Opis:: Przedmiotem artykułu jest prezentacja wyników badań dotyczących stoso-wanych strategii twórczych przez przedsiębiorstwa wysokich technologii oraz ich wpływ na zarządzanie procesami innowacyjnymi. W artykule scharakteryzowano typy oraz elementy budowy strategii twórczych. Wyodrębnienie tych elementów wynika z postrzegania strategii twórczych, jako procesu począwszy od generowania idei do wdrożenia innowacji opartej na aktywności i myśleniu technologicznym wykorzystującym twórczość na wszystkich etapach tego procesu. Celem prowadzonych badań była identyfikacja stosowanych strategii twórczych w badanych przedsiębiorstwach branży lotniczej w Polsce.
The subject of the article is to present the results of research on creative strategies used by high technology enterprises and their impact on the management of innovation processes. The article describes the types and elements of constructing creative strategies. The separation of these elements results from the perception of a creative strategy as a proces, ranging from generating ideas to implementing innovation based on technology activity and thinking, using creativity at all stages of the process. The aim of the research was the identification of creative strategies used in the surveyed entreprises of the aviation industry in Poland.

This article is devoted to the presentation of the concept of “innovative process”, identifying its conditions and solutions that can be used in enterprises, which has become the goal of the work. This goal was achieved by presenting theoretical aspects of the discussed issues, where literature analysis was used as a research method. The theoretical part was developed on the basis of selected literature on the subject. The empirical part presents the results of primary research carried out in enterprises from the SME sector of the Małopolska region, using an original research tool. In the presentation of the obtained research results, a quantitative approach was used.

Opis:: In this paper the new metal forming technologies developed at Lublin University of Technology are presented. The team of Metal Forming and Numerical Modeling Department focus on finding new solutions for different parts manufacturing. Among them, the researchers were interested in rotational forming processes for full and hollow parts: cross wedge rolling, helical wedge rolling, rotary compression and rolling extrusion. Short descriptions of the chosen processes and realized research of them are shown.

Opis:: The purpose of the work is to identify the ways and scope of territorialization processes of human capital as well as to analyze its perception and values in economic processes. Theoretical research begins with the identification of human resources as a production factor that is reevaluated and reinterpreted towards the concept of human capital. Human capital is not initially associated with the place and space, especially in the initial period of globalization of the late twentieth century. However, also under the global trends it is getting territorialised, which is raising the role of territory in economic processes both in the local, as well as in global scale. At the same time, the nature of innovative processes also changes, from a linear model to open innovation systems. These systems are also determined by the properties of the territory. Thus, two important features of human capital are revealed through evolution, subject to embeddedness and concentration processes. Human capital is an important element of territorial capital that determines the existence and attractiveness of innovative entrepreneurial milieu. The role of the spatial proximity of the institutional environment is invaluable in his investment process.
Celem pracy jest identyfikacja sposobów i zakresu procesów terytorializacji kapitału ludzkiego a także analiza jego percepcji oraz wartości w procesach ekonomicznych. Badania teoretyczne zaczynają się od identyfikacji zasobów ludzkich jako czynnika produkcji, który ulega przewartościowaniu i reinterpretacji w kierunku pojęcia kapitał ludzki. Kapitał ten początkowo ma charakter aprzestrzenny, zwłaszcza w początkowym okresie procesów globalizacji końca XX wieku. Jednak, również pod wpływem globalnych trendów ulega on procesom terytorializacji, co podnosi rolę terytorium w procesach ekonomicznych zarówno w skali lokalnej, jak i globalnej. Zjawiskom tym towarzyszą zmiany charakteru procesów innowacyjnych, od modelu linearnego do systemów otwartej innowacji. Systemy te także zdeterminowane są właściwościami terytorium. W drodze ewolucji ujawniają się zatem dwie ważne cechy kapitału ludzkiego, podlega procesom zakorzeniania i koncentracji. Jest ważnym elementem kapitału terytorialnego decydującym o istnieniu i atrakcyjności innowacyjnych środowisk przedsiębiorczości. W jego procesie inwestycyjnym nie do przecenienia pozostaje zatem rola bliskości przestrzennej otoczenia instytucjonalnego.

