Opis:: Philosophical and sociological analysis of the role of the research collectives in the process of adaptation of young scientists to research activity is carried out in the article. The features encountered by young scientists in the process of adapting to research are characterized. The factors that have the negative impact on this process are revealed. Recommendations for optimization of the adaptation of young professionals in the scientific collective are elaborated.

Opis:: Tematem niniejszego artykułu są spory w filozofii polskiej w okresie bezpośrednio powojennym, czyli w latach 1945–1949. Przedstawiam w nim stan polskiej filozofii — orientacje stanowiące kontynuację stanowisk przedwojennych oraz nowe problemy i ich filozoficzne rozwiązania. Nie rozważam natomiast wzajemnego oddziaływania filozofii na inne sfery kultury, działalności polskich filozofów na emigracji i międzynarodowej recepcji filozofii polskiej.
The article investigates disputes within Polish philosophy of the postwar years (1945–1949). I characterize the state of Polish philosophy during the period mentioned — trends constituting continuation of the pre-war approaches as well as new problems and their solutions. I do not consider mutual interactions between philosophy and other spheres of culture, activities by Polish philosophers in exile or international reception of Polish philosophy.

Opis:: The article discusses the essayistic work of Bolesław Miciński, who was interested in the individualization of the form of expression, both in the sphere of content and form. Contemporary thinking about philosophy in neo-positivist terms prompted the writer to create an individual dictionary of concepts that frees philosophy from rigorous frameworks and specialized jargon. In a modern, philosophical essay, he realizes a free reflection on aesthetic, philosophical, social and political issues (the relationship between art and politics). The authoress interprets the painting concept in Portret Kanta, remaining within the tricks and concepts used by the writer. The analysis of the creation of a philosophical and literary portrait, presented in the form of an essay, makes it possible to highlight the problems that the writer deals with — the issue of the existence of time in painting or the possibility of transposing concepts into images (utpictura poesis). From a polemic with the 18th-century aesthetic — Gotthold Ephraim Lessing — the authoress moves to the notion of “fugue” as a potential realization of space in music, which the writer mentioned in Podróże do piekieł. Moreover, he considers the form of a fugue in reference to classicism in literature. This sketch is an initial attempt to unravel the “hidden, significant knots” in the work of the interwar essayist.

Opis:: In the following article entitled ‘On philosophical systems’, the author makes an attempt to answer the question: ‘What is a philosophical system?’ In the article he uses one of analytical approaches, which is manifested in the thesis: dealing with philosophy cannot be reduced to dealing with the history of philosophy. The author claims that the first thing takes on a problematic and constructive dimension and not only reproductive and reconstructive. Obviously, studying ancient ways of doing philosophy, their aims and methods, has a certain philosophical value (or cognitive – generally speaking). However, the philosophical analysis itself cannot be come down to studying the history of philosophy.

Opis:: Thinking is a mental process that involves processing information to generate thoughts, reasoning, make decisions, and solve problems. It is a comprehensive process that includes various aspects such as perception, memory, logical reasoning, creativity, and the ability to make interferences. Thinking can take various forms, including analytical thinking, abstract thinking, critical thinking, creative thinking, and many others. Philosophical thinking is a particular form of thinking that focuses on analyzing fundamental questions regarding existence, reality, values, knowledge, ethics, and other important issues. This type of thinking often has an abstract character, requires deep reflection, and is aimed at developing general theories and concepts. Philosophers try to understand the essence of reality and our place in it, questioning common beliefs and searching for deeper truth. This specific approach to thinking contributes to the development of intellectual flexibility and critical thinking skills. Philosophical knowledge is often considered detached from reality, useless in everyday life. However, some of its elements may prove be useful in various professions. Philosophy teaches us to reflect on reflection itself, to understand complex problems, and to develop thinking skills that are applicable in various areas of professional life. A philosophical approach to thinking can contribute to a flexible attitude to problems solving and the ability to adapt in various situations. Therefore, some elements of philosophical knowledge and philosophical thinking can be successfully applied in public administration.

Opis:: Some Belarusian philosophical-allegoric novel renewal periods have been studied closely with the emphases on the historic, social and cultural heritage of different epochs. In the article, the decisive role of the Enlightenment French philosophical prose is noted in the development of the modern Belarusian philosophical-allegoric novel. The Enlightenment French philosophical-allegoric text is a model of reality, simple for understanding, with a fascinating adventure story, but with an obscure moral and philosophical attitude and didacticism. The 18th century philosophical-allegoric prose is distinguished by the parable form of narrative, which is characterized by moral and philosophical problems, global questions about the life and destiny of people, marked by didacticism, by a high degree of generalization, and the obligatory projection of the idea on the reader views. The article proves the influence of Montesquieu, Voltaire, and Diderot’ philosophical works on the development of the modern philosophical-allegoric novel in Belarusian literature. The article analyzes the poetics of Belarusian contemporary works of this genre taking into account the French traditions of the Enlightenment.
