Opis:: Problems of searching the reasons for multi-level model of professional pedagogical competence formation are examined. The competence method oriented to individual level of ecological competence forming of future educators is given. The structure and the components of ecological competence of future educators are characterized. Its definition is given. Contradictions students’ ecological education are enumerated. Opis:: With few truly hopeful visions currently emerging from mainstream academia or from established science concerning humanity’s collective environmental outlook, it might be necessary to go off the beaten track in order to see how we can maintain a sense of hope while realistically preparing for the gradual erosion of the world as we know it, therefore also leaving some psychological and emotional room for a sense of the tragic. This essay considers three lesser-known but, in our eyes, important contemporary perspectives on the ecological future: Ernest Callenbach’s “ecotopia,” John Michael Greer’s “catabolic descent” and William deBuys’s “hospice for Earth”—all three of which aim to challenge the currently still dominant focus on the binary of “progress or apocalypse” that flows from modern thought. We critically examine these visions and argue that, when combined, they offer an approach to the ecological future that is both more realistic and more inspiring. In essence, Callenbach’s ecotopian vision still has significant traction—and an almost “erotic” appeal—today, but needs to be adapted to contemporary ecological realities through Greer’s and deBuys’s insights into decline, grief and the tragic.

Opis:: In Europe, one’s right to the environment was explicitly established as a fundamental human right, and was also established in the interests of future generations. Damage to the environment causes, in most cases, long-lasting, negative effects which have a negative impact on posterity, i.e., those future generations which need to be protected, due to which it is necessary to intervene with effective policies that lead to an ecological transition achieved with a reduction in extant polluting substances. The goal of this article is to understand whether or not future generations are holders of an active subjective juridical situation in terms of an individual’s right to a healthy environment. A comparative analysis of jurisprudential and doctrinal sources aims to discard the option of considering future generations as holders of a subjective right to a healthy environment and will focus on current subjects upon whom many constitutions impose a legal situation aimed at implementing a series of climate-protection actions for those who will come in the future.

In the face of growing threats and crisis phenomena the category of responsibility has gained a fundamental meaning. Opis:: In this paper, the author analyses selected speculative fabulations that take up the issue of climate and ecological crisis, which entails the end of the world as we know it. The analysis is set in the context of the modern discussion about how and why Western culture conceptualizes the future as a catastrophe - an instantaneous event of global scope that leads to the collapse of the world’s socio-economic order and puts an end to civilization as we know it. These projections of the future, referring to statistical data and digital models, are forms of crisis management characteristic of biopolitics. As products of the neoliberal and neocolonial order, they, at the same time, sustain it. For that reason, the author refers to those contemporary research approaches that argue that the search for ways out of the current crisis requires rethinking the methods of predicting the possible course of events. This issue is problematized in the paper using the concepts of the ethics of possibility (Arjun Appadurai) and the ancestral catastrophe (Elizabeth A. Povinelli) that require new, speculative ways of designing and realizing futures different than the one that leads straight to planetary catastrophe. The analysis of three speculative fabulations is embedded in the circle of these problems: the novel Seveneves by Neal Stephenson (2016) and the films Gaia by Jaco Bouwer (2021) and The Last Wave by Peter Weir (1977).
Artykuł poświęcony jest analizie wybranych fabulacji spekulatywnych, które podejmują problem kryzysu klimatyczno-ekologicznego, pociągającego za sobą koniec znanego nam świata. Analiza ta usytuowana jest w kontekście współczesnych dyskusji o tym, jak i dlaczego kultura zachodnia konceptualizuje przyszłość jako katastrofę - momentalne wydarzenie o globalnym zasięgu, które prowadzi do załamania światowego porządku społeczno-ekonomicznego i kładzie kres cywilizacji w znanym nam kształcie. Te projekcje przyszłości, odwołujące się do statystycznych danych i cyfrowych modeli, stanowią formy biopolitycznego zarządzania kryzysem. Jako wytwór neoliberalnego i neokolonialnego porządku zarazem podtrzymują jego trwanie. Dlatego w artykule przywołano te współczesne ujęcia badawcze, które przekonują, że poszukiwanie dróg wyjścia z aktualnego kryzysu wymaga przemyślenia na nowo sposobów przewidywania możliwego biegu wydarzeń. Artykuł problematyzuje tę kwestię, odwołując się do koncepcji etyki możliwości (Arjun Appadurai) i katastrofy ancestralnej (Elizabeth A. Povinelli), które wymagają odmiennych, spekulatywnych sposobów projektowania i urzeczywistniania innych przyszłości niż ta, która wiedzie prostą drogą ku planetarnej katastrofie. W kręgu tych problemów osadzone są analizy trzech fabulacji spekulatywnych: powieści 7EW Neala Stephensona (2016) oraz filmów Gaja Jaco Bouwera (2021) i Ostatnia fala Petera Weira (1977).

