Opis:: The object of the study was to explore a potential relationship between group roles (the dependent variable) and psychological gender and social competence (the independent variables). The research was made more specific by asking three cognitive questions (Does the prevalence of the researched with IPP and KKS qualities differentiate the questioned women in their group role preferences (t-student)? Are specific group roles dependent on psychological gender (ANOVA)? Is there the joint impact of individual personality variables on displaying group roles (analysis of regression). The research was carried out on year three psychology students of the University of Łódź. The study has resulted in discovering statistically significant differences between representatives of different types of psychological gender and their group role preferences. We have also discovered a different prevalence of variables defined as social competence depending on the adopted group role.

Numerous statistics show that permanently dependent on alcohol is several hundred thousand people in Poland, in the various phases of the development of addiction is still a greater number of people and the hundreds of thousands and millions of people grow up in families affected by alcohol problems.Long observation of the operation of those parents in families affected by alcohol problems has led to the conclusion that these individuals have certain similar characteristics in connection with one of the spectrum of mental characteristics. It was concluded therefore theory for Adult children of alcoholics. This syndrome has quickly become of interest to many researchers.The purpose of the research work presented is to know the specifics of functioning of psychosocial people with syndrome of the DDA. For the work you have chosen method of analysis. The choice of this method was justified by the fact that the issue of the DDA is very large. Research tool were texts that have been analysed.In the first chapter of the work it has been musing on the syndrome of the DDA. Discusses the definition aspects of this syndrome in the context of the consideration of alcohol addiction. The subject of the second chapter of the work was enhanced characteristics of the syndrome of the DDA. Indicated on the specifics of functioning of the psychological, emotional and reactions of people affected by this syndrome. The third chapter is a methodological considerations work discusses the purpose of the work, and applied research methods and techniques. In the fourth chapter of the work made the characteristics of selected forms of assistance offered to people with the syndrome of the DDA. Indicated on the desirability of the use of various forms of therapeutic assistance and their effectiveness. In this chapter also made the verification of hypotheses, which allowed for promotion requests:1.Upbringing in the family affected by alcohol problems contributes to the specific characteristics of education in the child. 2. Persons with the syndrome of the DDA shall take specific roles in the family and prefer certain strategies. 3. A person raised in a family of alcohol reveal difficulties in entering into close ties and relationships. 