Opis:: The article „Beginnings of the basic emancipation values of the female educational concept „ concerns the development of the early female educational system in Germany in the 18th century. It is focused on the area of education from lower to upper classes of the German society. The 18th century educational system is presented as an important factor of the female emancipation development. Along with the renaissance ideas, the first part of the article deals with the subject of woman’s liberation from the limited life spectrum. It depicts the importance of the religious trend for improvement of the educational concept. The first systematic research of the early renaissance society and female readers population are shown in the article. The reasons of the unexpected change from female readers’ role to female journalists’ role are considered. The second part of the article presents the first woman’s magazines of the 18th century and their influence on the female educational process.

Opis:: People usually associate the protection of waters with the issue of sewage treatment and with the deployment of new technologies which reduce the consumption of water and waste dumping, while the impact of the society's environmental awareness and of the environmental management upon the effectiveness of water protection generally remains underestimated. Slovakia is located in the catchment area of two seas: the Black Sea and the Baltic Sea; river springs and river upper sections are located on its territory. Therefore, the country attaches great importance to the protection of waters. This, supported with the belief that one of the prerequisites of water protection is proper environmental management, has encouraged the authors of this study to tackle the issue mentioned in the topic. They believe that such management requires qualified personnel to be prepared beforehand. The authors present the recent development of environmental education at Slovakian Universities, mainly at the faculty of mechanical engineering, from the implementation of the first environmentally- oriented subjects to the establishment of an independent department. They describe the contemporary state of education in environmental management and audit scheme (EMAS). They also outline the perspectives for its further development. At the same time, they specify the profile of graduates and the educational plans for particular types, forms and branches of study, as well as the personal and laboratory equipment for the scientific and support of the pedagogical process.
Ochrona wód kojarzy się zwykle z problemem oczyszczania ścieków oraz zastosowaniem w przemyśle nowych technologii ograniczających zużycie wody i zrzuty ścieków. Wpływ świadomości ekologicznej społeczeństwa i sposobu zarządzania środowiskiem na skuteczność ochrony zasobów wodnych nie są na ogół doceniane. Słowacja, leżąc w zlewisku dwóch mórz – Czarnego i Bałtyckiego – dużą wagę przywiązuje do ochrony wód. Na jej terenie znajdują się źródła oraz górne odcinki rzek. Do podjęcia tematu skłoniło autorów przekonanie, że jednym z podstawowych warunków ochrony wód jest właściwe zarządzania środowiskiem, co z kolei niesie za sobą konieczność przygotowania wykwalifikowanych kadr. Autorzy prezentują najnowszą historię edukacji ekologicznej na uniwersytetach słowackich – głównie w katedrze mechaniki – od wprowadzenia pierwszych przedmiotów o profilu ekologicznym do założenia niezależnego wydziału. Opisują oni obecny stan edukacji w dziedzinie systemu zarządzania środowiskiem i audytu środowiskowego (EMAS). Kreślą oni także perspektywy przyszłego rozwoju. Ponadto określają profil absolwentów oraz plany edukacyjne dla poszczególnych rodzajów, form i działów studiów, jak też sprzęt laboratoryjny wspomagający proces pedagogiczny.

Opis:: Upbringing and teaching processes are interrelated. During the separation of these processes some difficulties begin to arise, although in modern educational practice in some countries there is a tendency to separate them. An example of an empirical study of the properties of adaptation of children to school in the first grade shows that in the absence of the willingness of teachers to consider teaching and upbringing as related processes a dissonance is created between the demands of school on the one hand and the creation of psychologically conducive conditions to the education of the child on the other. Poor identification of the health condition of pupils, and reluctance to take into account their individual psychological characteristics do not make it possible to realize well the full scope of the learning process and to create an atmosphere conducive to successful learning in school.

