- Opis:
- The article briefly presents the methodology of the integrated information systems implementation, reviews methodologies described in literature and put into practice, and points out the limitations when they are used in small and averagesize companies. Next, the general model of the integrated information systems implementation is discussed with the careful consideration to all activities performed at the pre-implementation stages which are described in details. Finally, the main focus is on the most important factors that determine the failure of the realization of the implementation projects.
