Opis:: W artykule poddano badaniu Dekret o ekumenizmie II Soboru Watykańskiego oraz najnowszy dokument Komisji Wiara Ustrój Światowej Rady Kościołów Ku wspólnej wizji Kościoła pod kątem znalezienia możliwych propozycji wiodących ku wzajemnemu uznaniu posługiwania duchownego związanego z sukcesja apo- stolską, występującego w Kościołach zaangażowanych w dialog ekumeniczny. W skrócie dotknięto też propozycji niektórych teologów, które jednak nie znala- zły odzwierciedlenia w żadnym oficjalnym dokumencie. Przeprowadzone analizy wykazały, że badane dokumenty nie zawierają kon- kretnych propozycji wiodących ku pojednaniu posługiwań, w zamian dokument ŚRK kataloguje obszary ekumenicznej konwergencji i dywergencji w tej ważnej kwestii, a także stawia ważkie pytania, na które najpierw trzeba znaleźć odpo- wiedź, by móc przejść do ustaleń w sprawie wzajemnego uznania posługiwania duchownych ordynowanych.

Opis:: One of the crucial debates in vegetation ecology is whether plant communities are discontinuous, distinguishable units or whether they change continuously. Phytosociology assumes discontinuity and its methodology requires subjective sampling during vegetation inventories. For that reason, some researchers argue that phytosociology artificially creates discontinuity among plant communities. Our aim was to assess the continuity between ash-alder riparian forest (Fraxino-Alnetum), and alder swamp forest (Carici elongatae-Alnetum), and to check whether discontinuity observed between these two plant associations is an effect of subjective sample plot choice. We conducted 57 phytosociological relevés within a regular grid covering potential sites of both plant communities. All relevés were arranged in order of decreasing relative cover of the diagnostic species for each plant association resulting in a gentle gradient, indicating a continuous transition from Fraxino-Alnetum to Carici elongatae-Alnetum. Similar results were obtained by detrended correspondence analysis. The proportion of species from the Querco-Fagetea class, typical to Fraxino- Alnetum, was decreasing with increasing proportion of species from the Alnetea glutinosae class, typical to Carici elongatae- Alnetum. This shift followed a gradient of ecological light-moisture indicator values. Our results confirmed continuous transition between two plant communities and led us to the conclusion that discontinuity resulted from the standard sampling protocol used in classical phytosociology. This protocol, however, is useful in searching for typological patterns, required for classification of plant communities, which is the main aim of phytosociology. Nevertheless, it does not provide full insight into the variability of vegetation and introduces uncertainty when trying to understand ecosystem dynamics. This uncertainty should be taken into account when phytosociological data are used for nature conservation recommendations and to draw conclusion about vegetation dynamics.

They refer to the ordination of three clerics from Wilkanów and Nowa Wieś by the Płock ordinaries and suffragans. The analysis of these materials is important for the prosopographical studies of the Płock diocese’s clergy in the late Middle Ages.

Grzegorz był uczciwy wobec samego siebie, wierzył w to, czego sam nauczał realizując owe nauczanie w praktyce dnia codziennego niemal na każdej możliwej płaszczyźnie. Program, który wyraził w Księdze reguły pasterskiej obowiązywał go przez cały pontyfikat, co zostało pokazane w niniejszej pracy. Uważny czytelnik z całą pewnością dostrzegł korelację między życiem Grzegorza Wielkiego a tym, co napisał on w swoim wielkim dziele. I taki właśnie miałem zamiar, aby przejść od tego, co pomyślane do tego, co zaistniałe w życiu świętego papieża. Ten pontyfikat pozwala zobaczyć, iż w jednym szczególnym przypadku realizował biskup Rzymu swój program wyrażony w Księdze reguły pasterskiej. Chodzi tutaj o to, że był Grzegorz Wielki tym jednym z tych naprawdę tak nielicznych papieży, którzy używali kluczy św. Piotra, aby otwierać przed ludźmi Kościół a nie go zamykać.

Opis:: The liturgy is the space in which man experiences God’s closeness to him in a particularly powerful way. Through the liturgy, God himself becomes palpable to the human senses through gestures, signs, and symbols. In the history of salvation, God, in the person of Jesus Christ, became the clearest sign of the truth about God, who is close to every human being. The history of the Church has not changed for two thousand years. God, who is present in the ministry of concrete people, is close to man and living. Bishops, who participate in the mission and power of Christ the Good Shepherd, have a special mission to watch over the whole flock of Christ and to make God present among His people. In order to understand the rich power of the symbolism of the person of the bishop, it is necessary to look to the moment of his episcopal ordination. Everything that makes up the rite of consecration is an exposé of the bishop and points to his particular ministry. Since the liturgy is the surest means to sanctify the faithful, it is worthwhile to reflect on the meaning of elements of the rite of the consecration of bishops. This article examines the theology of the liturgy of episcopal consecration by examining the consecration of His Excellency Archbishop Tadeusz Wojda, SAC, as the Metropolitan of the Archdiocese of Białystok. The liturgy is fruitful insofar as the faithful understand what they experience during it. Therefore, this study will help all who wish to understand the central role of their bishop in the Church, especially this particular servant of God.
Liturgia to przestrzeń w której szczególnie mocno doświadczamy prawdy o bliskości Boga wobec człowieka. Oto On sam staje uchwytny ludzkim zmysłom za pomocą gestów, znaków i symboli. W historii zbawienia Bóg w osobie Jezusa Chrystusa stał się nam najczytelniejszym znakiem prawdy o Bogu bliskim każdemu człowiekowi. Przez dwa tysiące lat historii Kościoła nic się nie zmieniło. Bóg obecny w posłudze konkretnych ludzi jawi się współczesnemu człowiekowi jako Bóg bliski, Bóg żywy. Szczególną misję w Kościele mają biskupi, którzy uczestnicząc w misji i mocy Chrystusa, Dobrego Pasterza, czuwają nad całą owczarnią Chrystusową i czynią Boga obecnym pośród swojego ludu. Aby zrozumieć przebogatą moc symboliki skupioną w osobie biskupa trzeba spojrzeć na moment jego święceń w stopniu episkopatu. Wszystko to, co się składa na owe święcenia stanowi swoiste exposé biskupa i wytycza mu konkretną drogę posługiwania. Ponieważ liturgia jest dla wiernych najpewniejszą drogą uświęcenia, warto pochylić się nad znaczeniem tego, co składa się na ryt święceń biskupich. W niniejszym artykule pochylimy się nad teologią liturgii święceń biskupich, skupiając się na wydarzeniu, które miało miejsce w Archidiecezji Białostockiej, w związku z mianowaniem nowego Metropolity Białostockiego J. E. Abp. Tadeusza Wojdy SAC. Liturgia staje się o tyle owocna, o ile jest przeżywana rozumnie. Toteż niniejsze opracowanie będzie stanowiło konkretną pomoc dla wszystkich, którzy chcą zrozumieć kluczową rolę biskupa w Kościele, szczególnie tym partykularnym.

Opis:: Artykuł przedstawia aktualny stan prawny dotyczący możliwości udzielania w Kościele katolickim święceń diakonatu i prezbiteratu mężczyznom żonatym i celibatariuszom. W Kościele łacińskim zasadą pozostaje, że święcenia prezbiteratu kandydaci przyjmują w stanie bezżennym, natomiast diakonat jako stopień stały mogą przyjąć także mężczyźni żonaci. Wyjątkiem od wymogu celibatu w przypadku prezbiterów łacińskich jest status byłych żonatych duchownych anglikańskich, którzy po złożeniu katolickiego wyznania wiary przyjmują święcenia prezbiteratu w Kościele katolickim. Natomiast w katolickich Kościołach wschodnich decyzja odnośnie do żonatych kandydatów do święceń, na podstawie przepisów Kodeksu Kanonów Kościołów Wschodnich, należy do kompetencji władzy ustawodawczej Kościoła sui iuris lub do Stolicy Apostolskiej, w zależności od stopnia samodzielności Kościoła. W roku 2014 Kongregacja Kościołów Wschodnich opublikowała decyzję papieża Franciszka, na podstawie której dopuszczono możliwość udzielania święceń mężczyznom żonatym oraz pełnienia posługi przez żonatych prezbiterów na terytoriach, które nie są uważne za terytoria „tradycyjnie wschodnie”. Autor dołącza także analizę przepisów partykularnych Ukraińskiego Kościoła Greckokatolickiego oraz Konferencji Episkopatu Polski.
The article presents the current legal status concerning the possibility of the presbyteral and diaconal ordination in the Catholic Church of the married and unmarried men. The principle is that in the Latin Church the unmarried candidates receive the presbyteral ordination, but married men can also receive the permanent diaconate. The exception to the rule of celibacy in the case of Latin presbyters is the status of the married former Anglican clergy, who after having made the Catholic profession of faith, receive the presbyteral ordination in the Catholic Church. But in the Eastern Catholic Churches the decision concerning the unmarried candidates to sacred orders, pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Canons of the Eastern Churches, is the competence of the particular law of each Church sui iuris or special norms established by the Apostolic See depending on the degree of autonomy of the Church. In 2014 the Congregation for the Eastern Churches published the decision of Pope Francis, under which the married men can be ordained and the ministry of married priests is possible in territories non considered “Eastern regions”. The author also attaches an analysis of the particular provisions of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church and the Polish Bishops’ Conference.
