Opis:: The paper presents a static model of the price calculation for the various alternative electricity sources, and includes technical and economic performance of different energy sources for the guaranteed power. The table with calculated technical and economic indicators for various alternative energy sources is provided. The presented dynamic model which unites energy indicators of power generating systems and economic indicators of the closed macroeconomic system because price regulation on the power market of Ukraine happens in a statics. That’s why not allowed to perform an assessment of dynamic change of the tariff price of the electric power in the local isolated systems. When abrupt change isolated power generating capacity of the system is changing the tariff price of electricity cannot be taken into account when using static models. An example of the isolated system consisting of the diesel generator and the consumer is reviewed. The model allows to research influence of transition processes of the generator on change of cost indicators of an economic system, and also to estimate the adequate tariff price both for the producer, and for consumers of the electric power. This model is modelled in Matlab.

The author draws attention to the specificity of subjectivity and its importance for human security. It shows that we have an influence on the scope and quality of subjectivity. The concept of a relatively isolated system helps to understand the subject. They were introduced by Roman Ingarden looking for ontical grounds of responsibility. According to Ingarden, the responsible person contacts the environment, but the source of the activity is within him. This means that we are not doomed to react, that we can act. We have an impact on the quality of the entity and, consequently, the scope and quality of subjectivity.

Opis:: Speech recognition system extract the textual data from the speech signal. The research in speech recognition domain is challenging due to the large variabilities involved with the speech signal. Variety of signal processing and machine learning techniques have been explored to achieve better recognition accuracy. Speech is highly non-stationary in nature and therefore analysis is carried out by considering short time-domain window or frame. In the speech recognition task, cepstral (Mel frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCC)) features are commonly used and are extracted for short time-frame. The effectiveness of features depend upon duration of the time-window chosen. The present study is aimed at investigation of optimal time-window duration for extraction of cepstral features in the context of speech recognition task. A speaker independent speech recognition system for the Kannada language has been considered for the analysis. In the current work, speech utterances of Kannada news corpus recorded from different speakers have been used to create speech database. The hidden Markov tool kit (HTK) has been used to implement the speech recognition system. The MFCC along with their first and second derivative coefficients are considered as feature vectors. Pronunciation dictionary required for the study has been built manually for mono-phone system. Experiments have been carried out and results have been analyzed for different time-window lengths. The overlapping Hamming window has been considered in this study. The best average word recognition accuracy of 61.58% has been obtained for a window length of 110 msec duration. This recognition accuracy is comparable with the similar work found in literature. The experiments have shown that best word recognition performance can be achieved by tuning the window length to its optimum value.

Opis:: When comparing the performance indicators of electrical networks with different types of neutral grounding, along with the fulfilment of the requirement to ensure reliability of power supply to consumers, serious attention is drawn to the main network parameters influencing the performance of power supply systems. Analysis of research and its results, reported above, on the influence of the neutral ground of power networks on the reliability and electrical safety conditions of the power supply systems as a whole, on the damage of distribution networks and electrical equipment as well as on the working capacity of relay protection devices, provides an opportunity to estimate each specific operation mode of the neutral and to develop recommendations aimed at strengthening the positive indicators of the corresponding modes. Other things being equal, reliability of power supply to electrical receivers or reliability of distribution networks is mainly determined by the damage to network elements and the performance of relay protection devices. The degree of influence of these factors on the reliability of distribution networks depends on the neutral mode, which in turn determines the level of internal overvoltages and the nature of transient processes at earth fault.

Opis:: We prove that every combinatorial dynamical system in the sense of Forman, defined on a family of simplices of a simplicial complex, gives rise to a multivalued dynamical system F on the geometric realization of the simplicial complex. Moreover, F may be chosen in such a way that the isolated invariant sets, Conley indices, Morse decompositions and Conley–Morse graphs of the combinatorial vector field give rise to isomorphic objects in the multivalued map case.
