The subject of this thesis is to characterize the concept of leadership in public administration and targeting methods. Targeting is otherwise a synonym for planning, organizing, leadership, control and supervision of a group of people. The essence of the managing is achieve aim in an efficient manner, which is associated with effectiveness, and so evaluation of the rational actions. It should, however, emphasize the need for caution in determining the ways and methods of targeting. It should take into account the aim of distinguishing specific needs. Governing body may use different types of resources in order to influence the behavior of the governing bodies. Of course, without the means prohibited by law. The concept of leadership include the powers of the parent authority over authority of the lower level. The work consists of three chapters in which discuss the internal structure of the office, management office, functions and styles of managing and their brief characteristics.
Tematem niniejszej pracy jest charakterystyka pojęcia kierownictwo w administracji publicznej oraz metody kierowania. Kierowanie to inaczej synonim planowania, organizowania, przewodzenia, kontroli oraz nadzoru nad jakąś grupą osób. Istotą kierowania jest osiągnięcie celu w efektywny sposób, co wiąże się ze skutecznością, a wiec oceną racjonalnych działań. Trzeba jednak podkreślić konieczność ostrożności w określaniu sposobów i metod kierowania. Warto brać pod uwagę cele wyróżniające konkretne potrzeby.Organ kierujący może posługiwać się różnego rodzaju środkami w celu wpłynięcia na postępowanie organów kierowniczych. Oczywiście z pominięciem środków zabronionych przez prawo. W pojęciu kierownictwo zawierają się uprawnienia organu nadrzędnego nad organem niższego stopnia. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów, w których omówiono strukturę wewnętrzną urzędu, kierowanie urzędem, funkcje i style kierownictwa oraz ich krótką charakterystykę. - Dostawca treści:
