Opis:: The article presents the reality of Palestinian pupils living in Israel. In the first part of the article I present geo-political situation of that area. I also show how educational system is influenced by military conflict situation. I indicate the areas of exclusion and system strategies of non-equal treating Palestinian minority, however I also show some positive signs of exclusion patterns’ transgression (in multicultural schools with special programs). The most important issues connected with Palestinian students education are presented according to area of linguistic subjects and the strategies of cultural disinheritance.

Opis:: CEL NAUKOWY: Celem podjętych rozważań jest zwrócenie uwagi na ryzyko wykluczenia edukacyjnego bądź bierności zawodowej młodych, którzy doświadczają negatywnych skutków sytuacji społecznej, spotęgowanej pandemią oraz zasygnalizowanie potrzeby zaprojektowania wsparcia poradniczego adresowanego do młodych przynależących do tzw. grup ryzyka. PROBLEM I METODY BADAWCZE: Artykuł ma charakter przeglądowy. Analizując literaturę przedmiotu oraz doniesienia publicystyczne autorka stara się zasygnalizować narastający problem przedwczesnego opuszczania oraz przerywania edukacji przez młodzież w czasie pandemii, a także jego związek z biernością zawodową, a nawet wykluczeniem społecznym młodych w przyszłości. PROCES WYWODU: Artykuł rozpoczęto od nakreślenia pogarszającej się sytuacji młodych, szczególnie w kontekście rynku pracy, którą skorelowano ze zwiększonym ryzykiem bierności edukacyjno-zawodowej młodych oraz podkreślono potrzebę wsparcia poradniczego dla młodych zagrożonych wykluczeniem. WYNIKI ANALIZY NAUKOWEJ: Przeprowadzona analiza wykazała, iż okres pandemii istotnie zwiększył zapotrzebowanie na zindywidualizowane wsparcie poradnicze skoncentrowane na potrzebach młodzieży z grup szczególnego ryzyka, uwzględniające różne konteksty jej funkcjonowania. WNIOSKI, INNOWACJE, REKOMENDACJE: Celem nowoczesnych interwencji w zakresie poradnictwa całożyciowego nie powinno być wyłącznie przygotowanie młodych do znalezienia pracy, zdobycia zawodu, uzupełnienia edukacji, ale także tworzenie warunków do rozwoju zasobów karierowych, które nie tylko przygotują do efektywnego funkcjonowania na rynku pracy, ale też przybliżą ich do pełnej, dojrzałej, odpowiedzialnej dorosłości.
RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The aim of conducted considerations is to draw attention to the risk of educational exclusion or professional inactivity of young people who experience the negative effects of social situation, aggravated by the pandemic and to signal the need to design counselling support addressed to young people belonging to so - called risk groups. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: The article character of overview. Analyzing the literature on the subject and journalistic reports, the author tries to signal the growing problem of premature leaving and interrupting education by young people during the pandemic, as well as its connection with professional inactivity and even social exclusion of the young in the future. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: The article starts with outlining the deteriorating situation of the youth, particularly in the context of their current situation on the labour market, This situation was correlated with an increased risk of educational and professional inactivity of the youth and emphasized the need for counselling support for them at risk of their exclusion. RESEARCH RESULTS: The analysis showed that the pandemic period significantly increased the need for individualized counseling support focused on the needs of youth at risk, taking into account the different contexts of their functioning. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS: The aim of modern interventions in the field of lifelong guidance should not only prepare young people for finding a job, obtaining profession, completing education, but also developing or creating conditions for the development of career resources, which will prepare them for effective functioning on the labor market, and bringing them closer to complete, responsible maturity.

Opis:: Street children worldwide and in Poland face many problems. One of them is educational exclusion which marginalizes this group of children and adolescents in the area of education. The aim of the article is to analyze factors conducive to this particular form of social exclusion. Street workers from Kraków who took part in the study listed three following problem areas in this respect: 1) dysfunctionality of school (teachers’ lack of knowledge about students who fall into the category of street children, their focusing on the curriculum without paying attention to weak students and disregarding the principle of approachability in teaching), 2) teachers - street children relations (stigmatization of students from dysfunctional families, overuse of failing grades, ridiculing and humiliating), and 3) peers - street children relations (violence, quarrels, conflicts).
Dzieci ulicy na świecie i w Polsce doświadczają wielu problemów. Jednym z nich jest wykluczenie edukacyjne, które marginalizuje tę grupę dzieci i młodzieży w obszarze edukacji. Celem naszego artykułu jest analiza czynników składających się na ten rodzaj wykluczenia społecznego. Streetworkerzy z Krakowa wśród których przeprowadzono badania w swoich opiniach wyszczególnili trzy obszary: 1) dysfunkcjonalność szkoły (brak wiedzy o uczniach-dzieciach ulicy, realizacja programu nauczania z pominięciem słabszego ucznia, zaniedbywanie zasady przystępności w nauczaniu); 2) relacja nauczyciel-dzieci ulicy (stygmatyzacja uczniów z rodzin dysfunkcyjnych, nieuzasadnione stawianie ocen niedostatecznych, wyśmiewanie i poniżanie) oraz 3) relacja rówieśnicy-dzieci ulicy (przemoc, kłótnie, konflikty rówieśnicze).