4. With the syndrome of the DDA are such features as functioning: difficulty in articulating their needs, difficulty in communicating with other people, and reduced resistance to stress. 5. Persons with the syndrome of the DDA are threatened degraded adjusting to life in society.At work, it also showed that the negative effects of upbringing in the family with alcohol problems do not have to determine a person's life forever with the DDA. Psychotherapy is the primary method for overcoming difficulties and improve functioning.
Uzależnienie od alkoholu można obecnie zaliczyć do najważniejszych problemów społecznych w Polsce. Liczne statystyki pokazują, że trwale uzależnionych od alkoholu jest kilkaset tysięcy osób w Polsce, w różnych fazach rozwoju uzależnienia znajduje się jeszcze większa liczba osób zaś setki tysięcy i miliony osób wychowują się w rodzinach dotkniętych problemem alkoholowym.Wieloletnia obserwacja funkcjonowania osób wychowujących się w rodzinach dotkniętych problemem alkoholowym doprowadziła do wniosku, że osoby te wykazują pewne podobne cechy funkcjonowania w związku z wykształceniem się pewnego spektrum cech psychicznych. Sformułowano zatem teorię dotyczącą Dorosłych Dzieci Alkoholików. Syndrom ten szybko stał się przedmiotem zainteresowania wielu badaczy.Celem badań prezentowanej pracy jest poznanie specyfiki psychospołecznego funkcjonowania osób z syndromem DDA.Dla potrzeb pracy wybrano metodę analizy treści. Wybór tej metody uzasadniony był tym, że zagadnienie DDA ma charakter bardzo rozległy. Narzędziem badawczym były teksty, które poddano analizie. W pierwszym rozdziale pracy podjęto rozważania nad syndromem DDA. Omówiono definicyjne aspekty tego syndromu w kontekście rozważań nad uzależnieniem od alkoholu.. Przedmiotem drugiego rozdziału pracy była pogłębiona charakterystyka osób z syndromem DDA. Wskazano na specyfikę funkcjonowania psychologicznego, emocjonalnego i reakcji osób dotkniętych tym syndromem. Trzeci rozdział pracy ma charakter rozważań metodologicznych, omówiono cel pracy oraz zastosowane metody i techniki badawcze. W czwartym rozdziale pracy dokonano charakterystyki wybranych form pomocy oferowanych osobom z syndromem DDA. Wskazano na celowość stosowania różnych form pomocy terapeutycznej oraz ich efektywność. W tym rozdziale dokonano również weryfikacji hipotez badawczych, które pozwoliły na wysunięcie wniosków:1. Wychowanie w rodzinie dotkniętej problemem alkoholowym przyczynia się do wykształcenia specyficznych cech u dziecka.2. Osoby z syndromem DDA przyjmują specyficzne role w rodzinie oraz preferują pewne strategie zachowania.3. Osoby wychowane w rodzinie alkoholowej przejawiają trudności we wchodzeniu w bliskie związki i relacje.4. Z syndromem DDA powiązane są takie cechy funkcjonowania jak: trudność w wyrażaniu swoich potrzeb, trudność w komunikowaniu się z innymi ludźmi oraz zmniejszona odporność na stres.5. Osoby z syndromem DDA są zagrożone pogorszonym przystosowaniem do życia w społeczeństwie.W pracy wykazano także, że negatywne skutki wychowania w rodzinie z problemem alkoholowym nie muszą na zawsze determinować życia osoby z DDA. Psychoterapia jest podstawową metodą umożliwiającą przezwyciężenie trudności oraz poprawę funkcjonowania.

