Opis:
The article discusses the involvement of parents in the environment pedagogization through andragogical systems. Priority education accrues to the family as the overriding social institute where people suffer first and most important socialization. Other public structures, socialization is a little later. Families with no auxiliary Institute, seeking to create and maintain the existing structures and relations in the country, while the main condition for realizing human potential, is an institution which has unique features, a significant impact on personality formation and social development. The family, as the first social institutions, has a major impact on children's education, but the child started attending an educational institution care for the child's education and upbringing are reduced. Parents stop to be interested in their child problems, achievements, then disposing of education and training to function in an education institution. Is commonly observed that few parents communicate with teachers, educational institutions are reluctant to participate in community life. The family as an institution leads to pre-school children's education office complexity. Development of parental rights and obligations appears from the need for them to find a qualified educational assistance to children's education area. Therefore, educational institutions are addressing both issues of parental education, development of formal models micro studying. In this way, it allows parents to learn the same environment in which nurtures and their children. This is consistent with parents' needs, helping them with teachers to address children's educational development issues. At the same time pre-school institutions is enhanced by both parents, as adults group, a personal interest in education in general, as well as orientation to the pre-school modernization. This article deals with andragogical system provided to parents to parents' engagement in school life, suitable for a child learning to create a climate, the motivation to maintain in order to make appropriate learning and life conditions. Andragogical means of encouraging parents to become involved in community activities in educational institutions as being of its members are active not only contributes to children's education institutions in management, but it will be acquired from the planning, coordination, organization and evaluation skills.

The constituent elements of the studied conceptual apparatus are also presented, which made it possible to expand the theoretical basis of its interpretation. Opis:
The study is related to the pedagogical experiment on the systemic controlled impact on the formation of educational environment in higher educational institutions. The article aims to verify the effectiveness of introducing the pedagogical system of educational environment formation in higher educational institutions on the example of an aviation educational institution. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the pedagogical system of educational environment formation is based on the monitoring analysis. Diagnostic techniques of the expert examination have been described. The statistical insignificance of discrepancies between the data of control and experimental samples has been proved. Significant changes in the educational environment formation levels in the control and experimental groups have been confirmed.

The article presents the research results obtained within the joint Ukrainian-Austrian research project “The quality of preschool teachers’ training in Austria and Ukraine: a comparative analysis” in 2023/2024 (UA 02/2023). The practical training content of the applicants of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education majoring in specialty 012 Preschool education within the educational and professional program “Preschool Education” in Ukrainian universities has been analyzed. The organizational aspects of pedagogical internship of future preschool teachers are considered. It is substantiated that a pedagogical internship ensures their readiness for continuous improvement and professional growth. It is the key to professional competence formation. The types of pedagogical internships that students undergo according to the specified educational and professional program are characterized. The value of every kind of educational and work placement internship has been proven. It is shown that they differ in purpose, content, objectives, organizational and pedagogical forms, methods, and approaches to the integration of educational, upbringing, research, organizational, and methodical activities with children in the conditions of a preschool educational institution. The need to implement educational propaedeutic internships from the first days of students’ studies at the university is emphasized. As it is a key to the formation of a stable interest in the chosen profession. It has been proven that work placement pedagogical internship, which has an active nature, creates conditions for the student’s personality self-realization, ensures success in professional self-determination, and forms students’ professional competencies, which are necessary for their independent performance of the functions of preschool teacher.
W artykule przedstawiono fragment wyników badań uzyskanych w ramach wspólnego ukraińsko-austriackiego projektu badawczego „Jakość kształcenia nauczycieli przedszkolnych w Austrii i w Ukrainie: analiza porównawcza” w roku 2023/2024 (nr UA 02/2023). Artykuł analizuje treści kształcenia praktycznego kandydatów pierwszego (licencjackiego) poziomu szkolnictwa wyższego kierunek 012 Wychowanie przedszkolne w ramach programu edukacyjno-zawodowego „Wychowanie przedszkolne” na uniwersytetach Ukrainy. Rozważono organizacyjne aspekty praktyki pedagogicznej przyszłych nauczycieli placówek wychowania przedszkolnego. Udowodniono, że praktyka pedagogiczna zapewnia im gotowość do ciągłego doskonalenia, rozwoju zawodowego i jest kluczem do kształtowania kompetencji zawodowych. Scharakteryzowano rodzaje praktyk pedagogicznych, jakie odbywają studenci studiów wyższych zgodnie z określonym programem edukacyjno-zawodowym. Udowodniono wartość każdego rodzaju praktyki edukacyjnej i wychowawczej. Wykazano, że różnią się one celem, treścią, zadaniami, formami i metodami organizacyjno-pedagogicznymi, podejściami do integracji działań edukacyjnych, wychowawczych, badawczych, organizacyjnych i metodycznych z dziećmi w warunkach placówki wychowania przedszkolnego. Podkreślono potrzebę realizacji edukacyjnej praktyki propedeutycznej od pierwszych dni studiów studentów na uczelni, jako klucza do kształtowania trwałego zainteresowania wybranym zawodem. Udowodniono, że praktyka pedagogiczna, która ma charakter zadaniowy, stwarza warunki do samorealizacji osobowości studenta, zapewnia sukces w samostanowieniu zawodowym, kształtuje kompetencje zawodowe studentów szkół wyższych, niezbędne do samodzielnego wykonywania przez nich funkcji wychowawców dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym.

