Opis:
The Decision Makers in the production organizations, which produce multiple different products at the same time, set the priorities for what the organization desires to produce. This priority is sorting the products in order to schedule the production based on these priorities. The production organizations receive a huge number of orders from different customers, each order contains many products with close delivery dates. The organization aims to produce multiple different products at the same time, in order to satisfy all customers by delivering all orders at the right time. This study will propose a method to prioritize the production to produce a multiple different products at the same time, the production lines will produce multiple different products. This method will prioritize the products using Multi Criteria Decision Making technique, and prioritize the production operations using a new algorithm called Algorithm for Prioritization of Production Operations. In addition, the study will provide an algorithm for production scheduling using the production priority calculated based on the proposed method. The study will also compare the scheduling based on the priority rules and based on the proposed method through total production time and the variety of products produced.

Opis:
The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of the cast iron production and to predict production volume and cost in the near future based on the analysis results. Cast iron is one of the most common materials used in various industrial sectors. Cast iron scrap processing is the least expensive and saves both money and time. It is produced both in Russia and abroad and is one of the export types. Cast iron production significantly influences other industrial sectors. All this confirms the relevance of the study. The novelty of the study consists in the identification of the leaders among the cast-iron producers in the world and Russian metallurgical companies, as well as the determination of trends in its production at the present stage of economic development. The increasing consolidation level of cast iron producers has been revealed: China, India, Japan, and Russia represented 85% of the cast iron global production in 2019. In Russia, nine metallurgical companies account for 80% of cast iron production. In general, cast iron production in the world is stable and the import share of cast iron is about 4%. Cast iron prices tend to decline. The work identifies the lower and upper limits of the possible range of the cast iron prices. The authors conclude that the declining prices of cast iron in Russia may make its production unprofitable.

Opis:
Metallurgy is one of the key industries both in Russia and in the world. It has a significant influence on the situation in related industries. Therefore, the current state analysis of ferrous metallurgy production and its formation based on the short-term technological forecast is essential. Based on the foregoing, the research was aimed at analyzing the current state of ferrous metallurgy production in Russia and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the prospects for industry development in the short term. The research studies the state of the ferrous metallurgy production in Russia and abroad before the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the volume of industrial production in ferrous metallurgy and the industry structure. The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered a serious global recession, necessitating an analysis of the forecast for the development of the ferrous metallurgy industry. The research concludes that the Russian ferrous metals market is so far affected to a lesser extent compared to the European one.

1-methylnicotinamide protects against liver injury induced by concanavalin A via a prostacyclin-dependent mechanism : a possible involvement of IL-4 and $TNF-\alpha$

Opis:
We have recently demonstrated that concanavalin A (Con A)-induced hepatitis is associated with the release of endogenous 1-methylnicotinamide (MNA). Here we study the mechanism by which exogenous MNA alleviates Con A-induced liver inflammation and injury in vivo. The involvement of prostacyclin ($PGI_{2}$) in hepatoprotective action of MNA (30-100 mg $kg^{-1}$; i.v.) was studied by the use of IP receptor antagonist RO3244794 (10 mg $kg^{-1}$; p.o.) given prior to Con A (5-20 mg $kg^{-1}$; i.v.). Liver damage was assessed by measurements of: liver specific transaminases in plasma (alanine aminotransferase; aspartate aminotransferase); cytokines release (IL-4, $IFN-\gamma$ and $TNF-\alpha$); liver histopathology; and 24 h survival rates. Additionally, the effect of a stable analog of prostacyclin (carbaprostacyclin) on IL-4, $IFN-\gamma$ and $TNF-\alpha$ production by isolated spleen lymphocytes in response to Con A was analyzed. MNA diminished Con A-induced rise in liver specific transaminases, alleviated histopathological injury and improved 24 h survival rates, the latter effect in a degree comparable with the pretreatment of animals with dexamethasone (0.5 mg $kg^{-1}$; i.p.). MNA inhibited also a rise in IL-4 and $TNF-\alpha$ concentration in plasma measured 2 h after Con A administration, while $IFN-\gamma$ was less affected. The effects of MNA were reversed by pretreatment with IP antagonist RO3244794. In isolated spleen lymphocytes, carbaprostacyclin profoundly decreased production of IL-4, the effect on $TNF-\alpha$ was modest with no effect on $IFN-\gamma$ production. In conclusion, MNA attenuated Con A-induced hepatitis by a prostacyclin-dependent mechanism involving the inhibition of lymphocytes-derived IL-4 and the inhibition of Kuppfer-cells derived $TNF-\alpha$.
