Opis:: The article presents comparative analysis focused on the use of Information Communication Technology in public administration units in Silesian voivodeship and remaining 15 Polish voivodeships. It concentrates on the systems offering to public administration customers public e-services (i.e. front-office systems) and systems accompanying internal processes in public administration units (i.e. back-office systems). It is pointed how these systems can be integrated in order to improve quality of support service for internal processes in public administration units.
Artykuł przedstawia analizę porównawczą, dotyczącą wykorzystania technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (ICT) w jednostkach administracji publicznej w województwie śląskim i pozostałych piętnastu województwach. Uwagę skoncentrowano na systemach oferujących klientom administracji publicznej e-usługi publiczne (tzw. systemy front-office) oraz systemy wspomagające procesy wewnętrzne w jednostkach administracji publicznej (tzw. systemy back-office). Wskazano również, w jaki sposób systemy te mogą zostać ze sobą zintegrowane w celu poprawy jakości obsługi procesów wewnątrz jednostek administracji publicznej.

Opis:: The author considers questions of management by human resources as one of the primary functions of management in the banking sphere. It is specified that the basis of the management concept of the personnel structure of an organisation is the increasing role of workers, knowledge of their motivational installations, ability of their organisation and direction according to the tasks which the organisation faces. A block diagram of an operational office, which is the lowest link of any credit organisation, is provided and analysed. Categories of employees working in a credit organisation, with the description of their primary functions are presented. The article also contains illustrative material in the form of the following schemes and charts: a general scheme of a credit organization, a volume chart of a ratio of professional categories in the conditions of activity specialization in one of regional offices, flat charts of the age structure of the personnel of credit organizations of the Russian Federation and a percentage ratio of workers with higher education. Finally, the author presents formation of perspective directions of highly skilled personnel potential for ensuring the guaranteed achievement of positive results.

Opis:: The Eucharistic Crusade was an energetic religious movement that assembled 3 million children all over the world before the Second World War. In Poland work on formation of children lasted without breaks from 1925 to the outbreak of the war, and 4 years after it was ended. In 1987 a revival of the Crusade began; its name was changed to the Eucharistic Movement of the Young (ERM). Only in 1998 the movement was included into the All-Poland Council of Catholic Movements. The aim of the article is to present the process of reactivation of the movement as reflected in the archival materials kept in the front office of the ERM in Poznań. A great role in the reactivation of the movement was played by Sister Jadwiga Batogowska SJK, who was responsible for the ERM on behalf of the Congregation of the Ursulines of the Agonizing Heart of Jesus. After the 16 years of Sister Batogowska’s work the communities of the movement numbered over 11,000 participants coming from 27 dioceses. From the surviving correspondence between Sister Batogowska and the Church authorities it is not clear why the process of recognizing the ERM as a Catholic organization was so long, and hence further research in this issue is necessary.
