- Opis:
- The study presents problems of the youngest branch of botany – forensic palynology. It briefly discusses the phenomenon of pollen spectrum – how to analyze it and the scope of its application. Examples of investigative and judicial practices illustrate the usefulness of the palynological method in legal argumentation, with a special emphasis on the usefulness in criminal proceedings. The author also argues for the scientific nature of pollen-spore method and techniques used in it.
