Opis:: In the foreseeable future multimedia will not replace natural teaching tools. However, there are a number of didactic situations where the use of indirect forms of reality description is advisable or even necessary. The article aims to present elementary pedagogical practice in the field of contemporary educational technologies and to show the creative quest and reflexive enrichment of the pedagogical style of teaching, in which particular skills are used. The presented problems contribute to future research into the analysis of teachers’ skills development in terms of the use of computer programmes in school management. What presents a challenge to the Digital School is education in cyberspace, e-learning, new technologies and solutions, accompanied by simultaneous prevention of media-related risks. Schools need to keep abreast of the rapidly changing reality – only in this way can they produce beneficial educational results for society in the 21st century.

Opis:: The author of the paper presents the concept of teaching in the STEAM model in relation to the necessity of building competence of tomorrow among pupils of primary schools and even preschools. The author sets forth the status of digitisation of Polish schools in the light of the most extensive Polish digitisation survey: the 2017 Digital Diagnosis. The author primarily discusses the conclusions from studies pertaining to the status of digitisation of the Polish schools in the context of implementation of the STEAM model as a concept for developing competence of tomorrow. Results of studies conducted in June 2017 among pupils, parents and teachers are presented. The study was prepared and conducted by a team of researchers/academic employees of the Faculty of Education at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with PCG Edukacja under the supervision of the author of this paper. The study encompassed 100,129 respondents from primary schools, middle schools, high schools, technical schools and vocational schools from all provinces in Poland. Opis:: In the face of dynamic social transformations and the lives of modern children and young people, the school should use modern educational technologies to a greater extent than ever before. One of the great opportunities to increase the attractiveness of the school for students is to use, for example, an interactive board that offers greater opportunities for interactive lessons. Children and young people are living in the world of multimedia, which have taught them to demand surprises and new ways of presenting information at an ever faster pace; therefore, they have different expectations from their teachers than previous generations. To use modern technologies in lessons, it is necessary to prepare and motivate teachers. The article presents the educational values of this type of teaching aid, and explores their use by teachers in upper secondary school.

Opis:: W niniejszym artykule poruszona została tematyka realizowanego od roku szkolnego 2012/2013 pilotażu rządowego programu „Cyfrowa szkoła”. Od powodzenia tego przedsięwzięcia zależeć będzie jego realizacja w przyszłości na szerszą skalę. Z tego też względu system edukacji stoi przed ogromną szansą na unowocześnienie i pełne dostosowanie do wymogów społeczeństwa informacyjnego. W pierwszej części autorzy opisują ogólne założenia programu. Druga część natomiast przedstawia szerzej zagadnienie e-podręcznika oraz zagrożenia, jakie mogą wynikać z jego nieodpowiedniego stosowania.
In the following article the authors thoroughly discuss the “Digital school” pilot program, which was first introduced in the school year 2012/2013. Its future implementation at schools on a larger scale is entirely dependent on its success. Therefore, the education system needs to face both the challenge and opportunity to upgrade and fully adjust to the requirements and expectations of the information society. In the first part of the article the general objectives of the program are described by the authors. The second part is devoted to the issue of the e-textbooks and the risks which may result from its improper use.

Opis:: W kontekście rozwoju technologicznego świata wyzwaniem staje się edukacja w zakresie właściwego korzystania z przestrzeni informatycznej, w której dzieci i młodzież pełnią już rolę „cyfrowych tubylców”. Czy adaptacja do szybkości zmian przebiega w równym tempie wśród uczniów i nauczycieli? Czy jednak gotowość uczniów wyprzedza to, co oferują szkoły? Czy nowe technologie to zło, czy udogodnienie, pozwalające szybciej i łatwiej eksplorować świat? Te oraz inne pytania zostały poddane rozważaniom w poniższym artykule. Wprowadzenie rozpoczęto od zdefiniowania najważniejszych terminów użytych w tekście. Wskazano na cechy współczesnego świata oraz wyjaśniono, jak rozumie się „społeczeństwo informacyjne”. Wiele uwagi poświęcono „cyfrowym tubylcom” oraz „cyfrowym imigrantom” – pojęciom propagowanym przez znawcę nowych mediów M. Prensky’iego, które odniesiono do uczniów i nauczycieli. Przedstawiono również metody i formy wykorzystywania technologii w procesie dydaktycznym. Opisano m.in. możliwości edytorów tekstu, technologii wyczuwania ruchu, baz danych i zasobów internetowych, interaktywnych aplikacji edukacyjnych, narzędzi zbierania, analizy i wizualizacji danych czy oprogramowania do przeprowadzania burzy mózgów i porządkowania pomysłów. W końcowej części skupiono uwagę na oczekiwaniach wobec współczesnej szkoły.
In view of global technological development, education in the proper use of information space, in which children and young people already play the role of ‘digital natives’, is becoming a challenge. Is adaptation to this change progressing at the same pace among students and teachers? Or are the students ahead of what the school offers them in that respect? Are new technologies evil or do they grant us an easier and faster access to the world? These are just some of the questions discussed in this article. In the introduction, the author defines the key terms used in the text. The features of the modern world are described and the meaning of the term ‘IT society’ is explained. A lot of attention is devoted to ‘digital indigenous people’ and ‘digital immigrants’ – the concepts used to refer to pupils and teachers respectively, promoted by M. Prensky, an expert on contemporary media. The forms and methods of applying modern technology to the didactic process have also been presented. The author also describes such issues as the possible uses of text editors, motion detection technologies, data bases and internet resources, interactive educational applications, tools for data gathering, analysis and visualization, as well as the software which can be used for brainstorming and idea ordering. The final part focuses on common expectations towards the modern school

Tytuł:: Digital marketing jako czynnik sukcesu na rynku polskich szkół tańca
Digital marketing as a determinant of success on the dance school market in Poland

Opis:: The aim of this paper is to examine the factors determining success on the dance school market in Poland with particular emphasis on the impact of digital marketing. The first chapter of the paper was devoted to the discussion of issues related to basic areas of Internet promotion, development of Internet marketing in Poland and marketing in social media together with their classification. The second chapter illustrates the market of dance schools in Poland from the demand side and from the supply side of dance classes on the example of practices of dance schools. The chapter is devoted to the description and analysis of the research carried out, according to which the results of which social media are determined in which dance-related content is sought and how to formulate the message in order to attract and maintain the attention of the audience in the most effective way. Current trends in the dance industry have also been established with particular emphasis on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the functioning of dance schools.
Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie czynników determinujących sukces na rynku szkół tańca w Polsce ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem digital marketingu. Pierwszy rozdział pracy poświęcony został omówieniu zagadnień związanych z podstawowymi obszarami promocji za pomocą Internetu, rozwojowi marketingu Internetowego w Polsce oraz marketingowi w mediach społecznościowych wraz z ich klasyfikacją. Rozdział drugi obrazuje rynek szkół tańca od strony popytu na zajęcia taneczne w oparciu o dane GUS oraz od strony podaży zajęć tanecznych na przykładzie praktyk szkół tańca. Ostatni rozdział pracy bada i analizuje rynek docelowy szkół tańca m.in. określa aktualny popyt na konkretne gatunki tańca, wskazuje najefektywniejsze formy reklamy dla tego sektora biznesu oraz ustala najatrakcyjniejszą z punktu widzenia odbiorcy formę i zawartość udostępnianych w Internecie treści o tematyce tanecznej. W pracy wskazane zostały aktualne trendy w branży tanecznej z uwzględnieniem wpływu pandemii Covid-19 na funkcjonowanie szkół tańca.
