Opis:: W rozdziale badaniu zostały poddane etapy procesu produkcji wybranego opakowania w przedsiębiorstwie branży poligraficznej. W analizie skupiono się na identyfikacji niezgodności występujących podczas produkcji. Do określenia struktury niezgodności wykorzystano diagram Ishikawy i diagram Pareto- Lorenza. W analizie uzyskanych wyników skupiono się na metodach doskonalenia jakości wybranych opakowań w celu zrealizowania procesu doskonalenia w oparciu o wymagania klienta.

Opis:: Logistics activities play in important role in supporting the production process for a wide range of products in many industries, such as the automotive or electrical engineering industries. In the automotive industry, they are present throughout the entire production cycle. To perform these activities, various technologies as well as economic aspects must be considered and employed. This contribution describes the technology of interior parts manufacturing for the automotive industry and specifies costs connected to the preparation and setting of machines and devices in individual workplaces as well as the cost items linked with their production and subsequent logistic activities.

Opis:: The paper presents an innovative steering system for a river push barge dedicated for operation in environmentally sensitive inland waterways. Development of the inland waterborne transport in Poland is dependent on the exploitation of rivers which can be adapted to navigation in the limited range because a high percent of their length is classified within special environment protection areas of Natura 2000 network. This is now the main reason that their better exploitation cannot be obtained without an introduction of a new generation of waterborne environment friendly inland units. In naturally winding rivers with differing and rapidly changing depths and widths it is important to equip a push barge with an efficient steering system that has a low environmental impact. The innovative steering system proposed in the paper is composed of main steering devices located at the pusher stern, auxiliary steering devices installed on the barge bow and a mechanical coupling system.

Opis:: The scale of foreign migration to Poland is continually growing. An increasing number of immigrants from Asia can be seen, although arrivals from the region of Sub- -Saharan Africa still constitute only a small percentage of the immigration flow. In order to research the causes of this disproportion, the authors have analysed the importance of push and pull factors using the example of Nigeria. Afterwards, in connection with such questions as relations with the receiving country, communication, climate, and migrant support systems, they evaluate the obstacles that could discourage the inhabitants of Sub-Saharan Africa from choosing Poland as their preferred country of immigration.
