Opis:: Electronic and IT technology, transforming the figure of the old world many times, constantly contributes to the development of many scientific fields. Nowadays, we can not imagine communication between enterprises, institutions or personnel communication without information technology. One of the effects of the dissemination of this technology is the Internet, which is applicable in almost every field. The purpose of the considerations is to approximate the importance of the role of innovative management in logistics. To achieve it, selected current literature sources were taken into account, analysis of cargo transport by road was presented. Moreover special attention was paid to the relationship between the management process and selected examples of innovation management techniques and tools that currently dominate the market and are used by major organizations.

Opis:: Logistics deals with the flow of goods, services and related information on the scale of the enterprise and the entire market system in order to meet the needs of consumers. Nowadays, we can not imagine the functioning of our society without logistics. The considerations taken up approximate the importance of the role of logistics development management. For this purpose, selected up-to-date literature sources have been taken into account, and an analysis of cargo and passenger transport in 2014-2017 in Poland were presented. This study presents selected results of own questionnaire conducted on a group of 120 people. The aim of the article is to assess the importance of logistic innovations in the process of shaping the effectiveness of a modern enterprise.

Opis:: W artykule (w sposób wybiórczy i pewnie intencjonalny, na ile to było konieczne) zaprezentowano pogląd na temat zasilania logistycznego w sytuacjach kryzysowych. Odniesiono się do pojęcia i istoty zasilania logistycznego, znaczenia zasobów materiałowo-technicznych i infrastruktury, a następnie skoncentrowano się na zagadnieniach związanych z zarządzaniem procesami logistycznymi. The article (in a selective and probably intentional way, as far as it was necessary) presented views on logistic supply in crisis. Reference was made to the logistics notion itself, as well as to the essence of logistic supply, the importance of material and technical resources and infrastructure. Then it was focused on the issues related to the management of logistic processes. In this area, the article resents the essence of logistic management and operation of the subjects involved in the rescuing the victims.

The publication ends with a summary presenting the conclusions from the conducted research. The presented text is of a research nature.

Tytuł:: Chosen aspects of intercultural logistics management in contemporary organizations based on Company X case study
Wybrane aspekty międzykulturowego zarządzania logistyką we współczesnych organizacjach na przykładzie firmy X

Opis:: The thesis is focused on two main topics common for each modern and international organization: logistic and culture. The aim of the thesis was to describe the logistical process and to verify whether the customer's national culture influences the company organizational culture and the logistical processes in different departments. The main investigation method was a questionnaire distributed among 80 logistics specialists who work for the same international company. In addition to that, some source materials and 32 bibliographic positions were used. The questionnaire results revealed that the logistical process differs in the involved departments and the main causes of this dissimilarity are the customer’s expectations influenced by the national culture. This study proofed also that probably the analyzed organization authorizes this individual and independent development of the logistics departments intentionally. Thanks to this diversification it is easier to meet the customers’ expectations and to increase the company efficiency.
W pracy omówiono zagadnienie logistyki oraz kultury w oparciu o współczesną, międzynarodową korporację. Celem pracy było opisanie procesu logistycznego oraz zweryfikowanie czy kultura narodowa klienta ma wpływ na kulturę organizacyjną firmy, a w konsekwencji na procesy logistyczne w różnych działach wewnątrz tej samej organizacji. Narzędziem badawczym wybranym do pracy był kwestionariusz ankiety przeprowadzony wśród 80 respondentów. Wykorzystano materiały źródłowe oraz 32 pozycje bibliograficzne. Na podstawie ankiety oraz analizy procesów logistycznych w poszczególnych działach stwierdzono, że procesy w działach logistycznych badanej firmy różnią się od siebie w zależności od kultury narodowej klienta. Prawdopodobnie badana korporacja celowo pozwala na samodzielny i niezależny rozwój działów logistycznych, ponieważ ta dywersyfikacja pozwala na naturalne i swobodne dopasowanie usług do indywidualnych potrzeb klienta, co zwiększa efektywność firmy.

W artykule przedstawiono skąd dojeżdżają na Politechnikę Lubelską pracownicy i studenci oraz ich preferencje trans-portowe. Do analizy wykorzystano narzędzia informatyczne takie jak dodatek Analysis ToolPak oraz PowerMap w programie Microsoft Excel.

Przedstawiono w nim opinie 80 mikroprzedsiębiorstw z tego województwa, dotyczące identyfikacji czynników marketingowych i logistycznych stymulujących proces zarządzania oraz rozwój przedsiębiorczości. Badania własne mikrofirm z województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego wskazują na zależność pomiędzy wprowadzaniem współczesnych metod zarządzania a rozwojem przedsiębiorstw z sektora MŚP.
The micro-enterprises are the main group among all the companies in the area of production industry and services in Poland. The role and importance of SMEs in the economy is under many discussions and deliberations. At present, one of the main goals in the management area is to increase competive-ness of the micro-enterprises. The aim of article is to present the results of the author’s research on developing entrepreneurship of the micro-enterprises based in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region. It presents the results of research conducted in 80 companies in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region relat-ing to the identification of management process and factors in support of their development. There are observed possibilities of developing the researched micro-enterprises by the support of marketing and logistics management.