Opis:: Przedmiot badań w niniejszym artykule odnosi się do wykluczenia edukacyjnego jako jednego z zagrożeń wobec nieletnich umieszczonych w Młodzieżowych Ośrodkach Wychowawczych (MOW). Z przedmiotem badań korespondował ich cel, którym było poznanie oferty edukacyjnej nieletnich z MOW pod kątem wykluczenia edukacyjnego. Z kolei problem badawczy, jaki postawiono w artykule, zawarł się w pytaniu: Czy, a jeżeli tak, to w jakim stopniu nieletni z MOW są wykluczeni edukacyjnie? Projekt badawczy zrealizowano za pomocą metody monografii, a jej uzupełnieniem była technika analizy dokumentów. Narzędzie badawcze stanowił natomiast autorski arkusz danych. Przy opracowaniu materiału badawczego bazowano na dokumentacji pozyskanej z Ośrodka Rozwoju Edukacji (ORE) w Warszawie.
The subject of research in this article deals with educational exclusion as one of the threats to minors placed in youth educational centers. The subject of research corresponded to their goal, which was to get to know the educational offer of minors from MOW in terms of educational exclusion. On the other hand, the research problem presented in the article was included in the question: Whether, and if so, to what extent are minors from MOW educationally excluded? The research project was carried out using the monograph method, supplemented by the technique of document analysis. The research tool was the original data sheet. When developing the research material, it was based on documentation obtained from the Education Development Center in Warsaw.

Opis:: The article presents the disturbing phenomenon of discrimination, exclusion of older people from the social life and the ways of preventing these phenomena through education. It becomes necessary to create educational offer adapted to the needs and possibilities of older people. In the opposite case, the problem of social exclusion could be exacerbate, and its solution – in a world of accelerating changes - may be more difﬁcult in the future. The article uses the results of research carried out within the project realized under the Lifelong Learning Program – Grundtvig „Evaluation Toolkit on Seniors Education to Improve Their Quality of Life”.
Artykuł przedstawia niepokojące zjawisko dyskryminacji, wykluczania osób starszych z przestrzeni życia społecznego oraz sposoby przeciwdziałania tym zjawiskom przez edukację. Należy stworzyć dla osób starszych przystosowaną do ich potrzeb i możliwości ofertę edukacyjną, w przeciwnym przypadku problem wykluczenia społecznego może się pogłębiać, a jego rozwiązanie w świecie coraz szybszych zmian może okazać się w przyszłości jeszcze trudniejsze. W artykule wykorzystano wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w ramach projektu realizowanego z programu „Uczenie się przez całe życie” – Grundtvig „Evaluation Toolkit on Seniors Education to Improve Their Quality of Life”.

Opis:: Aim. The aim of this thesis is to present the impact of students exclusion (including SPEs) on their virtual behaviour in social media. Students with no special educational needs and those with SEN were taken into account. The relationship between exclusion of SPE and digitisation exclusion will be indicated . In addition, social exclusion in the family area was included. Methods: The analysis was based on statistical methods, such as: range, standard deviation, variance. Surveys were used. They were conducted on the Internet through the Facebook social portal on a national and global scale. Results: Respondents from around the world feel more excluded by the SPE than respondents in Poland. In contrast, respondents from the SPE use fewer social networking sites than in groups of computer players, both in Poland and worldwide. Conclusions: In Poland, SPE is not a barrier to communication with peers for most respondents, unlike global respondents. Respondents from the SPE spend less time on social portals because it absorbs their time devoted to learning, which can be an indicator of digital exclusion. Cognitive value: The originality of the research is to focus on introducing the global and Polish scale of the problem excluding students from SPE from the social media, which was calculated by the author’s method based on the indicator digital exclusion.