Opis:: W pracy zaprezentowano istotę rozumienia współczesnej dynamiki zmian gospodarczych w aspekcie trendów procesów innowacyjnych. Wskazano wpływ czynników decydujących o sukcesie procesów zmian. The paper presents the essence of understanding the contemporary dynamics of the economic changes in the aspect of trends in innovative processes. The impact of the key market factors determining the success of the change process was identified. An analysis was made of the market share of innovative enterprises from the industry sector and income share of the revenues from the sale of new or improved products included in the total sales revenues. The analysis was performed for enterprises divided according to size of the enterprise defined by the employment volume. Trend analyzes were correlated with operating expenses for the innovative activities in the national economy. The analysis of the mentioned time series also covers the downturn period in the market, identified with the pandemic and military operations in Ukraine.

Opisane zostały procesy narastającego kształtowania plastycznego znajdujące się obecnie na etapie badań wstępnych. Scharakteryzowane zostały możliwe do osiągnięcia efekty i najistotniejsze cechy dla następujących procesów: wyciskania współbieżnego i promieniowego KOBO, cyklicznego wyciskania spęczającego, wyciskania przez kanał kątowy, kucia wspomagane działaniem dodatkowych, cyklicznych naprężeń ścinających (stycznych), walcowania z wymuszoną drogą odkształcenia, kształtowania segmentowego. W procesach tych ze względu na rewersyjny i cykliczny charakter sił kształtowania, przebieg odkształceń lokalnych jest niemonotoniczny. Dla procesów o niemonotonicznym i nieproporcjonalnym przebiegu odkształcenia konieczne jest uwzględnienie, w opisie funkcji naprężenia uplastyczniającego i odkształcenia granicznego, parametrów opisujących historię przebiegu odkształcenia plastycznego. Wykonano badania, w których próbki poddawane były prostym próbom rozciągania, ściskania i skręcania, rewersyjnego rozciągania ze ściskaniem, rewersyjnego skręcania oraz złożonym obciążeniom: rozciągania połączonego z rewersyjnym skręcaniem, ściskania połączonego z rewersyjnym skręcaniem. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników wyznaczono graficznie i analitycznie funkcje opisujące wpływ historii obciążania na naprężenie uplastyczniające i odkształcenie graniczne. W podsumowaniu zestawiono najistotniejsze korzyści jakie można uzyskać w innowacyjnych, objętościowych procesach narastającego odkształcenia plastycznego.
At the moment, seeking new possibilities of influencing utilization properties of products manufactured by the processes of metal forming is focused on reserves which can be found in the known processes and on finding new, innovative processes of incremental plastic forming. A classification of plastic forming processes has been performed and, on that background, definition of the processes characterized by incremental plastic strain has been stated. The processes of incremental plastic forming, currently at the stage of initial investigation, have been described. Achievable effects and the most important features have been described for the following processes: forward and radial extrusion by the KOBO method, cyclic extrusion upsetting, extrusion through an angular channel, forging boosted by additional shear stresses (tangential ones), rolling with forced deformation path, segmental forming. Due to the reversion and cyclic character of the forming forces, the pro-gress of local deformations is not monotonic. For the processes not monotonic and unproportional progress of deformation, it is necessary to consider the parameters describing the history of plastic strain in the description of the functions of the yield stress and deformation limit. Examinations have been performed in which samples have been subjected to simple tensile tests , compression tests and reversion tensile and compression tests, tests of reversion twisting, as well as to complex loads: stretching combined with reversion twisting, compression combined with reversion twisting. Basing on the obtained results, the functions describing the influence of loading history on the yield stress and deformation limit, have been graphically and analytically determined. In the conclusion, the most important advantages which can be obtained in innovative volumetric processes of incremental plastic deformation.

W procesach tych ze względu na rewersyjny i cykliczny charakter sił kształtowania, przebieg odkształceń lokalnych jest niemonotoniczny. Dla procesów o niemonotonicznym i nieproporcjonalnym przebiegu odkształcenia konieczne jest uwzględnienie, w opisie funkcji naprężenia uplastyczniającego i odkształcenia granicznego, parametrów opisujących historię przebiegu odkształcenia plastycznego. Wykonano badania, w których próbki poddawane były prostym próbom rozciągania, ściskania i skręcania, rewersyjnego rozciągania ze ściskaniem, rewersyjnego skręcania oraz złożonym obciążeniom: rozciągania połączonego z rewersyjnym skręcaniem, ściskania połączonego z rewersyjnym skręcaniem. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników wyznaczono graficznie i analitycznie funkcje opisujące wpływ historii obciążania na naprężenie uplastyczniające i odkształcenie graniczne. W podsumowaniu zestawiono najistotniejsze korzyści jakie można uzyskać w innowacyjnych, objętościowych procesach narastającego odkształcenia plastycznego.

