Opis:: The implementation of a process of globalization and sustainable development based on management requires integration. It can be ensured by the rules of universal operation: on the side of the process of globalization, it is necessary to recognize economic growth as a component of development and recognize the primacy of development over growth, verifying the functions of the rules of universal operation, and limiting the paradigms of deregulation (YES = NO= CAN BE); the primacy of federal integration over structural one; the application of management in accordance with the nature of the sphere covered by management and open to the exemplification of the functions and rules of universal operation; on the side of sustainable development: the use of the process of globalization solutions in the field of technological progress, institutional procedures, which contribute to improving the quality, effectiveness and efficiency (quality of life). In addition to necessary conditions, decision-making will be necessary, which is a sufficient condition.
Implementacja procesu globalizacji i zrównoważonego rozwoju w oparciu o zarządzanie wymaga zintegrowania. Mogą je zapewnić reguły powszechnego postępowania: Po stronie procesu globalizacji wymaga się: uznania wzrostu gospodarczego, jako składowej rozwoju i nadrzędności rozwoju nad wzrostem, weryfikujących funkcji reguł powszechnego postepowania, ograniczanie paradygmatów deregulacji (TAK = NIE= BYĆ MOŻE); nadrzędności integracji federacyjnej nad strukturalną; stosowania zarządzania zgodnie z naturą sfery objętej zarządzaniem i otwartego na egzemplifikację funkcji i reguł powszechnego postępowania; po stronie zrównoważonego rozwoju: wykorzystanie rozwiązań procesu globalizacji w zakresie postępu technologicznego, procedur instytucjonalnych, które przyczyniają się do poprawy jakości, efektywności, sprawności funkcjonowania ( jakości życia). Obok warunków koniecznych potrzebna jest wola decyzyjna – warunek dostateczny.

Opis:: A commercial GLOBALG.A.P. standard and an integrated production system are the most popular methods to ensure the quality and safety of fruits. The implementation thereof in fruit farms is a consequence of food law requirements and expectations of consumers who want to consume products that are of high quality and, in the first place, safe for health. The implementation of those quality assurance (QA) methods is a prerequisite for selling products to large international retail chains at home and abroad. Motives for and barriers to application of QA methods were identified based on a survey of fruit growers, including those who implemented a GLOBALG.A.P. standard, and on interviews with experts. It was found that the major motives for implementing QA systems in orchard farms in Poland were the following: increased sale opportunities, entering new markets with products, and meeting customer requirements. Amidst the major barriers were the lack of economic incentives and the lack of knowledge about the methods and systems of quality assurance.
Standard handlowy GLOBALG.A.P. i integrowana produkcja są najbardziej powszechnymi metodami zapewnienia jakości i bezpieczeństwa owoców. Ich wdrożenie w gospodarstwach sadowniczych jest konsekwencją wymagań prawa żywnościowego i konsumentów, którzy chcą spożywać produkty wysokiej jakości i przede wszystkim bezpieczne dla zdrowia. Wdrożenie tych metod zapewnienia jakości warunkuje sprzedaż produktów do dużych międzynarodowych sieci handlowych w kraju i na eksport. Motywy i bariery ich stosowania określono na podstawie badań ankietowych wśród producentów owoców, w tym tych, którzy mieli wdrożony standard GLOBALG.A.P. i wywiadów z ekspertami. Stwierdzono, że głównymi motywami wdrożenia systemów zapewnienia jakości w gospodarstwach sadowniczych w Polsce są: zwiększenie możliwości sprzedaży, wprowadzenie produktów na nowe rynki zbytu i sprostanie wymaganiom klientów. Natomiast do głównych barier można zaliczyć brak motywacji ekonomicznej i brak wiedzy o metodach i systemach zapewnienia jakości.

Opis:: The objective of the article is the presentation of the practical aspect of implementation of one of the new tools of Cohesion Policy 2014–2020, namely Integrated Territorial Investments (ITIs) in functional urban areas (FUAs) in Poland. In the context of general rules of implementation of the instrument resulting from statutory provisions and ministry guidelines, the article presents the practical aspects of that process, including the establishment of an ITI union, the delimitation of the support area, development of the ITI strategy, and thematic and substantive scope of projects designated for financing. Moreover, the paper presents the degree of advancement of the implementation of ITIs as at the end of May 2018. The analyses permitted the identification of areas that will receive the most support and development of a catalogue of predominant investments and their beneficiaries, as well as a level of contracting of dedicated allocation of ITIs in particular FUAs. Finally, the article includes recommendations of what should be changed in the institutional, governance, and strategic programming aspect for the implementation of ITIs in the future perspective to be more effective.