Opis:: Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie roli religii w poglądach pedagogicznych Władysława Mariana Borowskiego. Przedmiotem badań uczyniono koncepcję wychowawczą Borowskiego i uwypuklenie w niej aspektu religijnego. Zastosowano analizę materiałów źródłowych oraz literatury przedmiotu. Porządek wywodu objął: syntetyczną prezentację przesłanek pedagogiki narodowej, omówienie koncepcji wychowawczej Borowskiego, a następnie osadzenie jej w perspektywie rozwoju duchowego. Przeprowadzone badania potwierdziły założenie o istotnym znaczeniu pierwiastka religijnego w programie wychowawczym Borowskiego, co ujawniło się nie tylko w założeniach ideowych koncepcji, ale i skonstruowanym przez niego ideale wychowawczym. Konstytuujące go sfery: intelektualna, uczuciowa i wolitywna wyraźnie akcentowały obecność w nich warstwy religijnej. Zasadnicze znaczenie Borowski nadawał sferze uczuciowej jako integrującej, a zarazem prymarnej wobec dwóch pozostałych. Przepojenie warstwy uczuciowej pierwiastkiem religijnym uznał ponadto za jeden z warunków realizacji postulowanego w ramach ideału wychowawczego zespolenia życia jednostkowego i zbiorowego. Integracja pierwiastka indywidualnego i społecznego była dla niego istotnym elementem koncepcji wychowawczej, a sama religia immanentnym elementem tradycji polskiej, warunkiem jej trwania oraz rozwoju. Holistyczny charakter programu wychowawczego Borowskiego, jak i bogactwo zawartych w nim idei wzmacnia nie tylko dorobek pedagogiki polskiej, ale może stanowić inspirację dla współczesnej teorii i praktyki edukacyjnej.
The aim of this article is to present the role of religion in the pedagogical views of Władysław Marian Borowski. The subject of the research is Borowski’s educational concept with particular emphasis on its religious aspect. An analysis of source materials and the literature on the subject is conducted. The structure of the argument unfolds as follows: first, the text presents a synthetic overview of the premises of national pedagogy; second, there follows a discussion of Borowski’s educational concept; and third, the concept is set in the perspective of spiritual development. The research confirms the significance of the religious element in Borowski’s educational program, which is revealed not only in the ideological assumptions of his concept, but also in his educational ideal. The spheres constituting this concept—the intellectual, emotional, and volitional—clearly emphasize the presence of the religious dimension. Borowski gave fundamental importance to the emotional sphere, considering it both integrative and primary in relation to the other two. He also considered that imbuing the emotional layer with religious content was one of the conditions for achieving the fusion of individual and collective life, as postulated in his educational ideal. For Borowski, the integration of the individual and social elements was a fundamental aspect of the educational concept and religion itself was an immanent element of the Polish tradition, a condition for its continuance and development. The holistic nature of Borowski’s educational program, as well as the wealth of ideas contained in it, not only strengthens the achievements of Polish pedagogy, but can also serve as inspiration for contemporary educational theory and practice.

Opis:: The subject of analysis in the article is the phenomenon of pedagogical holism, which is considered as a necessary condition for the organization and implementation of the pedagogical position. At the same time, orientation at pedagogical training towards one or another hypostatic integrity is considered as a condition limiting the creativity of students in the analysis and creation of qualitatively different forms of pedagogical thinking and activity. The creative position of future teachers is interpreted as one of the mechanisms ensuring overcoming the uniformity of the current education. Hypostasized forms of pedagogical holism are opposed by the discursive holism, which is associated with the refusal of pedagogical training from extra-situational support in the organization of pedagogical knowledge, the establishment of presentism ideology and the pedagogical relativism in educational practices. The operational unit of these practices is an utterance created in the acts of educational interaction. At the same time, the pedagogical utterance loses its dominant position associated with the status of the owner of the integrity of development and becomes one of the judgments in the multifaceted educational polylogue, existing as the integrity that arises in the actual educational interactions it produces.

Opis:: The aim of the study was to identify the factors that influence situating the students in the Comfort–Stretch-Panic (CSP) zones in the perspective of transition from remote to direct education. The study uses an original tool adapted upon the CSP concept. The presented data was obtained in 2021, from a representative sample of 1125 students. Thus, obtained data allowed to determine the factors of willingness of the primary school students to return to direct education. The research hypotheses were verified using a multinomial logit model. The study shows that the students' readiness depends on factors such as: gender and age, active participation in the online educational process, difficulties related to the process and relationships at school, as well as the family and school support potential. The significant influence caused by the students' personal problems and psychophysical condition on their potential return to direct education was not observed.

Opis:: The article presents the results of an educational research project implemented in the school year 2018/2019 in selected primary schools in urban environment (Łódź). The aim of the study was to diagnose Janusz Korczak’s “educational moments” in designing the process of developing cultural competence. The investigator appeared in the role participant as an observer (the researcher came from the examined environment and had the opportunity to “blend into” the events). The material came from participant observation. The observation embraced practical and socio-cognitive activity of the pupils. The results allow recognition in how a child, applying language, marks its being in the world, how it acts via language, how it uses language to reach the mysteries of the world and what it does with language during this operation. The final comment suggests that school is there to help a child to interpret the world, to recognize various phenomena, to assume attitudes towards them, and to make their independent evaluation.