Opis:: Celem rozważań jest przedstawienie czynników oraz zależności (mechanizmów) występujących na drodze przekształcania pomysłu w produkt rynkowy (innowację). Podejście badawcze: w artykule wykorzystano metodę desk research, czyli badania istniejących dostępnych danych, pochodzących z różnych źródeł (źródeł zastanych). Do analizy tych danych zastosowano podejście systemowe, uwzględniające holistyczny punkt widzenia na problematykę powstawania innowacji. Analizowano tryb sprawczy, tj. taki, w którym dominują treści związane z procesem realizacji oraz interpretacje proceduralne, a kryterium ocen stanowi perspektywa efektywności. Główne wyniki badań: na podstawie przeprowadzonych analiz zbudowano system opisujący organizację działań przy tworzeniu innowacji. System ten przeanalizowano w trzech różnych wymiarach; statycznym, strukturalnym oraz procesowym. Dla każdego procesu produkcji ważne są bowiem trzy aspekty: rodzaj składników, ich struktura oraz proces łączenia. Implikacje praktyczne: przedstawiony opis jest ujęciem metodycznym, ma znaczenie ogólne. Może być więc wykorzystany w każdym dowolnym przedsięwzięciu, związanym z wdrażanie wynalazku do praktyki. Omówiono dwie podstawowe zasady postępowania w tym względzie: 1) „pchania” wynalazku przez naukę do przemysłu oraz 2) „zasysania” wynalazku od nauki przez przemysł. Wskazano w tym zakresie na istotne przewartościowania, dotyczące wspomagania finansowego wynalazków przez krajowe programy pomocowe.
An aim of considerations is to present the factors and dependences (mechanisms) occurring in the way of transformation of the idea into the market product (innovation). Research approach: in his article, the author used the method of desk research, i.e. examination of the existing available data originating from various sources (legacy sources). For the purpose of analysis of those data there was applied the systems approach taking into account the holistic point of view of the problems of innovation emergence. There was analysed the causative way, i.e. such where there prevail the contents connected with the process of implementation and procedural interpretations, while the criterion of assessments is the perspective of effectiveness. Main research findings: based on the carried out analyses there was built the system describing the organisation of actions in the course of creating innovations. The system was analysed in the three main dimensions: static, structural and procedural, as for each of the production process important are the three aspects: type of components, their structure and the process of joining. Practical implications: the presented description is a methodological approach and is of a general importance. Therefore, it may be used in whatever venture connected with implementation of the invention into the practice. There are discussed the two main rules of conduct in this respect: (1) pushing the invention by science to the industry, and (2) induction of the invention from science by the industry. The author indicated in this respect crucial revaluations concerning financing support of inventions by the national aid programmes.
Цель рассуждений – представить факторы и зависимости (механизмы), выступающие на пути преобразования идеи в рыночный продукт (инновацию). Исследовательский подход: в статье использовали метод кабинетных исследований, т.е. изучения существующих доступных данных, происходящих из разных источников (уже существующих источников). Для анализа этих данных применили системный подход, учитывающий холистическую точку зрения в отношении проблематики возникновения инноваций. Анализирова- ли каузативный порядок, т.е. такой, в котором преобладает содержание, связанное с процессом реализации, а также процедурные толкования, критерием же оценок является перспектива эффективности. Основные результаты исследований: на основе проведенных анализов построили систему, описывающую организацию действий при создании ин- новаций. Эту систему проанализировали в трех разных измерениях: статичном, структурном и процессовом, ибо для каждого процесса производства важны три аспекта: вид компонентов, их структура и процесс объединения. Практические импликации: представленное описание – методический подход, и он имеет общее значение. Следовательно, он может быть использован в любом мероприятии, связанном с внедрением изобретения в практику. Обсудили два основных принципа поведения в этом отношении: 1) выталки- вания изобретения наукой в промышленность и 2) засасывания изобретения от науки промышленностью. В этом отношении указали существенные переоценки, касающиеся финансовой поддержки изобретений национальными программами оказания помощи.

