Opis:: The paper presents a database management system of AC voltage standards maintained in the Laboratory of AC-DC Standards of Institute of Measurement Science, Electronics and Control, Silesian University of Technology, Gliwice, Poland. The database stores the basic metrological parameters and other details of the standards, especially their AC-DC transfer differences at different voltages and frequencies. The database also stores previous (historical) values of the AC-DC transfer differences of the standards which enables the observation of time drift of these parameters.

Opis:: Dynamic properties of the four-electrode cell with conducting liquid inside are described in the paper. The cell is used as a sensor of the electrolytic conductivity (EC) in the national Ukrainian standard. Electrical model and physical model for the temperature changes of this sensor are presented. To avoid additional measurement errors the stable state in desired temperature should be obtain. To obtain values of parameters describing the dynamic process of EC cell for temperature changes the experimental way was chosen. Installation and measurement procedure is presented. It is found that temperature transition process in the EC cell can be modeled by the first order differential equation and depends mainly on two cell tubes. For establishing the cell temperature within an error less then 0.002ºC time 36 min is needed.

Opis:: W artykule przedstawiono stanowisko pomiarowe w Głównym Urzędzie Miar stosowane do wzorcowania mikrofonów metodą wzajemności, które razem z zestawem laboratoryjnych mikrofonów wzorcowych tworzy wzorzec pierwotny ciśnienia akustycznego. Stanowisko umożliwia wyznaczanie poziomu skuteczności ciśnieniowej mikrofonów klasy LS1, w zakresie częstotliwości od 2 Hz do 10 kHz i poziomu skuteczności ciśnieniowej mikrofonów klasy LS2, w zakresie częstotliwości od 20 Hz do 20 kHz, z najlepszą osiągalną niepewnością pomiarową: 0,03 dB. Stosowana metoda pomiarowa jest zgodna z wymaganiami normy IEC 61094-2:2009. W artykule zaprezentowano również przykłady wyników uzyskiwanych w latach 1999–2014, obrazujących stabilność mikrofonów wzorcowych. Równoważność wzorca pierwotnego utrzymywanego w GUM była wielokrotnie potwierdzana międzynarodowo poprzez uczestnictwo w porównaniach kluczowych organizowanych przez Międzynarodowy Komitet Miar (CIPM) i Regionalne Organizacje Metrologiczne: EURAMET, COOMET i AFRIMETS. Artykuł podaje przykłady wyników porównań odnoszące się do polskiego wzorca pierwotnego ciśnienia akustycznego.
In the paper the measurement setup used for this purpose at the Central Office of Measures, which together with the set of laboratory standard microphones composes the primary standard of sound pressure is described. It enables to determine the pressure sensitivity level of class LS1 microphones in the frequency range 2 Hz to 10 kHz and the pressure sensitivity level of LS2 microphones in the frequency range 20 Hz to 20 kHz with the best available measurement uncertainty of 0,03 dB. The measurement method used conforms to the requirements of IEC 61094-2:2009. The results obtained in the years 1999–2014, demonstrating the stability of standard microphones, are also presented. The equivalence of the primary standard used at the GUM was confirmed many times internationally through the participation in key comparisons organised by the International Committee for Weights and Measures (CIPM) and Regional Metrology Organizations: EURAMET, COOMET and AFRIMETS. The examples of the comparisons results referring to the Polish primary standard of sound pressure are given in the paper.

Opis:: Praca dotyczy analizy wpływu zysków wewnętrznych na charakterystykę energetyczną budynków w zabudowie szeregowej. Wewnętrzne zyski ciepła są istotnym czynnikiem bilansującym straty ciepła przez przenikanie i wentylację, a ich wartość jest bezpośrednio zależna od wartości obciążenia cieplnego pomieszczeń wewnętrznymi zyskami ciepła. Oznacza to, że przyjęcie wyjściowej wartości obciążenia cieplnego determinuje ostateczne wartości wskaźników zapotrzebowania na energię. Artykuł przedstawia zmiany finalnych wartości współczynników EUCO i EP w zależności od wielkości przyjętego obciążenia cieplnego naw oparciu o obowiązujące przepisy prawa oraz dostępną literaturę. Obliczenia zostały wykonane dla zespołu segmentów budynków szeregowych w trzech standardach energetycznych NF15, NF40 i WT2021.
The paper refers to the analysis of the influence of internal gains on the energy performance of a terraced house. Calculations will be made on the base of energy standards NF15, NF40 and WT2021.

Opis:: Residential and public buildings use for heating more than 40% of the total energy consumption in the European Union. Therefore, this paper discusses the modifications to the building energy standard, which is currently in force. It is based on the requirements included in the Polish technical building regulations and standards. The proper energy-saving police have been implemented to this kind of consumers to diminish the energy consumption. The analysis pertains to the values of heat transfer coefficients of building partitions as well as the indexes of the energy demand for various types of buildings. The analysis was conducted between 1974 and 2013. Moreover; the changes within this range, which will come into force in 2014 and will continue to 2021, which act in accordance with the technical requirements suitable for buildings, were also discussed. Furthermore, minimal thicknesses of insulation materials which enable meeting this requirements of a heat transfer coefficient for building partitions, were examined in the article.

