Opis:
Celem pracy jest przeanalizowanie i porównanie oferty parków wodnych jako miejsc pozwalających na aktywne spędzenie wolnego czasu. Są to obiekty umożliwiające zabawę, rozrywkę i regenerację sił witalnych. Za sprawą różnorodnych elementów wyposażenia ich użytkownicy mogą wybrać zarówno wypoczynek bierny, jak i aktywny, dostępny w aquaparkach (najpopularniejszym typie parków wodnych) i obiektach termalnych, których dodatkową atrakcją jest gorąca woda (często o właściwościach leczniczych). Metodą badawczą był przegląd literatury i stron internetowych z zakresu rekreacji i aktywnego wypoczynku. Opracowanie zostało wzbogacone o analizę oferty rekreacyjnej parków wodnych reprezentujących poszczególne województwa w Polsce. 
The purpose of the work is to determine the role and importance of water parks as places of spending active leisure. These are objects that allow fun, entertainment and regeneration of life forces. With a variety of equipments, users can choose both passive and active leisure, available both in aqua parks (the most popular water park type) and in thermal park, with hot water attractions (often with medical properties). The research method was a review of literature and websites on recreation and active leisure. The study was further enriched with an analysis of the recreational offer of water parks representing the respective voivodships in Poland.

Opis:
The aim of the study was to develop proposals in order to improve the maintenance of selected heritage parks in Warsaw, with particular emphasis on trees and tree stands. Analyses leading to this, consist in showing the differences and similarities in the functioning and use of heritage parks in London and Warsaw. As a result of applying the adopted criteria, Kensington Park, Greenwich Park, Łazienki Królewskie and Ogród w Wilanowie were compared. Literature and field studies were carried out. The research was enriched with a survey on the evaluation of parks filled in by visitors. Based on the research, both parks were analysed in a descriptive form, supplemented with photographs, and the comparison between them. The greatest differences in the method of maintaining and managing both parks and their reasons were indicated. The differences in the species composition of trees were shown, incidental to including from historical and climatic conditions. It was found out that: in Warsaw there is no organisation associating with heritage parks, there are no long-term management plans. The process of issuing care decisions is complicated, what causes delays in their implementation, in Warsaw parks veteran trees are not isolated and they are not treated specially. External companies dealing with parks and tree stand conservation are employed one-off, which contributes to the lack of continuity and responsibility for the work performed. Proposed solutions may help to improve the management of Warsaw parks and contribute to the improvement of the condition of parks and their trees.

Tematem pracy magisterskiej jest „Turystyka w Powidzkim Parku Krajobrazowym”. Celem pracy jest pokazanie wartości przyrodniczych, historycznych i kulturowych, walorów turystycznych oraz wykorzystanie możliwości turystycznych obszaru Powidzkiego Parku Krajobrazowego. Praca obejmuje analizę turystyki na terenie Powidzkiego Parku Krajobrazowego. Praca składa się z trzech części, W pierwszej części charakteryzowano położenie, środowisko przyrodnicze i sytuację społeczno-ekonomiczną Parku. W drugiej części omówiono atrakcyjność turystyczną oraz ruch turystyczny na terenie Parku. W tej części omówiono także wyniki przeprowadzonych przez autora badań ankietowych. Trzecią część stanowią zagadnienia związane z zarządzaniem oraz działalnością samorządów na rzecz Parku. W trzeciej części rozpatrzono także aspekt powiązania i relacji Parku z innymi parkami woj. wielkopolskiego i kujawsko-pomorskiego oraz zidentyfikowano problemy wynikające z zagospodarowania i funkcjonowania Powidzkiego Parku Krajobrazowego. Pracę kończy spis wykorzystanej literatury, tabel, rycin, fotografii i załączników.
He is a subject of a master's thesis "Tourism in Powidzki Landscape Park". Showing natural, historical and cultural values is a purpose of the work, of tourist assets and using tourist possibilities of the area Powidzki Landscape Park. The work includes analysis of the tourism on the Powidzki Landscape Park. The work consists of three parts, in the first part a location, the natural environment and the socioeconomic situation of the Park were characteristic. In the second part tourist attraction and tourist movements were discussed in the Park. In the third part also an aspect of the connection and the relation of the Park with other couples of the Greater Poland and Kuyavian - Pomeranian was considered as well as problems resulting from developing and functioning Powidzki Landscape Park were identified. A list of used literature, tables, drawings, the photograph and attachments is finishing work.

The goal of this paper is to present European parks form the point of view of their natural environment and ecological functions which they fulfill in the city. Parks situated in valley landscapes have been used as the object of study, sińce these types of parks predominate in Europę. These are: Hyde Park in London, Clara Zetkin Park in Leipzig, Tiergarten in Berlin and Łazienki in Warsaw.

From an economic point of view, protected areas do not bring in high profits, in comparison to other possible ways of land usage. National parks and nature reserves are costly in their creation, as well as in their subsequent upkeep and management. In developing countries, their operation can be the source of many political and economic problems. Usually, local communities neighboring protected areas perceive the existence of a protected zone negatively, although they are often able to avail themselves of park resources in various ways. Besides being given the opportunity to rationally make use of certain park resources, community members may be employed as park attendants, which is a practice that is widespread. A part of the profits obtained from the developing tourist industry may be allocated towards local development programs, e.g. the building of a new hospital or school. Some national parks, while lacking the adequate infrastructure necessary for tourism, grapple with a lack of funds. The lack of earning opportunities in connection with the development of tourism results in the local community's over-exploitation of park resources. This often manifests itself in an increased incidence of poaching in the protected area.
