Opis:: In relation to the scantiness of stores and the constantly increasing demand for energy, societies are forced to seek alternative energy sources. Biofuels that is fuels produced of biomass are one of them. The most important biofuels are bioethanol (produced from sugar cultivations and cereal crops, used with petrol) and biodiesel (ester produced mainly of vegetable oils; serves as the substitute or the addition to diesel). The esters of vegetable oils production requires using appropriate apparatus which enables to produce esters with parameters defined in very exacting legal norms about the quality of such fuel. In the paper were described results examining the quality of esters and mineral oils made with the use highly specialist, new generation 's apparatus which fulfll the conditions defining in the relevant norm. Results of those surveys are showing that using simple methods in production such biofuel doesn 't let for getting the product with parameters defined by the law. Applying fuel with lowered standard parameters influences on observed cases of improper functioning of fuel apparatus in engines with self-ignition, mainly in case of high pressure systems (e.g. Common Rail).

Opis:: The objective of this study is to assess the physical-chemical quality of urban wastewater from the city of Boumerdès, in northern Algeria with regard to the threshold values for irrigation or their discharge in aquatic ecosystems. Five sampling points were carried out of the study area in April 2017. The results obtained of physical-chemical parameters indicating pollution show that the water course is exposed to pollution mainly of organic origin. It’s expressed by a high maximum value according to Algerian and World Health Organisation standards: chemical oxygen demand (COD 886 mg O2∙dm-3), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5 490 mg O2∙dm-3), nitrate (NO3- 73.09 mg∙dm-3), nitrite (NO2- 6 mg∙dm-3), ammonium (NH4+ 23 mg∙dm-3) and phosphates (PO43- 7.3 mg∙dm-3). The COD to BOD5 rate of 1.8, show that the effluents must be treated before being discharged into the receiving environment. However, it is lower than 2, which makes them easily biodegradable and can be treated by a biological system such as a natural lagoon. It shows also a diversified origin of the pollution. It is predominantly domestic origin, it could have an adverse effect on public health, presenting a risk of environmental eutrophication, contamination of soil and water resources. The physical-chemical characterisation of the urban wastewater shows that they are quite loaded and prezent a pollution in nitrogenous compounds, a treatment is requested before the direct discharge to the receiving environment or their reuse in the irrigation.

Opis:: The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the perception of the quality of service in the hospitality sector. The quality influences a proper functioning of accommodation facilities, differential advantage and customer loyalty, and it is the contributor to the profit growth. It is important to determine potential customers' requirements andneeds. This thesis presents the quality term, the organizational structure as well as the hotel standards, which unification should have a positive impact on the system of work in various departments and support efficient management. The aim of the study is to consider the quality impact on the selection and perception of accommodation facilities by people using hotel services. The research was conducted using the questionnaire.
Celem pracy jest analiza postrzegania jakości usług w sektorze hotelarskim. Jakość wpływa na odpowiednie funkcjonowanie obiektów noclegowych, przewagę rynkową oraz lojalność usługobiorców, co przyczynia się do wzrostu zysków przedsiębiorstwa hotelowego. Istotne jest określenie wymagań i potrzeb potencjalnych klientów. Niniejsza praca przybliża termin jakości, ukazuje strukturę organizacyjną oraz standardy obowiązujące w hotelach. Ich ujednolicenie w korzystny sposób oddziałowuje na organizację pracy każdego z działów i wspomaga sprawne zarządzanie. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone za pomocą ankiety. Jego celem było rozważanie na temat wpływu jakości na wybór i spostrzeżenia dotyczące obiektów noclegowych przez osoby korzystające z usług hotelarskich.

Opis:: The existence of information asymmetry is one of the reasons for introduction of quality standards, whose primary aim is to minimize this phenomenon. There can be observed an increasing acquisition of this function by e-intermediaries who, beside being a part of distribution channel, provide actual and potential customers with information about goods and services. Quality standards may be provided either by state (public regulation) or by industry organizations (self-regulation). The aim of this article is to examine the relationship between two forms of quality standard introduction and proliferation of e-intermediaries market on the hotel market case. To examine whether e-intermediary market differs in countries with both forms of quality standard introduction we examined capital cities of European Union countries and compared number of hotel establishments and their availability on the popular e-intermediaries websites. Comparing those numbers in 27 EU capitals enabled to negatively verify the hypothesis that proliferation of e-intermediaries differs significantly in those two groups of countries. This leads to the assumption that the activities of e-intermediaries cannot be seen as a substitute for quality standards but have a rather complementary function.