Opis:: The article presents my ideas for using authentic texts in the course for doctoral students "English in the Natural Sciences". As an ESP course, it is specifically oriented towards the subject content and the teacher’s role is to facilitate the process of learning by drawing on students’ knowledge of the subject matter. Combining subject matter and English language learning is highly motivating for students, nevertheless it is particularly challenging for the teacher to select and adapt suitable materials, as well as use them effectively to generate communication in the classroom. For a non subject specialist, it is essential to design working with authentic materials so as to give students a meaningful context and opportunity to exchange their background knowledge and practice the language. The first part of this article is devoted to a brief discussion of the difficulties that an ESP teacher must face while adapting authentic materials for the course. The second part contains some examples of materials and activities used in the course.

Opis:: In the present study we aimed to evaluate the effect of role-play on group cohesion among students with specific language impairmentt. This pre and post-test study rely on role-play and primarily based on two standardized assessment methods. Twelve students with specific language impairment were participated. After twenty-seven sessions of role-play, group cohesion index and sociometric scale were established and carried out accordingly. The results characterized as statistically significant. This study laid useful groundwork for the future implementation of role-play that may provide additional insights into group cohesion of children with specific language impairment research.

Opis:: Niniejsza praca opisuje problem badawczy jakim jest rola edukacji teatralnej w życiu człowieka. Tematyka zostaje tu pogłębiona poprzez analizę literatury oraz własnych doświadczeń. Praca obejmuje szerokie spojrzenie na wpływ aktywności teatralnej na rozwój jednostki, bowiem zostaje tutaj ukazane zarówno spojrzenie z zewnątrz – z punktu widzenia obserwatora teatru jak i z wewnątrz – bycia uczestnikiem zajęć dramowych, prowadzącym takie zajęcia. Poruszone zostają tu kwestie najważniejsze – podstawy bez których nie można byłoby mówić o edukacji teatralnej jak i o wychowaniu. Przedstawione są główne pojęcia związane z obszarami teatru : aktor, widz, scenariusz, rola, sztuka widowiskowa; oraz wychowania: edukacja, kształcenie, nauczanie i uczenie się. Funkcje teatru ukazane są za pomocą opisania jego przemian na przełomie dziejów. Głębiej w pracy zostaje przybliżony aspekt edukacyjny teatru. W związku z tym przedstawione zostają tu metody teatralne : drama, zabawy inscenizowane, teatr lalek, teatr cieni, pantomima oraz techniki : improwizację oraz grę w role. Opisany jest przy tym ich wpływ na kształtowanie umiejętności, nabywanie cech. Zwieńczenie pracy stanowi opis własnych doświadczeń i spojrzenie na problem z perspektywy zarówno na początku uczestnika kółek teatralnych, teatrów amatorskich oraz na końcu z punktu widzenia prowadzącego warsztaty teatralne.
This thesis is describing research problem which is the role of theatrical education in human life. Thematics is here deepen through literature analysys and personal experience. Dissertation includes broad view on theatrical activity influence on every individual. I am raising the most important subjects – basics of theatrical education and upbringing. Terms which I mainly presents are: actor, viewer, screenplay, part, performing acts, education. Theatre features are shown with describing theirs changes over a few thousand years. I present theatrical methods such as: drama, staging plays, puppet theatre, shadowplay, pantomime and techniques: improvisation and role playing. I am describing their influence on forming abilities and gaining character adjectives. In conclusion, I am writing about my personal experience. At the beginning it is an approach as an participant of theatre group, then I show my point of view as a person who conducts art workshops.

Rola pracy w grupach w nauczaniu angielskiego słownictwa w szkole podstawowej

Opis:: Większość dzieci rozpoczyna swoją przygodę z językiem angielskim w szkole podstawowej, dlatego ważne jest, aby nauczyciel przeprowadzał lekcje językowe w sposób atrakcyjny i możliwie jak najbardziej efektywny. Jedną z metod, która może być użyta w tym celu, jest nauka w grupach. Niniejsza praca skupia się na jej użyciu w celu wprowadzenia nowego słownictwa. W praktycznej części pracy opisanych zostało pięć przeprowadzonych ćwiczeń wykorzystujących kooperatywną naukę. Zaobserwowano, iż uczniom podobały się takie zadania, jako że urozmaiciły standardową lekcję języka i przebiegły w przyjaznej atmosferze. Dzieci pracowały razem nad zadaniami i utrwalały dzięki nim nowe słownictwo, a więc praca w grupach przebiegła pomyślnie.Poza pracą w grupach wraz z jej zaletami i wadami, część teoretyczna pracy omawia naukę obcego języka, teorie z tym związane oraz role, jakie odgrywają w tym procesie mózg i pamięć. Tematy te przybliżają nieco sposób, w jaki ludzie uczą się języka.
Most children start their adventure with the English language in primary school, therefore it is important for a teacher to conduct lessons which are as attractive and effective as possible. One of the methods of teaching and learning a language can be group work, and this project focuses on its use to implement new vocabulary in particular. In the practical section, five introduced exercises which use cooperative learning were described and evaluated. It was observed that students enjoyed such tasks, as the activities diversified their usual language lesson and were conducted in a friendly atmosphere. Children worked together on the exercises and acquired new vocabulary through them, so the tasks proved to be successful.Apart from group work with its benefits and drawbacks, the theoretical section of this paper discusses second language acquisition, its theories and the role of the brain and memory in language learning. These topics provide a general idea about the way in which people learn a language, what appears to be a complex process.

