Opis:: The authors of the paper analyzed 21 common methods of measuring a company’s intellectual capital, finding that none of them meet all 6 demands that a model indicator should satisfy. As a result, a new method was developed, which meets the conditions for a model indicator. Using the chosen expert method, a synthetic indicator of a company’s level of intellectual capital (WPKI) has been determined. The authors of the paper determine the WPKI indicator for public construction companies using the algorithm defining a hidden value.

Opis:: This thesis presents in which way hidden values that are in books for children affect students’ interests. Researches were done in class 3 in Elementary School in Krosno. This work include analysis of the most popular books for children, both compulsory and additionally. The analysis were done in terms of hidden values. Also in this thesis is discussed the term “values”, what we can call hidden values, where we can find them and how we can divide them, into which categories. On the basis of interviews with children were analyzed their interests. The relationship between students’ interests and their favourites book was shown at the end of this thesis. This work consists of three parts: theoretical, methodological and research
Niniejsza praca przedstawia zagadnienie oddziaływania ukrytych wartości w literaturze dla dzieci na zainteresowania uczniów klasy III Szkoły Podstawowej w Krośnie. Praca zawiera analizę treści najchętniej czytanych przez uczniów utworów zarówno obowiązkowych jak i dodatkowych pod kątem występujących w nich wartości . Została również omówiona tematyka znaczenia oraz podziału i systematyzacji wartości .Na postawie przeprowadzonych wywiadów z uczniami scharakteryzowane zostały przejawiane przez nich zainteresowania .Relacje łączące preferowaną prze uczniów literaturę z ich zainteresowaniami zostały zaprezentowane w końcowej części pracy. Praca składa się z trzech części, teoretycznej, metodycznej oraz badawczej.

The role of school in early childhood education students’ value system formation.

Opis:: Efektem przeprowadzonych przeze mnie badań i dokonanej analiz jest niniejsza praca, składająca się z trzech rozdziałów. W pierwszym rozdziale wyjaśniłam pojęcie wartość, następnie opisałam, czym jest system wartości oraz zajęłam się rodzajami i hierarchią wartości. W kolejnej części rozdziału opisuję trzy wybrane wartości moralne, tj. dobro, miłość, przyjaźń. W dalszej części podejmuję zagadnienie rozwoju społeczno- moralnego uczniów w wieku wczesnoszkolnym oraz opisuję proces kształtowania ich systemu wartości. W ostatniej części rozdziału przedstawiłam rolę, jaką spełnia program ukryty szkoły oraz wymieniłam podstawowe zadania nauczyciela i szkoły w kształtowaniu systemu wartości. W kolejnym rozdziale opisałam i przeanalizowałam zebrany materiał empiryczny, Szczegółowo przedstawiłam, co było celem mojej pracy. Zawarłam tam również, metody, techniki badawcze oraz narzędzie, które pomogły mi w zgromadzenia danych niezbędnych do odpowiedzi na przedstawione problemy badawcze. W trzecim rozdziale przeanalizowałam pytania, które zadałam w wywiadzie . Zebrane odpowiedzi krótko scharakteryzowałam i przedstawiłam za pomocą wykresów i tabeli. Pod koniec rozdziału podsumowałam swoją pracę i wyciągnęłam kilka bardzo ważnych wniosków dotyczących znaczenia wartości w życiu uczniów.
The following thesis consisting of three chapters is the result of my research and analysis.In the first chapter the author explains the notions of value and what the value system is, and also presents types and the hierarchy of values. In the following part of the chapter three chosen moral values like the good, love and friendship are described by the author. This chapter also discusses issues concerning early childhood education students’ social and moral development and describes process of such student value system formation. In the last part of this chapter the author describes the role of the hidden curriculum of educational system and lists the basic teacher and school tasks in value system formation.In the next chapter the author describes and analyses the collected empirical material, the purpose of the work is explained in details in it. The methods, research techniques and tools that helped the author in gathering the data needed to answer the research problems are presented in the second chapter as well.The third chapter contains the analysis of the questions that were asked by the author in the interview. The responses are briefly characterized and presented by means of graphs and tables. At the end of the chapter the author summarises her work and draws some very important conclusions about the importance of values in the lives of students.
