Opis:: W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań realizowanych w ramach pracy magisterskiej. Badano w niej transakcje między personelem przedszkola a opiekunami dzieci w aspekcie analizy transakcyjnej. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na stany Ja poszczególnych uczestników transakcji oraz podjęto próbę określenia relacji, jakie występują między nimi. Ponadto zaprezentowano sposób na osiągnięcie sukcesu w pracy zawodowej, powołując się na duchowość ignacjańską (św. Ignacego z Loyoli) oraz analizę transakcyjną.
The article presents the results of a research conducted for a master’s thesis. The research concerned transactions between a kindergarten staff and children’s caretakers and was carried out within the framework of transactional analysis. A particular focus was put on ego states of the transaction participants. Additionally, an attempt to estimate relationships between them was undertaken. Moreover, the articles shows in an interesting way an approach to achieving success at work, relating to St. Ignacius of Loyola’s spirituality and transactional analysis.

Opis:: The aim of the studies was to ascertain how far psychology students are ready to learn the vocation of education assistants to children and youth. Four general ways of acquiring knowledge and skills - by assimilation, by doing, by discovering, and by impression - were distinguished and interpreted with regard to the students’ prospective employment in educational institutions. Learning by doing (model Beta) and by impression (model Delta) turned out to be more expressive in the student self-reports than learning by assimilation (model Alpha) and by discovering (model Gamma). A proof that the Nosal/Paluchowski typology of diagnosticians applies to psychology students was also in search. However, the pertinent Educational Diagnostician Inventory appeared satisfactorily valid only for those psychology sophomores who manifested the best-shaped attitudes towards educational diagnoses. They belonged mostly to concrete-objective (Proceduralist) and global-subjective (Intuitionist) attitude categories. Transactional analysis partly supported these findings of the survey.

Tytuł:: Transactional Analysis and Negotiation in the marriage
Analiza Transakcyjna a negocjacje w małżeństwie.

Opis:: The main purpose of the hereby thesis is an analysis of negotiation in the marriage from Transactional Analysis point of view. I would like to show, that ego states are involved in conducting negotiations and affect their results. Moreover, I would like to prove, who is more efficient negotiator: wife or husband. For my research, I have used two business games, in which one side was a seller and whereas the second buyer. After playing one script, they have changed the roles. In the research took part seven married couples, differing in length of marriage, education and origin. The thesis is divided into four parts, three theoretical and one practical. In the first chapter the term of negotiation, its typology and the connection with the Transactional Analysis were discussed. In the second part of the thesis Transactional Analysis is described. It contains history of AT, description of Structural Analysis (ego states and ways of recognizing them), reasons for which people differ, types of transactions and games. The third chapter was devoted to the role of close relationships in the human’s life as well as connection between AT and marriage. In the last part of the thesis, research and its results are presented.
Głównym celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza negocjacji w małżeństwie z punktu widzenia Analizy Transakcyjnej. Chciałabym pokazać, że stany ego są zaangażowane w prowadzenie pertraktacji i wpływają na ich wynik. Ponadto, chciałabym wyróżnić i udowodnić, kto jest bardziej skutecznym negocjatorem – mąż czy żona. Do moich badań wykorzystałam dwie gry handlowe, w których jedna strona była sprzedającym, a druga kupującym. Po odegraniu jednego ze skryptów partnerzy zamieniali się rolami. W badaniu wzięło udział siedem par małżeńskich, różniących się długością stażu, wykształceniem oraz pochodzeniem. Praca dzieli się na cztery części, trzy teoretyczne i jedną praktyczną. W pierwszym rozdziale omówione zostało pojęcie negocjacji, jego typologia i związek z Analizą Transakcyjną. Druga część pracy oparta jest na charakterystyce Analizy Transakcyjnej. Szczegółowo przedstawione zostały: historia Analizy Transakcyjnej, Analiza Strukturalna (trzy stany ego i sposoby ich rozpoznawania), powody dla których ludzie różnią się miedzy sobą, typy transakcji i gry. Trzeci rozdział poświęcony jest roli, jaką bliskie związki pełnią w życiu człowieka, jak również ich powiązanie z Analizą Transakcyjną. W ostatniej części przedstawione zostały badania i rezultaty przeprowadzonej analizy.

Opis:: Transactional Analysis is currently one of the most holistic personality theories, well recognised in the vast business world reality. In contemporary organisations Transactional Analysis (TA) is applied in order to recognise psychological mechanisms of communication, interferences in its flow, and also to plan changes enhancing the information flow process. The article presents assumptions of Transactional Analysis with reference to the leadership practice that requires managerial maturity in developing responsible and satisfying relations with employees (the so-called transactions as referred to by the TA language). Having assumed the manager’s personality and its maturity level constitute the key factors in shaping leadership efficiency, tools proposed by the TA concept have been deployed to determine the transactional profile of an efficient manager and to formulate the development tendencies. Owing to its consistency with the partner leadership approach, the Transactional Analysis model offers a perspective of numerous references to managerial practice and provides precise development indications.

Wykorzystywanie w pracy z klientem technik AT i PSR sprzyja wzmacnianiu i aktualizowaniu potencjału i sprawczości osoby, co przekłada się na poczucie satysfakcji, zadowolenia i szczęścia. Przedstawione w niniejszym opracowaniu propozycje wykorzystywania AT i PSR we wzmacnianiu stanu Ja-Dorosłego odzwierciedlają doświadczenia pomocowe autorki w tym zakresie.
In Transactional Analysis, optimal human functioning and development are ensured when the equilibrium of three properly developed ego-states, the Parent, the Adult and the Child, is maintained. The equilibrium relies predominantly on the functioning of the Adult. The aim of this article is to explore potential points of convergence between Translational Analysis (TA) and Solution-Focused Approach (SFA). Both approaches focus on help and educational work with adults. Thus, a question arises if the resources available in both approaches can be jointly used when working with clients on their life objectives through strengthening their Adult ego-state. Mixed application of AT and SFA fosters the increase and development of the potential and agency, which leads to a sense of satisfaction, well-being and happiness. The proposal to use TA and SFA together in order to strengthen the Adult ego-state of the client is drawn from the author’s own experience as helper.
