Opis:: Main goal of this work is the analysis of the interaction of participants of freight forwarding activities. Research methods included analysis of scientific literature, theory of systems and systems analysis, methods of induction and deduction. As sources of information used and applied work of fundamental importance known foreign and local scientists and regulatory and legislative documents of Ukraine for the state transport policy. In the article the basic interactions of participants of freight forwarding activities. Classified components freight forwarding services. Assign the concept freight forwarding system and its aim. Established element and forms of cooperation in the freight forwarding system. The main task of forwarding companies are organizing, coordinating and ensuring the delivery from shipper to consignee. Freight forwarding company responsible for the timely delivery of the goods on the condition of preservation of the quantity and quality specified time conditions. Currently used methods are uneffective decision-making, leading to losses. These circumstances require improvement methodology management of freight forwarding companies. This is possible only using modern mathematical methods and information technologies that will improve the operation of freight forwarding companies. The article presents a theoretical exposition of the basic processes of interaction between participants in freight forwarding system. The article may be of interest to specialists of freight forwarding companies.

Opis:: The aim of the MA thesis was to discuss the transport and forwarding business on the example of LEDA company, owned by author of this MA thesis.In the first chapter, concerning transport activities, there were made analysis of the current regulations and the requirements for entrepreneurs, drivers and means of transport. The Road Transport Act, the tolling system and the TIR Convention were also reviewed. The second chapter is devoted to forwarding part of activities. As in section one, the author explained here in an accessible way, the mechanisms of action and the legal basis necessary for the conduct of such an activity. This is the CMR Convention and the General Polish Delivery Terms. Part three of the MA thesis discusses transport and forwarding management in LEDA company. This is the most extensive chapter, both volume and substance. It allows you to understand the location of business in a highly demanding and competitive market.On the basis of the analysis of legal conditions concerning the performance of transport and forwarding services in Poland, formal requirements have been presented. The necessary information for the person wishing to establish and conduct such activities, is presented in an accessible form. The reader may be aware of the relevant regulations and the content of the comment attached to them. The requirement for writing this MA thesis was an accessible form and the use of numerous examples taken from the author's daily workplace practice.In addition to this, the author presents the reader the specifics of a company that isa successful micro-family business. It works successfully on the demanding and competitive TSL market and is developing its potential and field of activities.
Celem pracy było przybliżenie aspektu prowadzenia działalności transportoweji spedycyjnej w Polsce na przykładzie firmy LEDA, której autor jest właścicielem.W pierwszym rozdziale, dotyczącym działalności transportowej wykonano analizę obowiązujących obecnie przepisów oraz wymagań dotyczących przedsiębiorców, kierowców i środków transportu. Przyjrzano się także Ustawie o transporcie drogowym, systemom opłat drogowych oraz konwencji TIR. Rozdział drugi poświęcony jest części spedycyjnej. Podobnie jak w części pierwszej, autor wyjaśnił tutaj w przystępny sposób mechanizmy działania i podłoże prawne niezbędne w prowadzeniu takiej formy działalności. Jest to konwencja CMR oraz Ogólne Polskie Warunki Spedycyjne. W części trzeciej pracy zostało przeanalizowane zarządzanie transportem i spedycją w firmie LEDA. Jest to rozdział najobszerniejszy zarówno pod względem objętościowym, jak i merytorycznym. Pozwala zrozumieć usytuowanie przedsiębiorstwa na bardzo wymagającym i konkurencyjnym rynku. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy uwarunkowań prawnych dotyczących wykonywania usług transportowych i spedycyjnych w Polsce zostały zaprezentowane wymagania formalne. Niezbędne informacje dla osoby chcącej założyć i prowadzić tego typu działalność są przedstawione w zrozumiały sposób. Czytelnik może poznać problematykę odpowiednich przepisów wraz z treścią załączonego do nich komentarza. Warunkiem przyświecającym pisaniu pracy była przystępna forma oraz zastosowanie licznych przykładów zaczerpniętych z codziennej praktyki zawodowej autora. Ponadto przedstawiono czytelnikowi specyfikę działania firmy, która będąc przedsiębiorstwem rodzinnym działającym w skali mikro odnosi sukcesy. Działa onaz powodzeniem na wymagającym i konkurencyjnym rynku branży TSL oraz rozwija swój potencjał i obszar działania.
