Opis:
The scientific purpose of the study is to present results of researches devoted to relations be-tween parents and teachers in municipal primary schools, in categories of a wider description of mutual connections of the aforementioned entities. The article consists of three main elements. The first one refers to the source literature and based on it outlines the surface for own researches. The second one refers to the presentation of methodological assumptions of the conducted research procedure. The third one includes an analysis of the collected research material. The presented research material allows to notice a peculiar bipolarity in relations between parents and teachers in municipal primary schools, covering transmission and transaction social relations, characterized by subjectification or objectification of parents by teachers or other school employees. In the municipal primary schools which participated in the research, parents indicate dominant objectification, based on information transmission from the teacher towards the parents, lacking a dialogue and deeper transactions with teachers of their own children, as the basic element of interpersonal relationships. Parents inform about a discrepancy between the horizon of their expectations and the surface of experiences, which facilitates the popularization of the transmission perspective, illustrating objectifications between teachers and parents.

Opis:
The article presents an overview of research on transitions of transgender parents. We performed an analysis of studies which show a perspective of a child experiencing the transition of his or her parents. The results show how important it is to meet the emotional needs of the child, especially the need to maintain a secure and stable relationship with both parents in a situation of experiencing one parent’s transition and separation of parents (divorce). The results are presented and interpreted in the light of the attachment theory of John Bowlby and the concept of the five emotional needs derived from the theoretical basis of schema therapy.

Opis:
The article deals with different attitudes parents have toward learning foreign languages in primary school. The main goal of the research was to determine the attitudes of parents towards learning foreign languages and whether there is a difference in their opinions depending on their level of education. The research was conducted on a group of parents of ninth-grade pupils attending Slovene primary schools (N = 200). Based on the results of our study, we found that the attitudes of parents towards learning foreign languages are fairly positive. A detailed analysis of the results, however, shows that there are differences in the attitudes of parents depending on the level of their education. Higher educated parents are more inclined to support learning foreign languages than parents with a lower level of education.

The article presents tips on raising children published in journals in the nineteenth century. Their role was to educate parents. In many publications it was written literally, that parents, especially mothers, have no grounds for raising children. Therefore, the information contained in the texts related to educational culture, health behavior, moral education, the formation of character and mind. The authors marked that more parents should take care of the health aspects, namely to improve living conditions, hygiene of everyday life, as well as adopt attitudes and behaviors conducive to health. They urged the need of kneading in the children a strong will to prevent them in future from unexpected events and non-permanent fate. They drew attention to the need for mental development. It was believed that it is important not only what features will develop, but also what your child will learn. Knowledge should be presented as a boon, human dignity, which puts him on a higher level of existence. Particular attention is paid to the social upbringing, noting that the more there will be good people in the world, the more this will override good intentions and noble aspirations. The desire for happiness is the reason for care to be taken of the education of children.

Die Arbeit bildet einen Versuch der Antwort aut die Frage wie das heutige Niveau der pädagogischen Kultur ist, und welche Faktoren dieses Niveau pädagogischen Kultur der Eltern beeinflussen. Der Untersuchung wurde über eine Grupe von Eltern 532 (fünfhundertzweiunddreißig) Personen aus der Stadt und aus Dort gezogen. Aus meiner Forschung ergibt sich, daß pädagogisches Bewusstsein der Eltern sehr niedrig ist. Die Eltern sind meistens der Rolle des Vaters in dem Erziehungsprozess und Bedürfnisse des Kindes unbewußt. Sie gestallten nicht sinnwoll die Freizeit ihres Kindes, und anwenden solche unpädagogische Belohnungsmethoden wie: Sachliche Preise und Geldbelohnung, sowie und genauso unpädagogische Strafmethoden: Körperstraffe oder Beschimpfung. Die Eltern aus der Stadt sind aus einem höheren pädagogischen (Kultur Niveau im Vergleich zu den Eltern, die in einem Dorf – wo es keine Bildungsstelen (Schulen, Beratungsbildung) gibt. Folgende Faktoren beinflussen wesentlich das pädagogische Bewußtsein der Eltern, wie daß Geschlecht (Mutter sind mehr bewußt als Väters), Familinstruktur (Eltern aus den vollständigen Familien, charakterisieren sich mit dem höheren Bewusstsein), Ausbildung und der gesellschaftlich – sozialer Status der Familie. Pädagogische Schlussfolgerungen: Die Pädagogisierung der Eltern ist durch die Massenmedien, Radio und Fernsehen, Beratungbücher, Familienberatungsstellen, pädagogische Beratungstellen, Universitäten und Schulen für Eltern zu errichten.

The article discusses the problem of social participation in the educational system on the basis of non-public schools. Private school is considered as an organization rooted in the realities of the market that make it have to keep pace with the expectations of the service recipient, or an external client and the pupil’s parents. The orientation like this requires constant analysis and taking into account the needs and expectations of the modern parent. „Our ideal school” is to show the parents' expectations hidden under the word „perfect”, and attempt to answer the question about the possibility of participation of parents in the school or the school of education in the Polish reality, could be „our schoo” or a school parents.

Parents attitudes towards the reform of education in 2017 in Poland

In 2017, the education reform, with structural and curriculum dimension, was introduced in Poland. Middle schools were closed down, eight-year primary schools and four-year high schools were restored, new core curricula were proposed. The proposed solutions were both praised and criticized by various environments. They also launched some parents' activities, protesting against or supporting them. In the article, we look at the activities undertaken by parents in relation to the described reform and we analyze opinions formulated by parents about the introduced change. In our research, we use existing data from parents' associations websites, internet forums and interviews given by parents. The analysis of arguments raised by parents is intended, on one hand, to deepen the recognition of their attitudes towards the reform, and on the other hand, to examine the parents' ideas of what they think the modern school is supposed to be.

The purpose of this article is to compare the theoretical knowledge with parents' declarations concerning their emotional experiences resulting from the fact of having a child with autism. Main effort was made to indicate factors that affect these experiences, giving them a positive or negative meaning. Understanding the experiences that the parents of children with autism are highly probable to come across is extremely important as it can contribute to designing better supporting system for such families. It can also enhance mothers' and fathers' life satisfaction and increase effectiveness of preventive measures against the burnout phenomenon.