Opis:: Štúdia informuje o výsledkoch dotazníkového prieskumu, ktorý z podnetu Predmetovej komisie Ĉlovek a svet práce (PK ĈaSP) uskutoĉnil ŃPÚ v Bratislave. Prieskum bol zameraný na zistenie aktuálneho stavu, systému a podmienok výuĉby techniky v základných ńkolách na Slovensku. Výsledky prieskumu potvrdili, ņe jestvujúci stav výuĉby je nekoordinovaný a zo strany MŠ VV a Š SR si vyņaduje prijatie skorých opatrení, ktoré do výuĉby zavedú systém funkĉný, stabilný a dlhodobo rozvíjajúci sa.
This study presents the results of the questionnaire survey implemented by the National Insti-tute for Education in Bratislava at the instance of the board of experts entitled Human and the world of work. The survey was focused on the system, current situation and the conditions of teaching techniques in basic schools in Slovakia. The results of the survey confirm that the current status is not coordinated and the situation requires several arrangements by the Ministry of educa-tion, science, research and sport of the Slovak republic which would make the teaching functional, stable and expanding in the long term.

Opis:: Significant curricular reform took place in the Slovak republic in September 2008, resulting in a new two-level curriculum. However, not all of the standards established have proved helpful to teachers, schools, parents or students, either in relation to the achievement of positive educational goals or when it comes to providing support for the evaluation of students. Therefore, the National Institute for Education has created a new committee of experts for areas in education, whose task has been to review the existing educational standards and propose new ones. Technical studies are a part of our culture and have even become the driving force of our times, so schools should allow all of their pupils to undergo proper acculturation in this area. Technical education is, moreover, considered an important part of the process of educating young people. It may count as preparation for a future career, and, in many cases, has real applications in the labour market. The author of this paper was responsible for creating new educational standards for technical education at primary schools. The concept of technical education employed here is based on general cultural literacy, with scientific and technical literacy viewed as a fixed element within this. In the current paper, the author wants to introduce the principles that define the new conception of technical education at primary-school level in Slovakia, both in terms of its contents and in terms of its character as a process. Within the process of learning, a great deal of attention is paid to the personality of the pupil. The article states the main principles of learning, acquired from personal teaching experience. This new conception of technical education will be in force from September 2015 at all schools in the Slovak Republic.
Dla Republiki Słowackiej istotne znaczenie miała przeprowadzona we wrześniu 2008 roku reforma programowa, która wyodrębniła nowe dwupoziomowe programy nauczania. Wobec braku ich akceptacji ze strony nauczycieli, rodziców i uczniów Narodowy Instytut Edukacji utworzył nowy komitet ekspertów dla obszarów edukacji, którego zadaniem była ocena istniejących standardów edukacyjnych i zaproponowanie nowych. Nauki techniczne, o których mowa w niniejszym artykule, stanowią część naszej kultury i dlatego też szkoły powinny umożliwić wszystkim uczniom przejście odpowiedniej akulturacji w tej dziedzinie. Edukację techniczną uważa się za bardzo ważny obszar w procesie edukacyjnym. Autorka tego artykułu był odpowiedzialna za stworzenie nowych norm edukacyjnych dla edukacji technicznej w słowackich szkołach podstawowych. Zastosowana koncepcja edukacji technicznej oparta została na ogólnej znajomości kultury, gdzie nauka i technika postrzegane są jako jej stałe elementy. Autorka przedstawiła zasady funkcjonowania nowej koncepcji edukacji technicznej na poziomie szkoły podstawowej w Słowacji pod względem jej struktury, charakteru oraz sposobów realizacji. W procesie edukacyjnym dużo uwagi poświęca się kształtowaniu wszechstronnej osobowości ucznia. Artykuł wyznacza główne zasady uczenia się wypracowane poprzez własne doświadczenia w nauczaniu tego obszaru. Prezentowana nowa koncepcja nauczania technicznego zostanie wprowadzona w życie we wrześniu 2015 roku we wszystkich szkołach na terenie Słowacji.

Opis:: W ochronie pracy i środowiska pomiary prowadzone są w bezpośrednim otoczeniu pierwotnych i wtórnych źródeł. Znaczną degradację dokładności pomiaru powoduje wzajemne oddziaływanie źródła pola i anteny pomiarowej oraz innych przedmiotów znajdujących się w miejscu pomiaru, obecność osoby wykonującej pomiar, a także specyficzne własności pola, w tym szczególnie pola bliskiego. Wymienione czynniki są źródłem wielu błędów zarówno na stanowiskach wzorców jak i bezpośrednio w trakcie pomiarów terenowych (poligonowych). Pierwszorzędnym czynnikiem jest wzajemna komparacja wzorców.
The hazard created by an exposure to EMF requires the field measurements in the neighborhood of primary and secondary field sources. Remarkable degradation of the measurement accuracy is caused by mutual interaction of the measuring antenna, a source of radiation and other conducting bodies that appear in the place where the measurements are performed, a presence of the person performing the measurements and he specific properties of the field, and in particular the near-field. The factors mentioned reduce the accuracy of the measurements both while the measurements are done with the use of standard field sets in a Lab and during the field measurements. Foreground role here was played by a possibility of the standards comparison.
