Opis:: The efficient use of resources are becoming more important due to economic and environmental requirements. In widely used forming processes like deep drawing an avoidance of lubricants – namely dry deep drawing – is a key factor for saving resources. In this paper, a combined approach consisting of a macro-structured tool design and a special modified protective coating is presented. The combination ensures a stable process with a sufficiently wide process window under dry conditions. The absence of lubricants in critical areas has to be compensated by tetrahedral amorphous carbon ta-C films which is additionally structured by Direct Laser Interference Patterning (DLIP) for further improvement of the tribological performance.

Opis:: W swoim nauczaniu Jan Paweł II wielokrotnie wypowiada się na tematy związane z ekologią. Jego nauczanie w dużej mierze przyczyniło się do powstania nowej dziedziny wiedzy teologicznej – ekoteologii, która rozpatruje w świetle Bożego Objawienia problemy będące efektem rozwoju cywilizacji technicznej. Jan Paweł II formułuje postulat konieczności podejmowania zdecydowanych działań w trosce o czystość natury. Dostrzega źródła zaistniałego konfliktu między człowiekiem a naturą, mającego swą genezę w dysproporcjach w rozwoju społeczeństw świata, ubóstwie i niesprawiedliwym podziale dóbr. Zwraca uwagę na charakteryzujący współczesność redukcjonizm w rozumieniu człowieka – wyrażający w minimalizacji znaczenia ludzkiej duchowości przy jednoczesnym uzurpowaniu sobie przez niego nieograniczonego prawa do panowania nad światem. Te zjawiska, określane jako „grzech ekologiczny”, muszą stać się szczególną troską aktywności Kościoła współcześnie. Papież stawia więc postulat budzenia świadomości ekologicznej oraz aktywnych działań, mających na celu oddalenie widma katastrofy ekologicznej.
In his teaching John Paul II repeatedly gives his opinion on themes associated with ecology. His teaching largely contributed to the development of a new theological field of knowledge – eco-theology – that focuses on problems which are an effect of the expansion of the technological civilization, particularly in the light of God’s revelation. John Paul II formulates the demand of the necessity to take determined action regarding concerns for the preservation of the natural environment. He acknowledges the sources of existing conflict between man and nature, as having its origins in the worldwide disproportionate development of society, poverty and the unfair distribution of wealth. Here he pays attention to modern reductionism which characterizes the understanding of human nature – expressed in the minimalization of the importance of human spirituality and at the same time assuming the unrestricted right of man to control the world. These phenomena – characterized as „ecological sin”, must become an active concern of the Church in our time. Thus the Pope stipulates not only the awakening of environmental awareness but also taking active measures aimed at distancing the apparition of ecological catastrophe.