Opis:: W artykule poruszona została kwestia prawa do godnej przyszłości i prawa do czystego środowiska. Ochrona środowiska jest jednym z elementów bezpieczeństwa ekologicznego. Działania służące zapewnieniu bezpieczeństwa ekologicznego oraz ochronie środowiska naturalnego mają charakter wielowymiarowy. Dotyczą nie tylko obowiązków władz publicznych, ale również silnie oddziałują na sferę praw i wolności jednostki. Prawo człowieka do środowiska o odpowiedniej jakości jest podstawowym prawem człowieka. Władze publiczne powinny dążyć do poprawy aktualnego stanu środowiska i programować jego dalszy rozwój tak, aby obecne i przyszłe pokolenia mogły wieść godne życie. Prawo do czystego powietrza należałoby interpretować jako dobro osobiste człowieka wynikające z wartości i zasad konstytucyjnych.
This article is concerned with the right to a future consistent with human dignity and the right to clean air. Environmental protection is one of the constituents of ecological security. Actions taken to ensure ecological security and protection of natural environment are multidimensional in character. They pertain to not only the duties of public authority but they also strongly affect the area of rights and liberties of an individual. The right to environment of adequate quality is a fundamental human right. Public authorities should strive to improve the present state of the environment and direct its subsequent development such that current as well as future generations can lead a dignified life. The right to clean air ought to be interpreted as a personal right resulting from constitutional values and rules.

Wdrożenie przez rząd stanu Polityki zapobiegania COVID-19 dało początek pracy poza tradycyjnym środowiskiem biurowym. Porównawcza analiza statystyczna dotycząca praktykowania green HRM zostałaby przeprowadzona wśród pracowników pracujących w domu i pracowników pracujących w biurze.Daje szczegółowy obraz zmiennych zależnych i niezależnych oraz ich podzmiennych. Obejmuje teorie, modele wcześniejszych badań oraz badania dotyczące praktyk zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi i pracy zdalnej w celu zbudowania związku między zmienną niezależną, jaką jest szkolenie i rozwój, a zmienną zależną, którą jest praca zdalna, z hipotezą dla modelu tego badania. Zawiera szczegółowy przegląd praktyk kadrowych i wreszcie pracy zdalnej. W niniejszym badaniu zbadano wpływ praktyk GHRM na pracę zdalną wśród pracowników w Polsce, aby uzyskać dalszy wgląd w praktyki GHRM; rolę w doskonaleniu pracy zdalnej. W badaniu tym oceniono wdrażanie praktyk GHRM, które mogą pomóc w rozwijaniu zielonej kultury w tym kluczowym obszarze usług. Wyniki pokazują, że praktyka GHRM wśród pracowników, podobnie jak te zgłoszone w poprzednich badaniach w przemyśle przemysłowym, była skromnie stosowana w warunkach krajowych.
The thesis represents the impact of remote working on Green HRM practices. The pandemic ofCOVID-19 made most organizations realize the authenticity of remote working. The implementationof COVID-19 prevention Policies by the State Government gave the rise to work outside thetraditional office environment. A comparative statistical analysis regarding practicing Green HRMwould be conducted among employees working from home and employees working from the office.It gives a detailed idea of the dependent and independent variables and their sub-variable. It includestheories, models previous research, and studies in human resource practices and remote working tobuild the relationship between the independent variable that is training and development and thedependent variable that is remote working with the hypothesis for the model of this study. It gives adetailed review about the human resource practices and lastly remote working. In this study, theinfluence of the GHRM practices on remote working was investigated across Poland’s workers, togive further insight into the GHRM practices' role in improving remote working. This study evaluatedthe deployment of the GHRM practices which can assist in developing a green culture in this crucialarea of services. The findings show that the practice of GHRM among staff, like those reported inprevious research in the industrial industry, has been modestly applied in a national setting.
