Opis:: Od lat 60. XX stulecia uczeni całego świata przeprowadzają badania problemów technologii edukacyjnej. W niniejszym artykule przedstawione są teoretyczne zasady technologii pedagogicznej, która jest ważnym sposobem podwyższenia jakości kształtowania jednostki. Dużo informacji poświęcono charakterystyce typów technologii pedagogicznych, ich funkcji, właściwości oraz inności, które polegają na orientowaniu na teorię i różne koncepcje. Analiza literatury w danym aspekcie pozwoliła na syntetyzowanie zasad teoretycznych technologii pedagogicznej, w szczególności: kierunki i nurty filozoficzne w edukacji, teorie psychologiczno-pedagogiczne, koncepcje i zasady naukowe oraz czynniki, które określone są właściwościami organizacji i treści rządzenia socjalno-funkcjonalnego.
Since the 1960s, researchers all over the world have discussed problems of education technology. This article discusses the theoretical background of pedagogical technology, which is a vital tool in enhancing the quality of pedagogical intervention. A lot of information concerns the typology of pedagogical technologies, their functions and distinctive features that emerge from the discrepancies in the particular conceptions and their theoretical backgrounds. Our analysis allows a synthetic presentation of the theoretical principles of education technology, with special emphasis on the following aspects: philosophical ideas and currents in education, psychological and pedagogical theories, scientific conceptions and principles behind social functionalist organizational structures and management.

Opis:: Aim. The aim of the research is to justify the theoretical and methodological bases of multicultural education and verify experimentally the efficiency of the pedagogical technology of forming students’ multicultural competence at higher education institutions. Methods. The study reviews the changes in the levels of students’ multicultural competence. The methodological bases of the study are theories of language multicultural education, the unity of language and culture, multi-perspective learning, “cultural differences,” social learning, neo-Freudian theory, self-determination theory, developmental learning theory. Results. The realisation of the ideas of multiculturalism has a positive effect on the harmonious development, cultivates a tolerant attitude to other ethnic groups and peoples, promotes good neighbourly relations, effective conflict resolution, intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding. Acquiring these characteristics, students entirely understand national and universal values, and are able to interact constructively in the modern multicultural world at a sustainable level. Conclusions. The implementation of the developed pedagogical conditions and the author’s pedagogical technology of forming students’ multicultural competence at higher education institutions contributed to a significant increase in the levels of their multicultural competence. This was confirmed by statistical changes in the level of students’ multicultural competence of the experimental group compared to the control group: the number of students with stable (by 34,3%) and situational (by 12,7%) levels significantly increased, the number of students with fragmentary level decreased (by 47%). Thus, the obtained results prove that the developed pedagogical technology is effective for forming students’ multicultural competence.

Opis:: The article reveals the importance of the time management problem and substantiates the expediency of its research. It describes peculiarities of time management as a pedagogical technology concentrating on its principles; analysis of technology genesis was carried out in the works by foreign and domestic scientists from different fields of science. Five groups of problems solved with the help of this technology were identified. It was found out that time management within our research meets the requirements of a pedagogical technology effectively facilitating PhD students’ self-management. It was proved that it combines features of professional management technology as well as effective self-management.

Opis:: The article, based on the technology development algorithm, represents the technology of creating an adaptive individual scenario of the graduate student’s educational activity. The components of adaptive technology have been identified: conceptual, content, procedural-adaptive, resulting. The focus is on the fact that the technology is based on an adaptive approach, the main provisions of which are the concept of directed self-organization, mutual harmonization of diverse impacts on a dialogic basis, self-development, which helps to achieve a common goal in view of external environment requirements and the balance of interests of educational process participants. The step-by-step strategy of the adaptive educational activity of a graduate student includes a detailed plan of action for the period of training and is implemented through a set of multilevel specific tools, the components of which are given in the article. Furthermore, there have been identified the basic ways of organizing the adaptive activity of graduate students and teachers (technologies, methods, techniques, forms), which are carried out in stages of learning.
Artykuł przedstawia możliwości rozwoju magistrantów oraz technologię tworzenia indywidualnego scenariusza adaptacyjnego w ich edukacji. Zidentyfikowanymi składnikami technologii adaptacyjnej są: czynnik konceptualny, pojęciowy, procesowo-adaptacyjny i efektywny. Zwrócono uwagę na to, że technologia opiera się na podejściu adaptacyjnym, którego podstawowymi zasadami są koncepcja ukierunkowanej samoorganizacji, wzajemna harmonizacja różnorodnych wpływów z wykorzystaniem dialogu, samorozwój, który pomaga osiągnąć wspólny cel, uwzględniając wymagania zewnętrznego środowiska i równowagę interesów uczestników procesu edukacyjnego. Strategia „krok po kroku”, podjęta przez magistranta w zakresie jego działalności edukacyjnej, zawiera dokładny plan działań na czas nauczania, który jest realizowany poprzez wykorzystanie zestawu wielopoziomowych narzędzi, których elementy przedstawiono w artykule. Zaprezentowano także podstawowe sposoby organizacji aktywności adaptacyjnej magistrantów i nauczycieli (technologie, metody, techniki, formy) używane na różnych poziomach nauczania.

Opis:: The article considers and substantiates the most important conditions for the development of professional culture of military doctors. The author's methods of formation of professional culture and its pedagogi cal modeling i n the process of training future military doctors in the system of med i cal universities of Ukraine is determined. The relevance of the study of the professional culture of future military doctors is associated with the growing role of military doctors, given the continuation of the Russian - Ukrainian war and the spread COVID - 19 pandemie. lt's noted that professional culture, as a social-psychological component, is inherent in the relevant professional environment and determines the professional, morał and psychological qualities of the of the individual, the appropriative level of training of military doctors. For the development of the professional culture of future military doctors it's necessary to apply the appropriate pedagogical technology, to create the necessary pedagogical conditions using the model subject - activity learning of students. Pedagogical conditions are considered as a set of systematic pedagogical circumstances created by lecturers in medical universities for purposeful practical training of future military doctors. Pedagogical conditions include such aspects of practical training as a motivational-value, methodological, theoretical, praxiological, evaluative and reflexive.
