- The aim of this paper is presenting the key assumptions concerning development of vision of the learning organization. The source of data are results of external evaluation conducted under pedagogical supervision. School is a place where it is actually possible to impact the shape of the Society. Each person goes through education stages, so the universality enables the actual impact on generating social change. Education in Poland is unappreciated as a place of shaping the personalities and attitudes - there is far more favourable to put on the knowledge and intellectual abilities rather than human social and psychological potential. The Minister of National Education of the Republic of Poland, on October 7th 2009 in the Regulation on pedagogical supervision determines the requirements being set out by the State for schools, which indicate the direction of schools activities. This depends on the school whether these tools will be used and by the evaluation will truly reflect its functioning or will stay at the "threshold" of evaluation passively responding to the posed questions. In order to face the challenges, schools have to identify the level they satisfying the current needs and realities. Hence, the subject of this paper will be a topic connected with the development of learning organization at school.
