Opis:: In this research work, a six-term 3-D novel jerk chaotic system with two hyperbolic sinusoidal nonlinearities has been proposed, and its qualitative properties have been detailed. The Lyapunov exponents of the novel jerk system are obtained as L₁ = 0.07765,L₂ = 0, and L₃ = −0.87912. The Kaplan-Yorke dimension of the novel jerk system is obtained as D_KY = 2.08833. Next, an adaptive backstepping controller is designed to stabilize the novel jerk chaotic system with two unknown parameters. Moreover, an adaptive backstepping controller is designed to achieve complete chaos synchronization of the identical novel jerk chaotic systems with two unknown parameters. Finally, an electronic circuit realization of the novel jerk chaotic system using Spice is presented in detail to confirm the feasibility of the theoretical model.

Opis:: This work describes a new study to achieve a combination of modified function projective synchronization between three different chaotic systems through adaptive control. Using the Lyapunov function theory, the asymptotic stability of the error dynamics is obtained and discussed. Further, we set some appropriate initial conditions for the state variables and assigning specific values to the parameters and obtain the graphical results, which shows the efficiencies of the new method. Finally, we summarized our work with conclusion and references.

Opis:: This paper focuses on the urge of young people to find a purpose in their lives and make them more meaningful by insisting on the uniqueness of every individual. It is ba-sed on the analysis of two films: Professor Kosta Vujić’s Hat (directed by Zdravko Šotra, 2012; based on the novel by MilovanVitezović) and Dead Poets Society (by Peter Weir, 1989). This journey is made through resisting and ghting against rigid rules of the educational system. The metamorphosis is infiluenced by two extraordinary teachers who give their students motivation and support. We will also consider the role of a teacher in the modern society and the possibility to switch from an ordinary lecturer to an exceptional leader, who encourages these students to look at life from different perspectives by making them question common thinking patterns.

Opis:: The thesis is devoted to analysis of two heroines from the most salient novels representing Literary realism in Poland - ,,The Doll" penned by Bolesław Prus and ,,Nad Niemnem" by Eliza Orzeszkowa. The comparison is drawn between the characters from the aforementioned novels, Izabela Łęcka and Justyna Orzelska. The two young women make significant choices which will determine the course of their future. Those decisions concern not only their personal lives, but also their worldview. Additionally while examining those women both the specific nature of Positivism and a thorough analysis of the creative methods as well as the intentions of the authors are taken into account.
Praca poświęcona jest analizie dwóch głównych postaci kobiecych w najważniejszych powieściach realistycznych polskiego pozytywizmu – w „Lalce” Bolesława Prusa oraz w „Nad Niemnem” Elizy Orzeszkowej. Porównanie kreacji Izabeli Łęckiej oraz Justyny Orzelskiej – dwóch młodych kobiet dokonujących istotnych wyborów życiowych – zarówno światopoglądowych, jak i dotyczących życia osobistego – dokonuje się w kontekście specyfiki pozytywizmu jako epoki oraz analizy twórczych metod, zamierzeń autorów powieści.

Opis:: El presente artículo quiere proponer la necesidad de enfocar la Opera Omnia de Francesco Petrarca como un texto único, fragmentado en diferentes obras individuales. Demostraré que su unidad no demora en elementos extratextuales, históricos o biográficos, sino en la misma forma poética, ya que la coherencia que rige la estructura no es, sino artística. Más aún, que dicha forma tiene que ser leída y considerada como una novela. Para definir este texto y justificar la elección propuesta, recurriré a la enseñanza de unos renombrados teóricos y críticos de la literatura de la contemporaneidad porque es el mismo poeta quien permite referirse a su obra desde un presente siempre nuevo. Si es cierto que Petrarca es un autor clásico, ya que se coloca en aquella tradición retórica y poética, de allí se dirige no solo a sus contemporáneos, sino también ad posteros, y esto significa que es posible considerarlo antiguo a la vez que contemporáneo, y como tal es posible analizarlo. Además, si es cierto que clásico es aquel autor cuya obra nunca acaba de decir lo que tiene que decir, el paso del tiempo no puede ser una penalización, sino un recurso con el que su palabra vive en un presente constante y que por ello es posible leer bajo una óptica hermenéutica actual.
This article aims to propose the need to approach Francesco Petrarca's Opera Omnia as a single text, fragmented into different individual works. I will demonstrate that its unity is not in extratextual, historical or biographical elements, but in the same poetic form, since the coherence that governs the structure is above all artistic. Moreover, such a form has to be read and considered as a novel. To define this text and justify the proposed choice, I will resort to the teaching of some renowned theorists and critics of contemporary literature because it is the poet himself who allows to refer to his work from an ever-new present. If it is true that Petrarca is a classical author, since he places himself in that rhetorical and poetic tradition, from there he addresses not only his contemporaries, but also ad posteros, which makes it possible to consider him ancient as well as contemporary, and as such it is possible to analyze him. In addition, if it is true that a classic is an author whose work never finishes saying what it has to say, the passage of time cannot be a penalty, but a resource with which his word lives in a constant present and that is why it is possible to read under a current hermeneutic lens.

Quotations from other sources are frequent.

A particular attention was paid to women’s discourse to convey feelings, emotions, and bitter experiences of a person who got into a well-functioning Soviet investigative organisation and labour camps.

Opis:: "The Cholonek, or good Lord God made of clay" by Janosch is an example of the so-called German eviction literature literature. The story takes place in the Upper Silesia, in the German village of Poremba – a district of the former city of Hindenburg (presently Zabrze), by the Polish-German border. The novel belongs to the most important in that genre. It takes place at the end of the Weimar Republic, through Hitler’s coming to power, the Nazi years, World War 2 until the incoming of the Soviet Army. It masterfully portrays the complicated fate of the Świętek family. Apart from literary values, the novel is a specific kind of historical, anthropological and ethnographical record.
Powieść "Cholonek, czyli dobry Pan Bóg z gliny" Janoscha to przykład niemieckiej tzw. literatury wypędzonych. Jej akcja toczy się na Górnym Śląsku, w niemieckiej osadzie Poremba – dzielnicy dawnego Hindenburga (obecnie Zabrza) – przy niemiecko-polskiej granicy. Jest kultową powieścią tego nurtu. Rozgrywa się od schyłku Republiki Weimarskiej, poprzez dojście Hitlera do władzy, lata nazizmu, okres II wojny światowej aż do wkroczenia na ten teren armii sowieckiej. Ukazuje mistrzowsko – w sposób plastyczny i barwny – skomplikowane losy szeroko pojmowanej rodziny Świętków. Powieść, poza walorami artystycznymi, jest szczególnego rodzaju zapisem o charakterze historycznym, etnograficznym, nawet antropologicznym.
