Opis:: Prezentowana praca przedstawia wstępną koncepcję uwzględnienia działania kierowcy w modelu zestawu ciągnik-maszyna rolnicza. Agregat taki porusza się po nieutwardzonym, często podmokłym, polu o urozmaiconej powierzchni. W tak trudnym terenie kierowca musi wykonywać bardzo skomplikowane manewry związane z charakterem prac polowych. Model zastosowano do zestawu ciągnik-sadzarka do ziemniaków. Półzawieszana sadzarka połączona jest z ciągnikiem za pomocą dolnych cięgien TUZ. Do implementacji modelu zastosowano moduł Simulink środowiska Matlab.
This work presents preliminary concept for taking into account driver's activity in a tractor-agricultural machine unit model. This unit runs on an unhardened, often waterlogged field with diversified surface. In this hard terrain, the driver has to carry out very complicated manoeuvres depending on field work character. The model has been applied to the unit: tractor-potato planter. Semi-suspended planter is connected to the tractor via bottom TUZ flexible connectors. The Simulink module of the Matlab environment was employed to implement the model.

Opis:: Artykuł przedstawia analizę oddziaływania układu sił skupionych przyłożonych do powierzchni gleby na wartość pionowej składowej naprężenia w glebie. Wykazano, że oddziaływanie to należy traktować łącznie w przypadku niewielkich odległości dzielących te siły czy znaczących wartości tych sił. Jest to szczególnie istotne dla warstwy podornej gleby.
The paper presents an analysis of the effect of a system of concentrated forces applied to the soil surface on the value of the vertical component of the soil stress. It has been found that this action should be treated totally in the case of small distances between these forces or the distances determining the values of these forces. This is of special importance for the subarable layer.

Opis:: In article the mathematical description of diesel engines of machine tractor units of different function in researches of their dynamics is stated by working out of new technics. In article methodical positions of modeling of diesel engines in various problems of dynamics of tractor units are considered. Developed variants of mathematical descriptions of the diesel engine are presented, and the variant choice is defined by problems of concrete research of dynamics of the machine tractor unit.
В статье изложено математическое описание дизельных двигателей машинных тракторных агрегатов различного назначения в исследованиях их динамики при разработке новой техники. В статье рассмотрены методические положения моделирования дизельных двигателей в различных задачах динамики тракторных агрегатов. В публикации представлены разработанные варианты математических описаний дизельного двигателя. Выбор варианта определяется задачами конкретного исследования динамики машинного тракторного агрегата.

Opis:: The article discusses the basic soil cultivation technologies and analyses the effectiveness of ploughless cultivation machines manufactured in Poland. The study also describes the design of a prototype of an innovative MultiCat 6HD aggregated tillage unit and presents the research methodology for examining the aggregated unit and machines for traditional plough tillage. The following parameters were determined: fuel consumption, theoretical and effective field capacity, depth at which plant residues are incorporated into the soil, and the indicator of crop residue embedding. The conducted analyses revealed that ploughless cultivation required approximately 30% less fuel than traditional plough tillage. Plant material was also more favourably distributed within the soil profile and crop residues were nearly identically embedded as in plough tillage. The study demonstrated that ploughless cultivation involving the MultiCat 6HD aggregated unit can increase the competitiveness of agricultural farms.

Opis:: Ensuring the compliance of the finished product with the project during the manufacturing of cutting heads/drums of the mining machines, largely determines the efficiency of rock mining, especially hard-to-cut rocks. The manufacturing process of these crucial elements of cutting machines is being robotized in order to ensure high accuracy and repeatability. This determines, among others the need to assess in real-time the degree of the approach of pick holders positioned by the industrial robot to the side surface of the working unit of the cutting machine in their target position. This problem is particularly important when in the manufacturing process are used the bodies of decommissioned cutting heads/drums, from which old pick holders have been removed. The shape and external dimensions of these hulls, unless they are subjected to regeneration, may differ quite significantly from the nominal ones. The publication, on the example of a road header cutting head, presents the procedure for automatically identifying and indexing markers displayed on its side surface, recorded on measuring photos by two digital cameras of a 3D vision system. Experimental research of the developed method was carried out using the KUKA VisionTech vision system installed on the test stand in the robotics laboratory of the Department of Mining Mechanization and Robotization at the Faculty of Mining, Safety Engineering and Industrial Automation of the Silesian University of Technology. Data processing was carried out in the Matlab environment using the libraries of the Image Processing Toolbox. The functions provided in this library were used in the developed algorithm, implemented in the software. This algorithm allows automatic identification of markers located in the images of the side surface of the cutting head. This is the basis for determining their location in space. The publication presents a method of segmenting images recorded by cameras into homogeneous areas. The method of separating interesting areas from the image by comparison to the pattern was presented. Also shown is the method of the automatic numbering of mutually matching pairs of markers on photos from two cameras included in the vision system depending on the spatial orientation of the marker grid in the measuring images.

Opis:: A computation system dedicated for machine tool spindle drives is presented which integrates a FDM model with a FEM model. Modelling of heat exchange through coolers are discussed, as well as modelling of heat exchange between cooling-lubricating oil and gear transmissions, shafts and headstock walls. In modelling of heat exchange inside headstock, the use of additional elements - type "Fluid" and "Air" - is proposed. Sample modelling results are presented concerning a headstock from a drilling-milling machine tool for machining with high loads and are compared with experimental data.