Opis:: This article examines social and ethnic group membership among sixth-grade students at a Czech lower secondary school whose student population is predominantly heterogeneous in terms of ethnicity. The main focus is on group membership in the sixth grade, which is considered as the worst class at school and which is attended by several Roma boys and girls. Special attention is paid to the boundary constructions in the groups of children from an anthropological perspective and interactionism. The article is based on qualitative, and ethnographic fieldwork. The central method of the fieldwork was observation. This method was partially supplemented by materials from the school evaluations and interviews with teachers and other respondents during the field research. Research findings derive from fieldwork conducted at the school that is perceived as problematic by local residents. The school is located near a socially excluded locality in the Czech Republic where a large number of the buildings are in deplorable condition, with many apartments unoccupied. Many city residents consider the locality to be a “Roma ghetto”. The article contributes to understanding the grouping and social and interethnic communication among twelve-year-old students. The article sheds light on the benefits of being in a group and how students and groups communicate with each other.

Opis:: Preparedness of teachers to work with pupils with a need of supportive measures and especially with pupils who live and grow up in socially excluded localities, is very low. Quantitatively oriented research investigation8, carried out in 13 regions of the Czech Republic with the sample size of 2005 respondents, offers results that raise doubts towards the inclusively oriented primary education. The teachers are not ready for the phenomenon. This paper focuses on attitudinal constructs of the teachers which can be understood as evaluative relationship towards the observed phenomenon, whose form reflects the subjectively perceived preparedness. It concerned the orientation in the context of questions of social exclusion and school education, actual form of school environment and, ultimately, their own perception of school inclusion.

Opis:: Cel. Celem pracy uczyniono przedstawienie wpływu wykluczenia uczniów (w tym z SPE – specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi) na ich zachowania cyfryzacyjne w mediach społecznościowych. Wzięto pod uwagę uczniów bez SPE oraz tych z SPE. Wskazano na zależności między wykluczeniem SPE oraz wykluczeniem cyfryzacyjnym. Dodatkowo uwzględniono wykluczenie społeczne w obszarze rodzinnym. Metody. Analiza została oparta na metodach statystycznych, takich jak m. in. rozstęp, odchylenie standardowe, wariancja. Wykorzystano badania ankietowe. Zostały one przeprowadzone w internecie przez portal społecznościowy Facebook na skalę ogólnopolską oraz światową. Wzięto pod uwagę współczynnik popularności mediów społecznościowych w kontekście wykluczenia cyfryzacyjnego w odniesieniu do dwóch grup badawczych: uczniów bez SPE (w tym w grupach graczy komputerowych) oraz z SPE, w różnych przedziałach wiekowych. Badania przeprowadzono w 20 światowych i czterech polskich grupach. Wyniki. Respondenci z całego świata czują się bardziej wykluczeni przez SPE niż badani w Polsce. Natomiast badani z SPE używają mniej portali społecznościowych niż ci w grupach graczy komputerowych, zarówno w Polsce, jak i na świecie. Jednak w przypadku wykluczenia przez rówieśników widać ogromną różnicę w badaniach ogólnopolskich i ogólnoświatowych. Wnioski. W Polsce SPE dla większości respondentów nie stanowi bariery w komunikacji z rówieśnikami, w przeciwieństwie do respondentów światowych. Badane grupy graczy komputerowych na świecie to najczęściej społeczności zamknięte, które nie interesują się problemami SPE oraz wykluczeniem cyfryzacyjnym. Najczęściej mediów społecznościowych używają polscy gracze komputerowi. Badani z SPE spędzają mniej czasu na portalach społecznościowych, ponieważ więcej czasu pochłania im nauka, co może być wskaźnikiem wykluczenia cyfryzacyjnego.
Aim. The aim of the work was to present the impact of student exclusion (including those with SPE [special educational needs]) on their digitization behavior in social media. Students with no special educational needs and those with SPE were taken into account. The relationship between exclusion of SPE and digitization exclusion was indicated. In addition, social exclusion in the family area was included. Methods. Analysis was based on statistical methods, such as: range, standard deviation, variance. Surveys were used. They were carried out on the Internet by the Facebook social portal on a nationwide and global scale. The popularity factor of social media in the context of digital exclusion was taken into account in relation to two research groups: students without SPE (including in computer player groups) and with SPE in different age ranges. The research was carried out in 20 global groups and 4 Polish groups. Results. Respondents from around the world feel more excluded by SPE than respondents in Poland. In contrast, respondents with SPE use fewer social networking sites than in groups of computer players, both in Poland and worldwide. However, when excluded by peers, one can see a huge difference in national and global research. Conclusion. In Poland, SPE for most respondents is not a barrier to communication with peers, unlike global respondents. The studied groups of computer players in the world are usually closed communities that are not interested in the problems of SPE and digital exclusion. Polish computer players most often use social media. The SPE respondents spend less time on social networks because more time is consumed by science, which can be an indicator of digital exclusion.