Opis:: Circular seating arrangements can help instill a sense of belonging within classroom communities with overall positive effects on learning, emotions, and wellbeing. Yet students and their teachers within certain language classroom contexts, due to sociocultural limitations, may be relegated to learning in antisocial environments instilled partly by rank-and-file seating. Attributions for teacher demotivation can often lie in student misbehaviors, while student demotivation, silence, and resistance relate strongly to lack of bodily displays and physical affordances of interpersonal care, understanding, and trust that, if present, would contribute positively to many social aspects of their learning and identity formation. Specifically, rank-and-file seating constricts the area in the classroom most likely to dispose attention and interest to the learning and to others, whereas circular seating potentially expands this area, known as the action zone, to the whole classroom. Seating arrangements therefore can play an important role in the formation of interpersonal dynamics and identity formation among students and their teachers. In this paper, the purposes and ways of using circular seating in language classrooms will be explored from a social psychological perspective. Language teachers are invited to imagine and experiment with possibilities for uses of different seating arrangements in their own classrooms.

Opis:: This article describes the model of a contemporary Catholic woman as designed by religious girls on the threshold of adulthood. In the struggle of young people with existential dilemmas, both specific models and abstract role models may prove to be helpful. Both have become the subject of research carried out in 2021 conducted using 10 focus group interviews with 35 female students in the final years of secondary schools. The focus groups were created by recruiting 17–18 years olds girls of the Roman Catholic faith living in western and northern Poland and attended religion lessons. This article contains an excerpt concerning the model of a Catholic woman in the contemporary world designed by interviewees. The projection task showed that the created role models go beyond the stereotypical images of Catholic women, less refers to a specific traditional Christian personal models and is an exemplification of a new female perspective in Catholicism.
Niniejszy tekst stanowi odpowiedź na pytanie, czym charakteryzuje się wzorzec współczesnej katoliczki zaprojektowany przez wierzące dziewczęta u progu dorosłości. W zmaganiach młodzieży z dylematami egzystencjalnymi pomocne mogą okazać się zarówno konkretne wzory, jak i abstrakcyjne wzorce osobowe. Jedne i drugie stały się przedmiotem badań zrealizowanych w 2021 roku, opierających się na 10 zogniskowanych wywiadach grupowych przeprowadzonych z 35 maturzystkami. W badaniu uczestniczyły dziewczęta wyznania rzymskokatolickiego, które zamieszkiwały zachodnią i północną część Polski, miały 17–18 lat i uczęszczały na lekcje religii. Fragment dotyczący zaprojektowanego przez rozmówczynie wzorca katoliczki we współczesnym świecie został zaprezentowany w niniejszym artykule. Zadanie projekcyjne pokazało, że stworzony wzorzec wykracza poza stereotypowe obrazy katoliczek, w mniejszym stopniu odwołuje się konkretnych tradycyjnych chrześcijańskich wzorów osobowych oraz stanowi egzemplifikację nowej kobiecej perspektywy w katolicyzmie.

The project group of the Independent Association of Jagiellonian University Students as the example of a group and group roles and the effectiveness of a team work. Bachelor’s thesis writing under the guidance of dr Wioleta KarnyKraków: The Institute of Public Affairs in Jagiellonian University, 62 pages, 24 bibliography items , 16 appendixes The study is dedicated to an analysis of the group roles and their influence on the effectiveness of a team work in an organization, on the base of the Independent Association of Jagiellonian University Students. Chapter 1 presents theoretical aspects of groups and teams in the organization, roles, which appear in such communities, the influence of roles into activities of teams. It is also devoted to job environment in non-governmental organizations.Chapter 2 consists of the analysis of an exemplary team of a project group in the Independent Association of Jagiellonian University Students. There is also a brief characteristic of the organization there, roles profiles of the member’s of a chosen project group and an evaluation of its effectiveness in the projects being realized by the group.Chapter 3 is to present the barriers, which has an influence on the effectiveness of realization of the projects in the organization and what is more, it presents suggestions how improve the team work.Thanks to the study, it was proved that group roles have got an impact into the effectiveness of activities taken by the group.
