Opis:: In this paper there is a description of organisation structure of a company and its information system presented. in the organisation structure there were three drafts of logistic management of a company districted. On the organisational level of a company there is the logistics in a company planned and this is simultaneously the starting point for the logistics understood as a tool of the management of a suplly chain which aim is to coordinate the functions of each element within the framework of three functions of the management: operational, financial and marketing. there were also the need of changes presented which should be implemented by firms in the field of their functioning. Neglecting such factors as innovations in management leads to the situation when firms are not interesting partners for cooperation both for customers and suppliers.

Opis:: This research is devoted to the problem of information flows of logistic system of goods supplying. Information messages appear at moment of material flows which should be consider as discrete one. It gives an ability to research all changes that can occur to input material flow. Moreover, it makes a possibility to obtain analytic dependence of showers of effectively of system from parameter of information and material flows interaction. Logistic chain was first decomposed on four basic logistic operation such as distributing, unitizing, breaking up, speed up. Three parameters were used to characterize them. All that parameters depend of main flow of goods, packets, transport packets. The principle of solid material flows was applied. Then points of control were defined. It was researched two parts of main problem. First deals with a increasing material flows andconsequences of logistic chain adopting after that. Second deals with an decreasing flow. Control of several ways of different changes of logistic schemas depends of existed information flows which may be sent at one of defined control point. The criteria of material and information flows interaction effectiveness is total time delay per unit. The principle of streamlining is just-in-time. Deviation of appointed moment of operation starting or finishing equals to additional costs. The result consists the dependence of total delay per unit from structure of information flows. It can be used as a condition of real logistic schema optimization.

Opis:: Artykuł przedstawia wyniki badań odzwierciedlające wpływ właściwości usług logistycznych na projektowanie logistyczne, przy czym wyeksponowane zostały zmiany tych właściwości w czasie i wynikająca z tego konieczność permanentnego opracowywania projektów logistycznych. Tak określona problematyka została opisana w czterech rozdziałach: właściwości współczesnych usług logistycznych; specyfika projektowania logistycznego; łańcuch logistyczny jako zbiór przesłanek do projektowania logistycznego; logistyczny projekt outsourcingowy i konsekwencje praktyczne z nim związane. Podsumowanie zawiera wnioski końcowe i rekomendacje autora odnoszące się do utylitarnej wartości uzyskanych wyników badań.
The article presents the results of research reflecting the impact of the properties of logistic services on logistic design, where the changes of these properties over time and the resulting necessity of permanent development of logistic projects have been exposed. The issues described in this way are described in four chapters: the properties of modern logistic services; the specifics of logistics design; logistic chain as a set of premises for logistic design; logistic outsourcing project and its practical consequences. The summary contains final conclusions and author's recommendations referring to the utilitarian value of the obtained research results.

Opis:: W artykule omówiona została istota pojęcia „ryzyko” w łańcuchu logistycznym. Przedstawiono jego różne definicje oraz podziały. Szczegółowo opisano czynniki zewnętrzne oraz wewnętrzne, które mają wpływ na występowanie niebezpieczeństwa i jego poziom. Następnie scharakteryzowano metody oceny ryzyka, w tym Diagram Ishikawy, który został wykorzystany w części badawczej artykułu. W kolejnym punkcie omówiono koncepcje zarządzania ryzykiem oraz korzyści, które płyną z ich implementacji. W rozdziałach praktycznych zidentyfikowano najistotniejsze ryzyka w łańcuchu logistycznym analizowanego podmiotu Cukrowni. Następnie zaproponowano zastosowanie trzech strategii zarządzania, które zredukują jego niekorzystny wpływ na funkcjonowanie przedsiębiorstwa. Na zakończenie dokonano krótkiego podsumowania.
Paper discussed theessence of the term "risk" in the logistic chain. Various definitions and divisions are presented. The external and internal factors that influence the occurrence of danger are described in detail. Further characterized the risk assessment methods, including Ishikawa diagram, which was usedin the research section of the article. The next section discussed the concepts of risk management and the benefits, that came from their implementation. In the practical chapters were identified the most significant risks in the logistic chain of the analyzed entity - Sugar factory. Then was proposed to use three management strategies that would reduce its adverse impact on the functioning of the company. Finally, a short summary was made.

This research work discusses a logistics topic which especially contains with the issue of logistics management and explains the concept of logistics, its effectiveness in a company. What is more, the coordination of logistics processes and associated with the factors are discussed in affecting the entire company. This research work also introduces the concept of flexibility and efficiency, preceded by examples of improvement within the logistic chain. This question is bound up with the futher part of that research work, investigating the success factors of brand Zara and Bershka. The research work was written for the knowledge of phenomenon the logistics, especially the logistic chain management of brands like Zara and Bershka, coming from the holding group Inditex.
