Opis:: Based on a mathematical model of an existing MV network and analysis of its failures, remedies to improve SAIDI and SAIFI reliability indicators are proposed. Factors are identified and described that significantly affect electricity supply interruptions’ duration, frequency of their occurrence, and the number of not supplied recipients. A methodology is proposed for a relatively quick location of the failure site, isolation of the damaged grid element, and restoration of the supply of as many recipients as possible, considering the specificity of grids in mountainous areas. By simulation of potential failures based on the deterministic reliability model (DRM), the effectiveness of the adopted solutions is demonstrated in the perspective of a dozen years or so.
Na podstawie modelu matematycznego rzeczywistej sieci SN oraz analizy awarii w niej występujących wskazano środki zaradcze mające na celu poprawę wskaźników niezawodności zasilania SAIDI i SAIFI. Zidentyfikowano i opisano czynniki istotnie wpływające na czas trwania przerw w dostawach energii elektrycznej, częstotliwość ich występowania oraz liczbę odbiorców pozostających wówczas bez napięcia. Zaproponowano metodykę pozwalającą na możliwie szybką lokalizację miejsca wystąpienia awarii, wyizolowanie uszkodzonego elementu sieci oraz przywrócenie napięcia maksymalnej liczbie odbiorców, uwzględniając specyfikę sieci w terenach górzystych. Symulując potencjalne awarie w oparciu o deterministyczny model niezawodnościowy (DMZ), wykazano poprawność przyjętych rozwiązań w kilkunastoletniej perspektywie.

Opis:: There is presented the IS&RDSS application to the operation and reliability of an exemplary complex technical system prediction. There are performed, the unconditional mean sojourn times and the limit transient probabilities of the exemplary system operation process at the particular operation states evaluations. The evaluations of the exemplary system unconditional multistate reliability function, the expected values and the standard deviations of its unconditional lifetimes in the reliability state subsets and the mean values of its lifetimes in the particular reliability states are performed as well. Moreover, in the case when the system is repairable, its renewal and availability characteristics are estimated.

Opis:: There is presented the IS&RDSS application to the operation and reliability of an exemplary complex technical system optimization. There are determined, the optimal limit transient probabilities of the exemplary system operation process at the particular operation states maximizing the system lifetime in the reliability states not worse than the critical reliability state and its optimal sojourn times at the particular operation states. Opis:: The paper contains an analysis of the operational process of heat supply system with taking into consideration its reliability. The specific character of the operation of heat-supply systems has been considered in this work. In the process of the exploitation of heat-supply systems there have been distinguished five operational states, assuming as a criterion of the level of indoor temperature decrease in residential rooms. The method of modelling the operational reliability of heat-supply systems is worked out. The methodology of determining the overall index of heat-supply system reliability has been presented. The measure of heat-supply system reliability has been assumed as the scale/quantity of inadequate supply of heat power at a given state. Calculations have been carried out regarding the changeability of exterior conditions for one of the groups of customers – residential users. On the basis of the operational data for the heat supply system with two heat sources shortage quantities of heat power and the probability of their occurrence have been calculated as an application of this methodology.
