W referacie przedstawiono koncepcję i aktualny stan realizacji rozwojowej architektury elastycznego systemu cyfrowego, przeznaczonego do programowo-sprzętowej implementacji modeli procesów dynamicznych pracujących w czasie rzeczywistym. Przedstawiono rozwiązania sprzętowe umożliwiające wykorzystanie systemu do prac badawczo-testowych związanych z infrastrukturą zabezpieczeniowo-regulacyjną sieci energetycznych. Wskazano kierunki dalszych prac projektowych.
The paper presents the idea and current development advancement of flexible digital system architecture. The system is dedicated for real-time implementation of dynamic processes. Hardware solutions for real-time power grids simulation and protection/control equipment testing are presented in details. Future development work are proposed.

Opis:
Tachograph is belonging to On Board Recording Devices. Their development has been beginning since before The Second World War. The flrst on board recording devices is analogue tachograph which obligatory to using to introduce in USA in 1939. This paper includes main rules of function of analogue tachograph and digital tachographs system using in road transport in European Union. According to new Commission Regulation (EC) No 1360/2002 of 13 June 2002 we present elements of an inspection system for recording data and identification of the system users. The tachograph 's cards, calibration of digital tachograph, running of authorized workshops and the requirements for authorized workshops, had been specified. Article presents also possibility of future requirements of digital tachograph and authorizes workshops in Poland and Union Europe base on Commission Regulation (EC) No 1360/2002 of 13 June 2002 replacing the Annex l B. Paper shows diagram of caliration of digital tachograph on road base, diagram of calibration of digital tachograph on work station as well as view of certificated vehicles unit -digital tachograph and view of cards in digital tachographs system in Poland. A characteristic feature of the digital tachograph is an integration of all users of the recording equipment in road transport. The users can be classified in four groups having different rights and obligations, which are presented in the article.

W pracy przedstawiono możliwości zaawansowanego przetwarzania, pomiaru oraz analizy cyfrowych obrazów wizyjnych i termalnych w środowisku nowej wersji autorskiego systemu "Vision Plus". Opracowana zewnętrzna biblioteka "Vision" umożliwia integracje obsługi, unifikacje narzędzi do przetwarzania oraz fuzje różnych danych cyfrowych na platformie pakietu "Vision Plus". Bibliotekę "Vision" charakteryzują m.in. następujące cechy: implementacja różnych rodzajów formatów danych, obsługa dowolnych rodzajów piksela, kontenery pozwalające na przechowywanie danych obrazowych, kalibracja metrologiczna obrazu, rozbudowa funkcji importu i eksportu danych, rozbudowana komunikacja z innymi programami, nakładanie obiektów graficznych wyznaczonych metodami fotogrametrycznymi, grupowanie obrazów, narzędzi oraz danych wejściowych, optymalizacja interfejsu u_ytkownika. Dodatkowy moduł "Thermal Analyst", wykorzystujący podejście obiektowe, jest funkcjonalnie zintegrowany z biblioteka "Vision". Przeznaczony jest do zaawansowanych operacji oraz analiz na cyfrowych obrazach termalnych i wizyjnych oraz ekstrakcji informacji. Program "Thermal Analyst" obsługuje maski oraz opracowane wtyczki (plugin): Subtractor, NUC (Non Uniformity Correction dla matryc detektorów termowizyjnych), Fourier Transform, Statistic (statystyka dla wybranych obrazów), Export to AVI (tworzenie sekwencji video), 2D Projective Transformation, Combine Images (działania arytmetyczne na obrazach). Biblioteke "Vision" i program "Thermal Analyst" wykonano głównie w języku Object Pascal przy wykorzystaniu pakietu Borland Developer Studio 2005. W pracy zostały omówione dwa przykłady typowych aplikacji bliskiego zasięgu (diagnostyka medyczna, badanie deformacji żelbetonowej belki stropowej). Opracowanie w środowisku multisensoralnego systemu "Vision Plus" obrazów cyfrowych pozyskanych sensorami wizyjnym i termalnym wykonano stosując specjalizowane procedury przetwarzania, pomiaru i łączenia danych (data fusion).
The paper presents the possibilities of advanced processing, measuring and analyzing visual and thermal digital images in the newest version of the "Vision Plus" authors’ system environment. The "Vision" external library enables service integration, unification of digital processing tools and various digital data fusion on the "Vision Plus" package platform. The "Vision" library is characterised by the following features: various data formats implementation, service of various pixel types, converters enabling image data storage, metrological image calibration, extension of data import and export functions, expanded communication with other applications, overlapping of graphic objects determined by photogrammetric methods, images, tools and input data grouping and user interface optimisation. The new, additional "Thermal Analyst" module created in an object-approach is functionally integrated with the "Vision" library, and is used for advanced processing and analysis of thermal and visual digital images, as well as for information extraction. It additionally operates on masks and on created plugins: Subtractor, NUC (Non Uniformity Correction for thermovision detector matrixes), Fourier Transform, Statistic (statistics of chosen images), Export to AVI (converting into a video sequence), 2D Projective Transformation, Combine Images (arithmetical operations on images). The "Vision" library and "Thermal Analyst" software were created mainly in the Object Pascal programming language using Borland Developer Studio 2005 package. Moreover, the paper describes two typical examples of close range applications: medical diagnostics and measurement of a reinforced concrete tie-beam deformation. In the multisensoral "Vision Plus" system, dedicated processing, measuring and digital data fusion procedures are applied in the process of elaboration of digital and thermal images, which were obtained by video and thermal sensors.

