Autor dokonuje klasyfikacji okresów mających wpływ na uprawnienia emerytalne oraz wskazuje na odmienną jego rolę w zakresie uprawnień do emerytur rent oraz w kontekście systemu zreformowanego w Polsce. Dokonuje oceny zmiany podejścia ustawodawcy do roli okresów nieskładkowych w ramach systemu ubezpieczeń społecznych w zreformowanym systemie emerytalnym. Autor ocenia zmiany funkcji stażu oraz wprowadza postulaty de lege ferenda w odniesieniu do roli stażu w zreformowanym systemie emerytalnym. Proponuje wprowadzenie stażu ubezpieczeniowego jako warunku nabycia prawa do zreformowanej emerytury oraz uzupełnienie formuły obliczania wysokości zreformowanej emerytury o drugi element – uzależniony od długości stażu.
The publication raises issues regarding the impact of periods of insurance on entitlements and the amount of pensions in the Polish general social security system. The author classifies the periods that affects pension entitlements and indicates its different role in terms of pension entitlements and in the context of the reformed old-age pension system in Poland. It assesses the change in the legislator's approach to the role of non-contributory periods within the social security system in the reformed pension system. The author evaluates changes in the function of periods of insurance and introduces de lege ferenda proposals in the context of the role of periods of insurance in the reformed pension system. The author proposes introducing insurance periods as a condition for acquiring the right to a reformed old-age pension and also supplementing the formula for calculating the amount of the reformed old-age pension with a second element - dependent on the length of periods of insurance. - Dostawca treści:
