Opis:: W artykule przedstawiono propozycję wyboru metody eksploatacji ropy ciężkiej (asfaltowej) ze złoża "Lubaczów". Wyboru tego dokonano, biorąc pod uwagę własności fizykochemiczne i ich zmiany uzależnione od temperatury oraz własności geologiczno złożowe. Do wydobywania tej ropy proponuje się zastosowanie pomp wgłębnych żerdziowych z odpowiednią ich modyfikacją lub wgłębnych pomp śrubowych.
The proposal of choice of the heavy oil production method from ,,Lubaczów" reservoir is presented in article. This selection was made with regards of oil physicochemical properties and their change with temperature and geological properties of reservoir. Author proposes to heavy oil production the use of rod modified pumps or screw pumps.

Opis:: The Hungarian Transdanubian site of Érd, where a Mousterian industry and abundant osteological material were discovered in the early 1960s is well known to prehistorians. The remains of megaherbivores (Mammuthus primigenius, Coelodonta antiquitatis) are re-examined here under the taphonomic and archaeozoological components in order to complete the Hungarian and European s.l. data and reassess the potential exploitation of these two pachyderms in the Neanderthal diet and economy. The cut marks, the intense activity of carnivores/hyenas and the skeletal profiles indicate a mixed origin of the carcasses. Mortality patterns of rhinoceros are characterized by the presence of young, subadult and adults, and suggest multiple acquisition by active scavenging and/or hunting with quick access. Skeletal profiles suggest a selective transport of rich/nutritive elements by humans to the site. The cut marks and fracturing of some elements (in situ butchery treatment) confirm that Neanderthals consumed these species on site and that they had at least partial primary access. The mode of acquisition seems active with rapid access for a young mammoth. Érd confirms the Neanderthal exploitation of rhinos and mammoths in their steppic environment during the Middle Palaeolithic. Érd is currently the only Hungarian Middle Palaeolithic site with a proven exploitation and consumption of these megaherbivores.

Opis:: The paper refers to selected problems of exploitation in the face of justice. The analysis is based on the definitions of exploitation contained in the Polish Penal and Civil Codes. The main subject of our interest is the identification of the necessary and sufficient conditions for the recognition of exploitation as being unjust. Supplementary question will refer to a specific type of justice which should be considered in this case. In respect to this we should consider retributive, distributive and social justice. Another important factor in this regard is the accepted theory of value. In the considered subject we will focus on the labour theory of value. The principal problem could be reduced to questions whether the exploitation is ipso facto unjust and how these two phenomena are related to each other.

Opis:: The exploitation reliability of the contemporary light commercial vehicles of four makes is subject to a quantitative analysis in the article. The issue concerning the quantitative evaluation of the operational reliability of the fleet of the commercial vehicles in the transport company and their selection for this fleet is not very numerously described in the literature. For the purposes of evaluating the operational reliability, results of monitoring failures of 115 vehicles during their several years of exploitation in the similar conditions in the urban area and its surroundings were used. A proposed test method uses the relative quantitative measures of the operational reliability indices targeted at the mileage of vehicles and frequency of the failures. The aforementioned enabled to identify the make of the vehicles, which during exploitation was characterized by the lowest failure frequency and thus reliability. This, in turn, allowed for a favorable selection of the vehicles within the next years of the operation of the company. The results of the study confirmed the possibility of using the proposed method to evaluate the operational reliability of the commercial vehicles in any transport company.

Zaproponowano także program badań eksperymentalnych kosztów, którego zrealizowanie umożliwi uzyskanie omówionych modeli.
In the paper there was presented a conception of obtaining of the exploitation costs mathematical model, including diagnosing of technical objects, that are components of total and logistics costs of the operation system. The costs experimental research program was proposed. After accomplishing the program, it will enable reaching the described models.

Tytuł:: Święty na ringu. Historyczne, kulturowe i społeczne konteksty filmów o meksykańskim zapaśniku Santo
The saint in the ring. Historical, cultural and social contexts of films starring the Mexican wrestler El Santo.

Opis:: Attention is drawn here to the phenomenon of El Santo movies, which were enormously popular in Mexico since the fifties until the eighties. El Santo was a masked lucha libre (a form of professional wrestling) fighter, who became an iconic hero of Mexican popculture.The thesis explains what lucha libre is and explains the special status of El Santo. The author also describes the historical background of El Santo films, focusing on the process of change in Mexican cinematography, which went from “Golden Age” to an era of cheap, artistically worthless productions. Noted is the relation between El Santo films and American genres – especially horror, which served as a foundation for the development of El Santo films. However, as the author points out, these pictures managed to express their own ideology, they also developed a unique narrative model. The next thing this thesis deals with is the problem of using the term “mexploitation” when describing the films starring the masked wrestler – while many scholars do it, it may confuse the moviegoers familiar with the exploitation cinema. The El Santo films have been put into a wide social and historical context because of the grave role they played in helping their viewers (mostly deriving from the lower classes of society) understand the times of rapid modernization. These films not only satisfied the needs of society suppressed by the authorities, but also promoted the new technologies, counter-models of masculinity and a shift in social roles of Mexican women.
W pracy podjęto próbę opisania nadzwyczaj interesującego zjawiska, jakim była seria ponad pięćdziesięciu filmów o Santo – reprezentancie lucha libre, meksykańskiej odmiany wrestlingu. Wspomniane produkcje pojawiały się na ekranach od lat pięćdziesiątych aż do osiemdziesiątych, gromadząc wielką widownię i zdobywając ogromną popularność. Zamaskowany Santo doczekał się statusu narodowej ikony – dzięki swojej działalności na ringu i ekranie na stałe wpisał się w popkulturowy krajobraz Meksyku. Praca wyjaśnia, czym jest lucha libre oraz przybliża fenomen Santo, tłumacząc nadzwyczajną pozycję zamaskowanego zapaśnika w meksykańskiej kulturze. Opisane zostaje tło historyczno-filmowe omawianego cyklu, przede wszystkim kryzys meksykańskiej kinematografii, w której po okresie „Złotego wieku” zaczęły dominować produkcje tanie i pozbawione artystycznych ambicji. Bliżej zajęto się również problemem relacji między produkcjami o Santo a amerykańskim kinem gatunków - na kształt filmów o zapaśniku w srebrnej masce duży wpływ miał między innymi hollywoodzki horror, przygody Santo przekazywały jednak także własną ideologię, posługując się przy tym odmiennym od amerykańskiego modelem opowiadania. W pracy poruszony został również problem terminu mexploitation, którym wielu badaczy określa miedzy innymi filmy o zamaskowanym zapaśniku - należy jednak robić to z dużą ostrożnością, gdyż wspomniane określenie może wprowadzić w błąd widza zaznajomionego z exploitation cinema.Produkcje o zamaskowanym zapaśniku umieszczone zostały w szerokim kontekście społeczno-historycznym - pełniły one bowiem ważne funkcje i niosły ze sobą użyteczne przesłanie, pozwalające widzom (pochodzącym w dużej mierze z niższych warstw społecznych) odnaleźć się w dużych metropoliach okresu gwałtownej modernizacji. Opisano, w jaki sposób filmy o Santo zaspokajały tłumione przez władze potrzeby społeczne, oswajały publiczność z nowymi technologiami, promowały odmienne od dominujących modele męskości i wspierały zmianę statusu kobiet w meksykańskim społeczeństwie.

Opis:: Electronic systems work in different conditions of exploitation. Because of specific nature of their application (such as transport for example), they should be characterized by a high level of coefficient of the readiness. When carrying out a proper reliability analysis of systems can be determined such reliability structures, which will be characterized by the appropriate values of rates of reliability. Such an approach provides to improvement of the reliability of the designed systems. However not to the full extent, it is not possible to achieve the system's readiness at the appropriately high level to the full extent. The paper presents a methodology to optimize the process of exploitation these systems, taking into account economic conditions, such as of financial expenses designed on periodical reviews and the effectiveness of their use. There is presented the dependence that maximizes the value of the coefficient of the readiness in the defined reliability (failures rate), exploitation (intensity of repairs, intensity of maintenance service) and economic conditions (financial outlays earmarked for periodic inspections).