Opis:
W pracy przedstawiono polski system TermoLab wspomagający analizę i wizualizację obrazów termalnych. Podstawową zaletą systemu TermoLab jest możliwość prowadzenia równoległej analizy danych pomiarowych uzyskanych z różnych kamer, co umożliwia wyznaczanie stopnia ich skorelowania. System jest autorskim pakietem oprogramowania dla komputerów PC działającym pod kontrolą systemu Windows 9x/2000. TermoLab umożliwia zaawansowaną analizę statystyczną i częstotliwościową termogramów. Dodatkowo, dzieki uniwersalnemu interfejsowi macierzowemu możliwa jest analiza obrazów termalnych pochodzących z pomiaru różnymi kamerami. W pracy przedstawiono przykładowe funkcje oraz opisano zadania programu TermoLab. Wskazano możliwe zastosowania pakietu jako systemu diagnostyki termalnej.
In the paper system Tremolab has been presented. Thermolab supports analysis of thermal images. System works under control of Windows`9x/2000 operating system. The system enables a basic and advanced statistical and frequency-domain analysis. Thermolab can also visualize thermal images in different palettes. Further, due to use of universal matrix interface (UMI) an analysis of thermograms stored by different types of cameras is possible. Due to this solution the correlation analysis of groups of thermograms is possible. On the basic of correlation analysis the diagnostic decision can be made. The system can be used as a sophisticated tool for the thermal-diagnostic applications.

Opis:
Cryptography is a field of science necessary to solve problems with encryption of classified messages. The security of electronic information is an integral part of the digital tachography system. From year to year, there is a noticeable increase in electronic data logging systems in many aspects of life. The control measures created for the purpose of performing roadside checks are not sufficient to detect all violations in the recording equipment. Many violations that have occurred during the use of the vehicle are stored in the device’s memory. The article describes the basic mathematical rules illuminating cryptography. The hazards to which the motion sensor installed in the vehicle may be exposed are described. Breaking safety in transport systems may lead to incorrect results of inspections carried out while the vehicle is stopped by authorized services. The article also provides information on the authorities responsible for issuing cards for digital tachographs. Nowadays, documents are increasingly issued with the use of a digital signature. The digital signature of its origin is based on the principles of cryptography. The security key seems to be complicated for the average user. The article discusses the topic of tachograph construction, in particular the schematic responsible for information encryption.

This paper seeks to focus on the idea of a user-centric context-aware digital system and its rationale in a process of tourism value creation. The purpose of the study is to offer an understanding of the context-aware applications in order to analyze their usefulness in tourism marketing. This is achieved through a literature review of existing research and the demonstration of several applications in travel and hospitality which might enrich the set of marketing tools adopted by tourism regions and enterprises.
W artykule przedstawiono analizę systemu cyfrowego zorientowanego na użytkownika i uzasadniono jego znaczenie w procesie tworzenia wartości. Celem badania jest wskazanie roli mobilnych aplikacji kontekstowych w marketingu turystycznym. Dokonano tego w toku przeglądu literatury istniejących badań i demonstracji przykładowych zastosowań w warunkach ruchu turystycznego. Wskazano, w jaki sposób cyfrowe systemy kontekstowe wzbogacają zestaw narzędzi marketingowych.

W artykule zostanie zaprezentowany system cyfrowych zabezpieczeń i pomiarów dla rozdzielni SN opracowany w firmie Relpol S.A. zakład Polon w Zielonej Górze. Zaprezentowane zostaną najważniejsze możliwości urządzenia wraz z jego budową sprzętową i najważniejszymi modułami programowymi. Przedstawione zostaną także możliwe obszary zastosowań omawianego systemu.
The paper presents a digital protection and measurement system for medium voltage distribution stations developed in the Relpol S.A. company, division Polon in Zielona Góra. The system comprises of several hardware components and modules of specialized software. Their role and functionality are briefly explained in the paper. Thanks to the modular construction, it is possible to fast adapt the equipment to dynamically changing expectations and needs. The system uses the real-time operating system Windows CE, and specialized software which provides protection and metering functions. The status of the system and setup is presented by a graphic user interface using a colour LCD screen with touch control support - Fig 1. Protection functions require fast measurement of many primary quantities like phase currents and voltages as well as zero components of voltages and currents. The primary quantities are used to calculate many derivative values used then by digital protection functions. The system protection functions should react within the time of 60 ms after detecting a dangerous situation like a phase short circuit or a ground short circuit.