This article presents approaches to creating educational environment at the Ukrainian Catholic University, a private educational institution, which serves a platform for scientific and practical discussions reflecting both-secular and clerical outlooks. While creating a professional and academic program for training specialists in the area of socio-pedagogical work, there were identified the criteria for reviewing traditional and alternative stuff in the context of education, forms and methods of teaching. “Students Portfolio” program of acquiring additional competencies is described as well. The main goal of the proposed program is let experts and specialists to provide students with additional information on the content of the professional work in the chosen area, as well as deepening and broadening of theoretical knowledge, and eventually implementing on practice. The introduced program as alternative to the traditional optional ones, is expected to result in improving the quality of the professional training, focusing on sensitive perception of the processes taking place in the children and youth environment, and enlarging vision and understanding of the psycho-educational activities specifi city.

The article reveals the importance of creativity in achieving psychological well-being in teachers of higher educational institutions and substantiates the feasibility of its study. Psychological well-being is considered as an important indicator in people’s lives, their desire for the development of personal potential, the formation of positive relationships, and productive creative activity for the benefit of society. The role of creativity in achieving the psychological well-being of a person as a unique creative ability, an important condition for human life, is substantiated. It affects self-acceptance, personal growth, creativity, among others. Creativity indicators (curiosity, creative opportunities, self-confidence, stability and persuasiveness, the desire to be an independent person, the ability to cope, etc.), affecting the psychological well-being of teachers of higher educational institutions, their satisfaction with life, work and themselves are investigated. It was established that the level of creativity is insufficient and that teachers for training specialists in social work have lower indicators than teachers of a foreign language. It is shown that creativity is a factor in psychological well-being and affects the formation of relationships with others, the purposefulness and meaningfulness of life, self-acceptance, personal growth, and the like. Statistically significant differences were found in terms of creativity and psychological well-being of the teachers who were studied depending on gender.

This study evaluated the process of in-site sorting of the generated solid waste (SW) in some educational institutions in Ma’an city, Jordan. The study included eight schools and one University. The students and employees of seven schools, as well as the students and employees of the University, had received the awareness campaigns concerning the importance and benefits of in-site sorting of SW. As a control, one school student and employee who had not received awareness campaigns were involved. The institutions were provided with four bins at each collection site (glass and plastic, paper and cardboard, metals, and bread). The content of bins in each institution was collected and sorted manually to evaluate the efficiency of the conducted awareness campaigns on onsite sorting behavior. The mass ratios of many SW components in their designated bins in the reference school (control) were higher than the average ratios in the assigned bins for the same component in all schools. As for the University, the results of the manual sorting showed that all bins included a mix of SW in different ratios; moreover, the proportions of glass and plastic, and metals were lower than the proportions of other components. On the basis of the above mentioned results, it can be concluded that the awareness campaigns did not achieve the stated goals; subsequently, the in-site sorting failed in the schools and the University. Thus, different awareness campaigns should be assessed to identify the best approach positively affect the SW sorting and disposal habits of people.

Motywowanie nauczycieli w publicznych i prywatnych placówkach oświatowych.

Celem przedstawionej pracy magisterskiej jest poznanie i ocena systemu motywacyjnego pracowników oświaty w publicznych i niepublicznych placówkach oświatowych. W niniejszej pracy zostały przedstawione podstawowe zagadnienia dotyczące zarządzania, zarządzania publicznego oraz motywacji. Motywacja pracowników oświaty to nierozłączny element zarządzania placówką oświatową, mający na celu lepszą i efektywniejszą pracę nauczycieli. Dobrze zmotywowany nauczyciel ma ogromny wpływ na rozwój społeczny i edukacyjny uczniów oraz wzmocnienie pozytywnego wizerunku reprezentowanej placówki oświatowej. Przeprowadzone w ramach niniejszej pracy badania dotyczyły wyżej wymienionego aspektu -tj. motywowania pracowników oświaty, zostały przeprowadzone metodą triangulacji z podziałem na badania ilościowe i jakościowe. Badania ilościowe to przeprowadzone ankiety online z wybraną grupą nauczycieli, a badania jakościowe to wywiady z dyrektorami dwóch szkół. Z badań wynika, że system motywacyjny pracowników oświaty w placówkach publicznych jest bardziej rozbudowany niż w placówkach niepublicznych. Nauczyciele pomimo obowiązującego w placówkach systemu motywacyjnego nie czują się w większości zmotywowani do pracy. Dyrektorzy placówek chętnie doceniają swoich pracowników na tyle, na ile pozwala im ograniczony budżet reprezentowanych placówek. Wraz z lepiej opracowanym systemem motywacji nauczycieli, placówka zyskałaby dobrych i oddanych pracowników poświęconych pracy.
The main aim of the presented master's thesis is to learn and evaluate the incentive scheme of educational employees in public and non-public educational institutions. This paper presents the basic issues of management, public management, and motivation. The motivation of educational workers is an integral part of managing an educational institution, which is aimed at better and more effective work of teachers. A well-motivated teacher has a huge impact on the social and educational development of students and strengthens a positive reception of represented educational institutions. The research concerned the above-mentioned aspect, i.e., educational employees’ motivation. The research was carried out using the triangulation method, distinguished into quantitative and qualitative research. The research shows that the motivation system of educational employees in public institutions is more extensive than in non-public ones. Despite the current incentive system in educational institutions, most teachers do not feel enough motivated to work. Directors of institutions willingly appreciate their employees as much as the limited budget of schools or kindergartens allows. With a better-developed teacher motivation system, the facility would have good and dedicated employees.
