Opis:: Die Kirche lehrt in der Konzilsdokumenten, daß die Ehe von Gott hervorgeht, eine Institution des göttlichen Naturrechtes ist, der vom Schöpfer ganz konkrete Ziele bestimmt sind. In der Nr. 48 der Konzilskonstitution Gaudium et spes ist ganz klar geschrieben: „Ipse vero Deus est auctor matrimonii, variis bonis, ac finibus praediti [...] indole autem naturali, ipsum institutum matrimonii amorque coniugalis ad procreationem et educationem prolis ordinantur”. Das 2. Vatikanische Konzil hat eine vertiefte und ergänzende Vision der Ehe und Ehezwecke gegeben. Es hat nicht nur die traditionelle Lehre der Kirche über Kinderzeugung und Kindererziehung wiederholt, aber auch die Lehre über bonum coniugum vollstandiger gemacht, und der Mentalität der Menschen des XX-XXI Jahrhunderts angepaßt. Die Lehre des Konzils über die Ehezwecke bedeutet kein Umbruch in diesem Bereich, aber bildet eine wesentliche Ergänzung zur bisherigen Lehre.

Opis:: This article is an attempt at analysing educational issues from the perspective of teleology. Teleology is a sub-discipline of philosophical and religious reflection. Providing a purpose is a fundamental act of humans. This type of reflection is also needed in education. The article presents four possible types of relations between philosophy and religion in culture. These various possibilities result in various solutions that can be employed in upbringing. Depending on the adopted system of values, a young person will have a different vision of the world. The article also provides a historical analysis, referring to various classical philosophical and religious systems.

Opis:: This paper addresses the issue of the historical development of for fear (that) in English – a prepositional subordinator ushering in finite clauses of purpose in which negation is inherently coded, i.e. the content of the subordinate clause is negated by the complementiser which does not contain a negative particle in itself. The rise of this construction is studied within the theory of grammaticalization and it turns out to be a regular case of grammaticalization following the mechanisms of grammaticalization such as desemanticisation, extension and decategorialisation.

Opis:: Implementation of infrastructural investments is a key factor contributing to the development potential of a region. The current law in force, regulating the implementation of infrastructural public purpose investments, simplifies the actions leading to terrain acquisition for road investments. The research shows a significant dependence between access to public roads and demand for storage facilities. From an entrepreneur’s point of view, the necessary condition for further development is implementation of infrastructural investments. Locating the investments in the vicinity of traffic routes is a strategic decision, closely related to the field of business. Too long distances combined with poor condition of road infrastructure generate additional transport costs. This fact is directly reflected in the limited economic and development potential of particular regions. In the studied case, the theoretical value of statistics (27.868) is almost a half of the calculated value (54.27). Therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected. Calculations carried out at assumed significance level α = 0.0005, clearly prove, that there is a close correlation between the size of the company, and the choice of the location of the additional storage space with regard to access to infrastructure such as public roads. The carried out analysis confirms the fact, that the enterprise size is directly linked with the selection of location for its additional storage facilities and the transport costs between the locations significantly influence the decisions.

Opis:: Today, hybridity has become a topic of interest in translation, especially when it comes to translating literature from postcolonial contexts. This is, for instance, the case with Frenchspeaking African literature, where several authors embed a hybrid language in their writing, thus producing multilingual literary works. From a translation perspective, literary productions adopting this writing style expose the translator to a major challenge: translating not only from a single language into another, but also from two or more languages into another. The difficulty is compounded by the explicitness and implicitness of hybridity features. This article seeks to explore the explicitness and implicitness of (linguistic) hybridity in literature and its implication for translation. It uses French-speaking African literature to illustrate both concepts.

Opis:: The study discusses the issue of determining the conditions for testing the mileage of a vehicle. Lifetime tests are the crucial element of qualification tests. This type of research verifies the resistance of vehicles and elements of their on-board equipment to vibrations and shocks resulting from the interaction of uneven surface during the movement. Certain test conditions can be straightforwardly determined and verified e.g. weather conditions or a type of the road/surface. The problem appears when the tests are to be conducted in field conditions (off-road). At the set driving speed, the level and frequency structure of dynamic loads of elements of a vehicle drive system depend mainly on a surface profile and its viscoelastic conditions. Either the profile or the characteristics of ground foundations change over the time depending on various factors. The paper attempts to assess the interaction of a ground surface of selected field roads on a vehicle. The result of direct measurement of the vertical acceleration captured on a drive axle and on a vehicle’s frame above the axle was addressed. The measurement results were analyzed within the context of possible planning of vehicle test requirements with the application of the method of testing mileage under the field conditions.