The article by Anna Ujwara-Gil and Bianka Godlewska-Dzioboń deals with, among others, the issues relating to pandemic impacts on the slowdown in the functioning of the construction, electric automotive, and water industries. Also, it affects the tourist industry, where countries are starting to pay attention to the resource-saving green economy and problems of professional exclusion in the pandemic era. In another article, Maria Czech refers to the influence of public debt on the volatility of spreads during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is part of the study on the use of sovereign credit default swap spreads to assess a country's credit risk, which may be distorted in a pandemic period. It is undisputed that the COVID-19 pandemic has a global dimension. The crisis resulting from disorders such as in value chains has caused industry to slow down. The Czech luxury fashion industry is no exception. As Radka MacGregor Pelikánová points out, COVID-19 has turned out to be a threat to its development.. Leading Czech luxury fashion companies withdrew to a passive role and felt the negative consequences of the pandemic. As the Author points out, few have engaged in corporate social responsibility and showed ingenuity, which increases their chances of survival in the future. In other studies, Tereza Horáková and Kateřina Maršíková identified factors influencing the environment of effective knowledge exchange in SMEs, which in the era of hybrid work during COVID-19, is particularly important. The second part of the monograph (PART 2) includes two studies on the photovoltaic cell industry in China from the perspective of comparative and intra-industry advantage. As a significant player in the global trade scene and various value chains, China is a fascinating subject of research undertaken by Paweł Brusilo and Bogusława Drelich-Skulska. The results of the first article demonstrate the success of the Chinese industry in terms of growth potential, competitiveness, and development opportunities thanks to effective state support and favorable market forces. As the authors point out, the Chinese solar cell industry has not been studied so far in the context of comparative advantage and the new structural economy. The results show the way for other countries to consider or develop innovative industries, such as renewable energy and solar energy. In the second article, Paweł Brusilo examines the topic of the Belt and Road Initiative in the context of the Chinese photovoltaic cell industry, energy transition policy, identification of modern intra-industry trade patterns and opportunities for this industry, which is characterized by significant state interventionism. The considerations in this article may inspire EU countries to deepen economic and trade cooperation in the export and import of solar cells with China. On the other hand, Joanna Kurowska-Pysz has undertaken the analysis of the cooperation conditions within the innovative processes of representatives of science, business, the legislative, and economic environment cooperating on the capital market. The Author focused on the motivators, barriers, but also the search for an effective form of development of intersectoral cooperation enabling the exchange of knowledge and experience, learning, including the flow of personnel between sectors, joint organization of conferences, seminars, training, and implementation of research projects constituting the basis of innovative processes, or the diagnosis of network relationships. The model proposed by the Author will surely inspire other researchers. The third part of the monograph (PART 3) includes articles referring, inter alia, to the pro-environmental organizational culture of enterprises. Katarzyna Piwowar-Sulej, as an advocate of this valuable orientation today, has shown that organizations are interested in developing pro-ecological behavior and are aware of their impact on the natural environment. The article is in line with the global trend focused on the sustainable, ecological, and green economy enterprises operating in this trend, not only because of COVID-19. Taking action to develop a pro-ecological organizational culture, taking care of the natural environment is not only a moral and ethical requirement but also an obligation for the future generation. This part also includes an article by Piotr Tomszys and Bartosz Grucza, who present an inspiring model of organizational resilience and an attempt to operationalize it. The organizational resilience model proposed by the Authors is in line with the growing interest in the analyzes and measurement of the enterprises' resilience. The conceptualization and measurement of economic resilience can inspire other researchers to further research in this area. The COVID-19 pandemic, as an unpredictable and destructive shock, might be a unique opportunity to verify the developed model, as the authors point out. The last article deals with the issue of innovative management and its measurement based on a proprietary tool developed by Magdalena Gorzelany-Dziadkowiec. The considerations undertaken by the Author are a reliable starting point for further research concerning the impact of COVID-19 on the organization's functioning, the development of innovative management, changes in work processes, and interpersonal relations in the era of increasingly dominant digital technology and skills to use it.