Opis:: Effective company management, the use of new and modern methods and techniques of management, require the right quality data that can be provided by integrated information systems. Therefore, the bigger number of small and medium-size companies have decided to introduce ERP class systems (ERP II now) although they have recognized that the introduction process is difficult and expensive. However, the alternative solution cannot be easily found. The article presents the project of integrated information system implementation in a selected small clothing company. The implementation project has been realized according to the developed methodology which includes the following steps: 1) the analysis of needs and the working conditions of a company; 2) the structure of a model of a production process (in a company) supported by an integrated computer system; 3) the choice of integrated information system; 4) the construction of integrated information system model . the configuration of a computer system; 5) the implementation work scheduling; 6) the implementation of the integrated information system. The main objective of this project was to implement an integrated information system. The additional goal was to verify the implementation methodology in practice. In the next part of the article describes the characteristic elements of implementation works and change managements in this project. Finally, the possible directions of development of the company aided integrated information system was describe.

Opis:: Croatian national health ICT implementation strategy is determined by Croatian national health strategy and plan, Croatian ICT development strategy for 21st century, and requirements specifications for the health information system. National health ICT implementation strategy components are accented: purpose of the ICT implementation strategy, information principles, needs and ICT enablement in domains of patients, healthcare professionals, policymakers and managers and public. Telemedicine and telecare positions and implementation steps are described. Based on the determinants, three organizational levels have been established - government, ministerial and project levels. General architecture of Croatian healthcare information system and respective pilot projects and results of pilot implementations as well as national ICT environmental accelerators for health ICT implementations are presented.

Opis:: Celem artykułu jest określenie oczekiwań pracowników badanego przedsiębiorstwa w odniesieniu do wpływu implementacji zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego na jakość informacji (i w ten sposób na funkcjonowanie organizacji), w szczególności zaś na jakość informacji generowanych przez system rachunkowości zarządczej. Dla realizacji tak określonego celu badawczego przeprowadzone zostało studium przypadku z wykorzystaniem kwestionariusza standaryzowanego ankiety w przedsiębiorstwie wdrażającym system ERP. Uzyskane wyniki pozwalają na stwierdzenie, że pracownicy badanej organizacji wykazywali pozytywne postawy w stosunku do procesu wdrożenia, a główną przesłanką implementacji tego systemu było dążenie do poprawy kontroli. Oczekiwania w stosunku do wprowadzanego systemu były wysokie i znacząco różne od starego systemu. W opinii respondentów zintegrowany system informatyczny miał przede wszystkim podnieść jakość ich pracy, umożliwić szybsze wykonywanie obowiązków oraz usprawnić proces decyzyjny. Największe nadzieje pokładano w poprawie szybkości pozyskania informacji oraz ich dostępności. Spodziewane zmiany odnośnie do pozostałych cech jakościowych (dokładności, wiarygodności i zrozumiałości) także były znaczące. Najważniejszymi problemami, których obawiano się w związku z implementacją, były wysokie koszty oraz pracochłonność wdrożenia i późniejszego utrzymania systemu.
This article aims to determine the expectations of employees regarding the impact of integrated information system implementation on information quality (and further on functioning of the organization), in particular on the quality of information generated by the system of management accounting. This research was carried out in the form of case study using a standardized questionnaire, which was conducted in a company implementing ERP system. The results allow to conclude that employees showed a positive attitude to the implementation process and its main aim was to improve control. Expectations about the new system were high and significantly different from the old system. According to respondents, the new integrated system was to improve the quality of their work, enable faster performance of responsibilities and improve the quality of the decisionmaking process. In terms of the quality of information, respondents had the highest hopes for improvement of its availability and the speed of its acquisition. Expected changes regarding other features of quality (accuracy, reliability and understandability) were also significant. In connection with the implementation, respondents expected such problems as high costs and a lot of effort involved in the implementation process and subsequent maintenance of the system.

Ważnym aspektem jest czynnik ludzki, który jest nieprzewidywalny i bardzo złożony. Autor celowo nie wymieniał żadnych konkretnych zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych ze względu na chęć przedstawienia w sposób obiektywny omawianej problematyki. Przedstawione wybrane aspekty praktyczne wynikają z kilkunastoletniego doświadczenie biznesowego, które autor posiada.
The article presents selected practical aspects of implementing an integrated IT system for enterprise management. The implementation of an integrated IT system is a very difficult and complex IT project with a high risk of failure. The purpose of this article is to show the practical aspects that can minimize the potential risk in this type of project. An important aspect is the human factor, which is unpredictable and very complex. The aspects of lean manufacturing that have a significant impact on the management of a manufacturing enterprise by an integrated information system will be discussed.The author intentionally did not mention any specific integrated IT systems due to the willingness to present the discussed issues in an objective manner. The presented selected practical aspects result from several years of business experience that the author has.
