Streszczenie Celem pracy jest przedstawienie sylwetki instruktora kinezygerontoprofilaktyki, która spełnia oczekiwania uczestników rekreacji ruchowej, ale także przedstawienie wymogów stawianych przez wyspecjalizowane szkoły instruktorów rekreacji ruchowej i zadań jakie stoją, przed instruktorem, aby być profesjonalnym i wykonywać prawidłowo swoją pracę. Przeprowadzona analiza wyników pokazuje jak dużo umiejętności musi posiadać, co i tak nie jest wystarczające, bo permanentna edukacja prowadzącego jest niezbędna, co czyni ten zawód wyjątkowo trudny i wymagający, nie tylko pod względem fizycznym, ale również merytorycznym. Instruktor rekreacji ruchowej, chcąc być w pełni profesjonalnym w swoim zawodzie, jednocześnie chcąc zadowolić uczestników zajęć, powinien zwrócić największą uwagę na: - bezpieczeństwo zajęć, co wiąże się z wysokimi kwalifikacjami instruktora oraz jego permanentną edukacją. - realizowanie konkretnego celu na zajęciach – powinien tak programować lekcję, aby uzyskać konkretny efekt fizjologiczny. - pogodne, przyjazne nastawienie do ćwiczących, wprowadzanie przyjemnego nastroju na zajęciach oraz dbanie o dobre samopoczucie uczestników zajęć. - prawidłowe nauczanie techniki ćwiczeń oraz egzekwowanie tej techniki, tak aby ćwiczenia miały szanse być efektywne. - klientki mają tendencje do przyzwyczajania się do konkretnego instruktora, co sprawia ,że nowi prowadzący są z góry skazani na nieprzychylność ćwiczących.
Abstract The aim of the study is to present silhouettes instructor kinesitherapy, which meets the expectations of the participants of recreation, but also the presentation requirements of the specialized school instructors of recreation and tasks that stand before the instructor to be a professional and do their job properly. The analysis of the results shows how much skill must have, and what it is not sufficient, because the permanent education lecturer is required, which makes this job extremely difficult and demanding, not only physically , but also substantive. Recreation instructor, in order to be fully professional in his profession, at the same time wishing to satisfy the participants should pay the most attention to: - Safety classes, which is associated with high qualifications of the instructor and his ongoing education. - Providing specific to the classroom - should be programmed as a lesson to get a particular physiological effect. - Serene, friendly attitude to exercising, the introduction of a pleasant mood in the classroom and taking care of the well-being of the participants. - The correct teaching exercise techniques and enforcement of this technique so that the exercise had a chance to be effective. - Customers tend to get used to a particular instructor, which makes the new leader are doomed to adversity exercisers.

Opis:: Armed forces are characterised, among other things, by an extensive process of preparing offi cers to carry out the tasks imposed. Training, and then in-service training in the police, is based primarily on the experience and expertise of those responsible for it. A signifi cant role among police teachers is played by instructors, including police shooting instructors. The article describes the process of acquiring the authority to teach the indicated classes with police offi cers. Additionally, on the basis of evaluation research conducted at the Police Academy in Szczytno, taking into consideration such elements as course program evaluation, acquired knowledge and practical skills, the level of adaptation of the content of specialist course for police shooting instructors to the needs of course participants has been established.

Opis:: Purpose: This review paper discusses the widely used policy analysis frameworks in sport. Given the lack of an This article outlines the history of the development of sports in rural areas of the Opolskie region in Poland after World War II. The author presents the political context as well as the operations of subsequent state organizations responsible for the promotion of sports in rural areas in the harsh reality of post-war deficits. The author also stresses the role of the Catholic Church in the newly established social structures in the post-war period. While not supportive of the structures, the church feared that the dynamic social changes would result in a decline in church attendance. The article also discusses the reconstruction and construction of new sport infrastructure in rural areas carried out under a voluntary initiative called Subbotnik. Another period significant in the context of rural sports was the takeover of the People’s Sport Teams by the “Service for Poland” National Organization. Operations under its auspices led to an increased sporting activity.

Opis:: Podstawowym celem opracowania było przedstawienie mało dotychczas poznanego okresu w funkcjonowaniu służby rolnej obejmującego lata 1944-1956. W pierwszym okresie przypadającym na lata 1944-1948, przywrócono stanowiska instruktorów rolnych w ramach izb rolniczych, a potem Związków Samopomocy Chłopskiej. Ze względów politycznych podjęto decyzję o kolektywizacji rolnictwa, co doprowadziło do likwidacji służby rolnej. Odbudowa służby rozpoczęła się w 1954 r. wraz z powstaniem powiatowych zarządów rolnictwa, poprzez powołanie instruktorów rolnych. Ważną rolę w produkcji zwierzęcej odgrywali od 1947 r. inspektorzy mleczarstwa.
The main aim of the study was to present a little known period in the functioning of the agricultural service covering the years 1944-1956. In the first period, in the years 1944-1948, the positions of agricultural instructors were restored within the agricultural chambers, and then the Peasant Self-Help Union. For political reasons, a decision was made to collectivize agriculture, which led to the liquidation of the agricultural service. The reconstruction of the service began in 1954 with the establishment of poviat agriculture boards, through the appointment of agricultural instructors. From 1947, dairy inspectors played an important role in animal production.

W pracy magisterskiej autor zastosował dwie metody badań społecznych: wywiad bezpośredni oraz wywiad ankietowy.
An object of the master’s thesis is analysis of process of training on the Younger Sailing Instructor Piotrków Regional Yachting Association for its improvement and streamlining. The purpose aim of written work is the assessment of the current process of organizing and conducting training and attempt to eliminate "bottlenecks", that are slowing down the process.The issue undertaken in the work is supposed to contribute to for better functioning of the preparatory process of training and suggest the merit of increasing the attractiveness and training to best prepare future instructors and examiners in Polish sailing. In the M.A. the author used two methods of social research: direct interview and survey was interview.

Opis:: Amatorski ruch taneczny staje się coraz bardziej popularną aktywnością wśród dzieci w wieku wczesnoszkolnym. Brak systematyzacji nauczania tańca przyczynia się do nieodpowiedniego doboru poszczególnych form do potrzeb i możliwości uczestników zajęć. Ponadto formy dostępne w amatorskim ruchu tanecznym sprawiają, że taniec postrzega się jako sport, a nie dziedzinę sztuki. Podczas zajęć dąży się do osiągnięcia precyzyjnego odwzorowania ruchu demonstrowanego przez instruktora. Bardzo niewiele sytuacji umożliwa dzieciom indywidualne poszukiwania własnego sposobu poruszania się. Nie zwraca się uwagi na przekazywanie konkretnej intencji poprzez taniec. Dzieci nie mają sposobności do wyrażania własnych emocji poprzez ruch. Właśnie dlatego amatorski ruch taneczny nierzadko kształtuje niewłaściwą postawę do tańca wśród dzieci. Celem artykułu jest wskazanie wybranych grup czynników związanych z kształtowaniem się zjawiska tańca jako aktywności dzieci w wieku wczesnoszkolnym. Świadomość specyfiki ogólnodostępnych form tańca umożliwia wskazanie form mniej lub bardziej atrakcyjnych dla potrzeb dziecka. Przeprowadzone badania dowodzą, że w środowisku tanecznym nadal funkcjonuje wiele błędnych praktyk związanych z nauczaniem dzieci. Przede wszystkim zmian powinno się upatrywać w odpowiednim przygotowaniu instruktorów do pracy oraz w samej organizacji zajęć.
Amateur dance movement is becoming an increasingly popular form of activity amongst preschool-age children. A lack of systematization in dance teaching contributes to an inadequate choice of specific forms regarding participants’ needs and abilities. Furthermore, forms available in amateur dance movements introduce the perception of dance as a sport, not an art. During classes, the aim becomes mimicking the precise movement shown by the instructor. Too few situations let children pursue and develop their own way of moving. No attention is paid to carrying a specific message across through dance and children do not have an opportunity to express their emotions through movement. Hence, amateur dance movement often shapes an inappropriate attitude towards dance amongst children. The aim of the article is to indicate chosen group factors related to forming a phenomenon of dance perceived as a preschool-age children activity. Awareness of the specifics of widely available dance forms allows us to indicate which forms are more suitable for children-tailored needs. Research shows that in the dance environment many improper practices of teaching children still exist. Primarily, changes should be sought in inappropriate instructor job training as well as improvements to class organization.

Opis:: W opracowaniu zobrazowano poziomy wynagradzania i premiowania służby rolnej i doradczej na przestrzeni ponad 60 lat. Wyodrębniono tę problematykę dla: gromadzkiej służby rolnej, gminnej służby rolnej, wojewódzkich ośrodków postępu rolniczego oraz ośrodków doradztwa rolniczego. W analizie stwierdzono, że w porównaniu do innych grup zawodowych, zawód doradcy nie był doceniany, jeśli mierzyć tę pozycję stawkami wynagrodzenia i premiowania. Ostatnie propozycje regulacji płac z 2019 r. potwierdza tylko tezę, że rząd nadal wypowiada się za utrzymaniem poziom wynagrodzenie na niskim poziomie.
The study illustrates the levels of remuneration and bonuses for agricultural and advisory services over 60 years. This issue was identified for: commune agricultural service, commune agricultural service, voivodship agricultural progress centers and agricultural advisory centers. The analysis found that, compared to other professional groups, the profession of adviser was not appreciated when measuring this position with salary and bonus rates. The latest proposals to regulate wages in 2019 only confirm the thesis that the government is still in favor of keeping the level of pay at a low level.
