg. From 49 samples molecularly analyzed after serological trial, 4 samples showed a positive result for the qualitative PCR for Hepadnavirus. Phylogenetic reconstruction using partial genome sequencing (360 bp) of 3 samples showed similarity with HBV with 90.8–96.3% of identity. Conclusions. Serological and molecular data showed evidence of the circulation of a virus similar to hepatitis B virus in swine.

In this paper the most important test bed conception elements used for network security tests were shown i.e. communication protocols, system software as an integral part of the network used for counteracting for damaging destructor. This conception makes possible security research for IPv4 and IPv6 by integrated test bed, matched in the laboratory conditions. This test bed guarantees getting high level objectivity and reliable results. Results estimate, used or developed, practical solutions for security system.