Opis:: Na terenie stacji paliw w Książu Wielkim nastąpił niekontrolowany wyciek produktów naftowych do gruntu i wód gruntowych. Przeprowadzono rozpoznanie stanu jakościowego środowiska, w wyniku którego stwierdzono przekroczenie standardów jakości ziemi i wody podziemnej w zakresie zawartości węglowodorów ropopochodnych. W artykule przedstawiono zakres i wyniki przeprowadzonych badań środowiskowych, które odniesiono do standardów jakości ziemi i wody podziemnej. Na podstawie analizy rozpoznanego stanu jakościowego środowiska oraz analizy warunków geologicznych, hydrogeologicznych i hydrograficznych wskazano zagrożenia dla środowiska i bezpieczeństwa publicznego.
At the fuel station located in Książ Wielki were an uncontrolled spill of petroleum products into soil and groundwater. The investigation of the environmental quality shown, that quality standards for soil and groundwater in the hydrocarbon content were exceeded. The paper presents the scope and results of environmental tests, which were related to standards of soil and groundwater quality. Based on an analysis of environmental quality and on the analysis of the geological, hydrogeological and hydrographical conditions, were shown environment and public safety risks.

Opis:: A good water quality is essential to sustaining the life of the organisms. The determination of water quality is needed as a direction to monitoring the water pollution. The purpose of this study is to examine the quality of the water and to determine the water pollution index based on the physicochemical parameters in Mimika waters, Indonesia. The sampling of water quality was carried out in October 2016 at six stations (Moga, Puriri, Inaoga, Keakwa, Atuka and Pomako waters). Then, the results were compared with the standard of sea water quality for biota marine based on the Decree of the Minister of Environment No. 51 year 2004. This study showed that the physicochemical parameters of the waters, such as water turbidity, BOD, NH3 and heavy metals (Hg, As, Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, Ni and Cr), are still appropriate to the biota marine in all study stations. However, there is a parameter for which the quality standards were exceed in all locations, including water salinity for coral and seagrass, NO3, PO4 and H2S. The result of pollution index calculation at coastal waters Mimika are classified as lightly polluted (Keakwa and Pomako waters), and moderately polluted (Moga, Puriri, Inaoga and Atuka waters) with the pollution index values of 3.51 to 6.95. It is important to notice that the parameters of quality standards which had been exceed such as NO3, PO4 and H2S are the environmental parameter for nutrient elements and can trigger eutrophication in the waters.

The article discusses the regulatory audit services in Ukraine, which differ from the audit. It was determined that one of the key issues improving the quality of audit services is developing of standards for organization and methods of implementation of various audit services, starting with the formation of standard terminology. Analyzes different options for standardization in view of the international practices. In view of the identified problems, makes proposals for improvement the standardization of audit services in Ukraine.
В статье рассмотрены вопросы нормативного регулирования аудиторских услуг в Украине, которые отличаются от аудиторской проверки. Определено, что одним из ключевых вопросов усовершенствования качества аудиторских услуг является разработка стандартов относительно организации и методики выполнения разных аудиторских услуг, начиная с формирования категориального апарата. Проанализированы разные варианты стандартизации с учётом международной практики. На основе выявленных проблем, сделаны предложения по усовершенствованию стандартизации аудиторских услуг.

Opis:: The main goal of this paper was to examine the role of information, especially information of the price risk management methods among Polish farmers in the Wielkopolska Region. Primary data, in a form of a survey, was collected from 280 individual farms and 66 selected State Treasury Farms. Research was carried out in 2004- -2005 in the Wielkopolska Region. Specific requirements were followed: a) arable land up, b) market scale production. The examined individual farms and State Treasury Farms were divided into three size groups: I, II, III. The results showed that Polish farmers have little knowledge of price risk management methods and their tools to protect themselves against price risk.
Celem niniejszego artykułu było określenie roli informacji rynkowej, a w szczególności informacji na temat znajomości rynkowych metod zarządzania ryzykiem cenowym wśród badanych respondentów z 280 gospodarstw indywidualnych oraz 66 gospodarstw dzierżawionych przez Skarb Państwa. Badanie przeprowadzono w latach 2004-2005 w Wielkopolsce. W badaniach uwzględniono: a) wielkość gospodarstw – wszystkie badane gospodarstwa były podzielone na trzy kategorie wielkości, b) obszar zasiewów. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań można stwierdzić, że wielkopolscy producenci rolni dysponują niewielką wiedzą na temat zarządzania ryzykiem cenowym oraz metod jego ograniczania.

Opis:: The article considers the problem of rationing wastewater discharge in terms of environmental risk management, caused by the pollution of waterbodies. The cases of using a simple indicator of water quality in the form of concentration of a substance, as well as a complex indicator of water quality were considered. The relevance of using a complex indicator is caused by the similar effect of various substances on the ecosystem and man. For both cases, the algorithms for determining the permissible composition of wastewater, ensuring compliance with the established standards of natural water quality in the control points of the water body with a given probability, were developed. In the case of using complex indicators in order to unambiguously solve the problem of rationing wastewater composition, permissible concentrations of substances were finally determined by solving the optimization problem. The optimization criterion is the minimum cost of water treatment. The method of ecological standardization of wastewater composition suggested in the article is applicable for the case of normal probability distribution of a substance in wastewater according to data of field measurements.
